PATIENT REVIEWS

Check out what some of our happy patients are saying about us:

I have been going to Dr Rosen for years. I showed up last week in severe pain and I could sleep. Dr Rosen got me numbed and did a root canal and a crown down on my lower tooth. The whole experince from start to finish took under 2 hours and no pain. I was shocked to see that with modern technology of a CT scan that I was able to see the nerve on a 3D scan. Thanks so much for getting me out of pain. I will have to return next week for the permanent crown on that tooth. Jeanie usually does my cleaning, and I recently had becky do my normal 6 month appointment since I guess Jeanie was busy that Day. I couldnt have been happier. Such a delight to talk with and educate me.

★★★★★

Thank you so much Amanda for bringing my teeth to a beautiful new white! I absolutely am in love and can’t believe how great you made them look in only one visit. Thank you! And thank you to Dental Arts Associates for always making me feel so comfortable and smiling from the moment I walk in to the front desk until I leave… and even smiling beautiful when I’m home. ❤️

The third time’s a charm. I recently came to Dental Arts on a referral from my wife, my dentist having previously retired. The initial consult for pain determined that a root canal was in order. A second appointment was scheduled and Dr. Rosen performed a root canal with dental precision, aided by his assistant named Josh, a very capable gentleman, which was completely painless. My third visit, today, entailed a cleaning by a dental hygienist named Jeanie, who also scoped out my mouth and laid out a plan of care so my teeth would last another ten years or so. The people here truly enjoy their jobs, are very happy working here. The lobby contains a free video arcade, has lots of periodicals, a television and, of course, entertainment courtesy of the staff. One of the personnel at the counter as you enter, Dianna, greets you with a wonderful beaming smile. My wife referred to me as a dental wimp, as I used to leave handprints in dentist’s chairs around the area in years prior. Not so here. I almost wish I could come back more often. This is the place to go if you need dental care.

★★★★★

I have been coming to dental arts for 10+ years and I’m so happy with the quality and care they provide. I recently ran into a dilemma with my work schedule and i couldn’t make my appointment time for my cleaning. The hygienist offered to stay until I got there at 7pm after she should have been done already. Not only did she stay late and not make me feel bad, Jeanie stayed after to explain different dental products to get at the store to help me in the future. They go above and beyond! Dr Rosen is always so cheerful and happy, I always look forward to seeing him every 6 months. It’s no surprised they won best dentist in Milwaukee for the second year in a row. Congrats.

★★★★★

I cannot recommend enough how wonderful the dentists and staff are here! I had a dental emergency on a Sunday and they were able to help me immediately by calling in a prescription and scheduling me that week for an appointment. They really listen to your concerns and let you know what all your options are. Plus the dentists are very knowledgeable so you know you are getting the right work done the first time. Appointments are always on time and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. It takes the stress out of going to the dentist! Definitely go here if you can because a good dentist is hard to find.

★★★★★

Hands down Best Family Dentist in milwaukee. We come in every 6 months to get our cleaning and check ups. The hygienist Dorian has been amazing. She spent time to teach my kids to floss and they actually do it on their own. They care about the patients and use technology to make it as pain free as possible. From digital X-days, to special numbing agents, to Tv on ceiling to watch during the appointment. Why can’t every office do this. It really takes the fear out of dentistry. The coolest part is seeing all the award the win over the years in the waiting room. Really speaks highly of the people I’m trusting w my families mouth. I recently had cosmetic work done with them, and couldn’t have been more pleased. It’s crazy what a difference a smile can make.

★★★★★

Every time I come in all of the employees seem to really enjoy working here. That makes a big difference at a place that can be stressful like the dentist. I was really surprised by how hard the staff worked to get the most out of my insurance benefits, which is something I loathe about medical procedures. I was also very impressed by how much everything seemed to be state of the art. If my dentist uses only the newest tech and procedures, he probably is the kind of person who stays on top of his craft. The dental hygienists are awesome!

