This dentist’s website says it all! Comfort, experience and compassion are the hallmarks of their business. They mean what they say. Every time I go there…even if it’s been a while, every single one of their staff is so nice and knowledgeable. I will NOW never go anywhere else. I had/have a recent scare and felt at ease there. I was referred to an oral surgeon and trust Dr. Grimaud’s referral even if it’s not the best news; I know I’m in great hands.

My family has received dental care from WPD and Dr. Grimaud for almost 18 years. The staff is warm and professional, there is clearly a consistent effort to be at the forefront of new methods and techniques for improving care, and they model a true commitment to the well-being of patients. Each year the staff travels to Central America or Tibet to host free clinics. They model the values of health professionals in all ways.

I recently had to get a crown from Dr.Grimaud and i was so super nervous but to my surprise i not only did not feel a thing while i was numbed up i didn’t the next day either. I was also so nervous that my mouth would feel different with a crown in their but nope my mouth feels exactly the same, even better! Dr.Grimaud and his staff are truely heaven sent and i am blessed my grandmother recommended him to me! You guys truely took all the fear out of going to the dentist for me and i couldn’t thank you enough!

Y’all, I hate the dentist. HATE it. I’m talking about an intense fear where I grip the arm holders and cry. But when a back tooth started to hurt every time I ate something, I figured it was time to put on my big girl pants and find a new dentist. This one came recommended by two people at my office. I called and was able to get in very quickly. They had me fill out all of my paperwork online which helped speed up the time I spent in the office. Everyone was SUPER friendly. I got a full inspection and photos. Dr. Joe explained everything he did as he was doing it. At the end, I got a treatment plan outlined for a filling and a filling replacement that had a price breakdown with my insurance included along with a few other things I could do if I wanted to. It was amazing! I still don’t think I’m going to jump up and down with joy every time I go to the dentist but they absolutely took as much of the pain out of the process as possible.

My daughter and I both see Dr. Grimaud. We’ve been patients there for around 3 years and we’ve continued because it is a family business and we always receive wonderful treatment. Before my daughter had her first few teeth polished, they took her on a tour to familiarize her with the people and tools they’d use. Now she enjoys going to see the dentist.

Dr. Joe and his staff are wonderful. I’ve been going to them for 8 years and have started taking my children there. All of the hygenists have children of their own, so they are wonderful with kids. One hygenist even held my fussy 3 month old while another cleaned my teeth. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I recommend Watson Pointe Dental to any family looking for a dentist.

My family has been receiving dental care through Watson Pointe Dental for over 18 years. My kids were teeny when we began. The service and professionalism of all the staff and Dr. Grimaud has been consistently excellent. The office has adapted over the years to always maintain a pleasant and pain-free experience with the most up-to-date equipment and methods. It’s a family-style feeling in the office, with genuine care given to each patient. For example, my hygeinist remembers my kids’ names, and little details about our lives. But what I really appreciate on top of all of this, is that they care for the poor. Dr. G. and the staff travel each year to poor villages in Tibet and Central America and give a week or more of their time to do free clinics. When a homeless friend of mine had a terrible toothache, they took out two of his teeth and didn’t charge him a penny. To me, this reflects the kind of values I want to honor and support. I can’t say enough about this wonderful Dental group and Dr. Grimaud.