★★★★★

Dental Arts Associates is by far the best Dentist office I’ve ever been to. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. There are TVs on the ceilings while your dental work is being done. The hygienists are amazing and so thorough. I’ve seen both Dr. Rick and Dr. Zak Rosen and they are phenomenal. They spend a lot of time with patients and have a great sense of humor. I moved to Milwaukee from Chicago and am blown away by how much better my experience is here at Dental Arts Associates.

★★★★★

Dental Arts Associates will be the last dental office you will ever want to visit. You are truly “special” when you come here, and will be treated like a member of their family, which is another reason I love this place so much. Dental Arts is family-ownded, family-runned. Dr. Rosen and Dr. Zak make an exceptional team and deliver dental care that just cannot be matched. The staff treats everyone with integrity and kindness. They will make you laugh and actually miss them when you haven’t seen them for a while. This is such a fun, easy-going office. But as I mentioned before, the delivery of dental care is absolutely exceptional. I will never see another dentist again, and when my son is of age, this, too, will be my son’s dentist!

★★★★★

I was in a bike accident about a month ago which resulted in my two front teeth being fractured, therefore requiring me to get 2 crowns. I made an emergency appointment with another dentist in Milwaukee but was disappointed with the service. So I searched Google for the best cosmetic dentist in the area and it pointed me toward Dental Arts Associates. The nice office receptionists got me an appointment right away. The actual visit wasn’t completely pain-free but considering the procedure, I suffered through a lot worse for more minor dental work at other places. Dr. Rosen didn’t suggest getting an unnecessary root canal like the other dentist had, and he was very friendly despite my dental anxiety. Today I got my finished crowns and they look gorgeous…nobody can tell that they’re not my real teeth! (In fact, they look better than my old teeth). The best part was when I was dealing with the initial shock of the crowns looking foreign compared to my original teeth and the new assistants sat me down to reassure me that the crowns are gorgeous and natural looking. With a new perspective and my mind at ease, I’m extremely happy with the results. If you’re getting dental work that affects your appearance, definitely go here.

★★★★★

I have been coming to dental Arts Associates for a few years. The first time I came I was terrified they let Dr. Rosen talk to me and he completely calm me down and told me that his son would take good care of me and I would not feel any pain. Well that was the truth Dr. Zac took excellent care of me and I didn’t feel any pain so far I have had a few fillings and 2 root canals and several cleanings. excellent service and staff.

★★★★★

I thank God for Dental Arts Associates. I was on my way to school when this problem that I had been having with one tooth suddenly flared up with some pain. I got on my iPhone and found a dental office, Dental Arts Associates, and they gave me an appointment right away. The did a quick evaluation and the next day took care of my issue. I experienced very little pain, although I was bracing myself for pain, things went well and I went back to work the same day. They were very nice and professional and at times funny. The receptionist was very pleasant and easy to deal with, no attitude. I will recommend them to all of my friends, family or anyone looking for a Dental Office.

★★★★★

I’ve known Dr Zak and Dr Rick Rosen for years. They are two of the finest dentists. I love the family feel from the minute I walk in the door until I’m sitting in the chair watching TV on the ceiling. They have cold brew coffee when you walk in. I think it’s awesome how upfront they are about cost and insurance. Most health care doesn’t care about the patient and leaves you with the bill in the end, that you never know about. I couldn’t be happier going to Dental Arts. They recently brought in Dr Mike who seems to keep the tradition of putting the patient first.

★★★★★

I’m so pleased with the care I’ve received at Dental Arts! I was going to one of those “chain-like” dental offices and had some negative experiences, so went on the hunt for a place that felt more comfortable for me. Dental Arts has been a great fit and I’ve been happy to recommend them to others. Dr. Rosen has a great sense of humor, the staff are all friendly, and I’ve never felt like they’re pressuring me or calling me out if something needs follow-up attention. I love the ceiling TVs – it’s so nice to have something to look at/listen to for distraction while you’re getting your cleaning! Added bonus – free chapstick at the desk, people. Throw that in your baggie of goodies and enjoy your healthy teeth and smile!

★★★★★

Going to the dentist is usually not a pleasant experience. However Dental Arts changed that for me. The front desk is very friendly. The dentist is very gentle and takes the time to explain what they are going to be doing which makes things a lot better. They also have TVs in the ceiling so you can just look up and watch TV while they are doing the dental work, before you know it the episode is over and you are done. Also, I had a billing issue come up and they were extremely helpful and worked with my insurance company to take care of it, saving me time and money. Overall, this place is highly recommended. For someone who never liked the dentist, they make life a lot easier.

★★★★★

I had my first experience at Dental Arts and I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist in the area. The entire staff is friendly, and my hygienist was fantastic! Dr. Rosen is great and I was in and out quickly. The clinic was clean and updated which always makes a client comfortable. My teeth look and feel great after my cleaning!

★★★★★

Friendly, compassionate, and professional are the three words that come to mind at this office. You can tell that this is a family practice from the second you walk in the door. The staff, from the front desk to the doctors themselves, pride themselves on getting to know their patients. I’ve been coming to DAA for years, and have always been impressed with work they have done (whether it be a routine cleaning, wisdom tooth extraction, or implant). I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist in the Milwaukee area.

★★★★★

I moved to Milwaukee a few months ago and needed to find a new dentist. After hearing such good things on Yelp, I thought I’d give Dental Arts a shot. I must say, I’m really impressed with my experience there. Between the cleanliness of the office, the friendliness of the staff, right down to the televisions on the ceilings, they really seemed to take care in patient comfort. Even with having to fill out new patient paperwork and have x-ray’s, I was out in under an hour. Dr. Rosen was super friendly and made me feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning and bringing family here as well!

★★★★★

Fantastic experience every time I visit! The entire staff is so welcoming, fun and professional. I always know I’m in the best hands when I need anything done. My fillings aren’t noticeable and I recently had a broken tooth fixed which is undetectable. Amazing work! After a bad experience, I was afraid of the dentist but now I genuinely look forward to my appointments here. Highly recommend!

★★★★★

Truly the most amazing dentist I have ever had…the absolute best!! I have always had an awesome experience at Dental Arts. The entire staff will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. They even offered my elderly mother a ride to her next appointment. My mother has a terrible fear of the dentist… however, everyone took part in helping put my mother’s mind at ease. They made her feel right at home. This entire staff has become like a second family. Everyone is so friendly…it’s like visiting friends. Lots of laughter and smiles I always enjoy my cleanings and check ups here. Thank you all for your tender loving care.

★★★★★

First I want to make it perfectly clear . I dislike going to the dentist. Zach  and Michael are exceptional dentists who saved three of my teeth without doing root canal. A procedure that often leads to eventual tooth loss and implants.    The experience is as comfortable as can be expected and they even have a sound system that takes requests,TV for those who can stand day time TV

★★★★★

Went to Dental Arts for the first time today! Overall it was a great experience–Cindy was helpful and friendly at the front desk and Dr. Rosen seemed knowledgeable and confident. What really stood out was the work done by their hygienist, Jeanie. She spent a lot of time doing a VERY thorough cleaning and never once did I feel any pain or discomfort. Also, she was very accomodating about my insurance benefits. I walked out of there with super clean teeth and a feeling of being in safe, expert hands. I would highly recommend their team!

★★★★★

I have been going to Wauwatosa Dental Arts since I was old enough to go to the dentist. My mother and grandmother have also been patients for years. We see Dr Richard Rosen and have been seeing his son, Dr Zak Rosen more recently as he has began to take over for his father. In the almost forty years that my family have been patients, we have had no complaints at all. As soon as you walk in, everyone is extremely welcoming, nice and enthusiastic. The staff are easy to talk to and will ask you all about your life. During treatments and cleanings, the staff continuously ensures that you are as comfortable as possible and will communicate with you so you are aware of what’s happening. I would definitely recommend Wauwatosa Dental Arts to anyone in need of a dentist.

★★★★★

After not being to my usual dentist for about a year, I needed to find a new place. Partly due to the pandemic, many places were booked up for months, but I was able to quickly get in for a cleaning here. My work schedule is always changing, so I had to reschedule my appointment a handful of times, but they were very flexible and understanding. My permanent bottom retainer had fallen off months prior. Between two appointments, I got a cleaning, x-rays, a new bottom retainer, and two cavities filled, and it cost me $160 out of pocket. They were fast, made scheduling easy, and friendly! I also felt safe going there during the pandemic; they were taking the necessary precautions in putting their customers’ safety first. Would recommend to a friend.

★★★★★

It has been roughly two weeks since Dr Rosen installed a dental bridge for me (temporary for right now). To say that I am very satisfied with how it turned out would be an understatement – I am absolutely ecstatic!!! I can now smile without being self-conscious – truly it is a day that I thought would never arrive. To give some context – when I was about 10 years old I lost one of my front teeth in an accident. I am now in my late forties and throughout all of those years I have worn a partial denture. This led to many other dental complications and truly I became totally disillusioned with ever being able to have a solution to my dental issues. That is where Dr. Rosen comes in. About two months ago I called Dental Arts Associates on a whim. I am local to the area and I had driven by the office many, many times before. For some reason I decided to call one day to see if possibly I could get a clear recommendation for solving my problem. I have since decided it was fate that brought me to Dr. Rosen. Anyway, from the first call I made to the office when I spoke with Carrie at the front desk – this dental practice felt different than all the others I had visited in the past, very welcoming and not judgmental as I had encountered with previous offices. Carrie carefully listened to my story and suggested a consultation with Dr. Rosen. That first visit with the doctor was fantastic – we went through my past dental history and Dr. Rosen very quickly (and confidently) laid out a few different options for me – one of which was the dental bridge. Truly I was shocked to believe that he could fix all of my problems in a matter of hours – especially when I had been told numerous times by previous dentists that I was looking at weeks if not months of procedures to rectify my problems. Also, the price to do this work was incredibly economical. We decided at that consultation that a mockup of the bridge would be prepared and maybe a week or so later I came back into the office to review the model – I was blown away at how great it looked – right there and then I knew I had chosen the right dentist for me – part of me wondered if only I had come into contact with Dr. Rosen years prior – but oh well, I was very excited at the prospect of being able to smile confidently again! My most recent visit was to have the temporary bridge set. I was apprehensive that day but very quickly Amanda and Dr. Rosen set me at ease. They explained every part of the procedure to me and I experienced no discomfort at all – they were tremendous. I also met with the technician who would be creating the permanent bridge and we as a group decided on the shade. Everybody was so professional but genuinely cared – they wanted me to walk out of the office that day fully comfortable and if I had concerns with any part of the process they wanted to address them. I never experienced any pain after that visit – it was astonishing! I am shortly going back to have the permanent bridge installed – I cannot wait. From front to back I find Dental Art Associates an exceptional dental practice and I will be recommending Dr. Rosen to family, friends and co-workers in the future. I cannot say enough good things about him, least to say, I promise you will not regret your decision in selecting him as your dentist. Thank you Dental Arts Associates!!!

★★★★★

I’m a resident over the medical college, and have a busy schedule, so it was a huge blessing to find this office and have them work around my schedule to be seen. Plus they take my insurance DELTA!! They have the coolest phone number. 414DENTIST, so I never have to look up there number when I need to set up an appointment. I have been going to this office for a couple years now, and couldn’t be more pleased with the staff and dentist. And they have TV on ceilings ! I recently had an implant done and wow is the word way scarier than the actually process. Yes it’s a process from start to finish, but they explained everything great, and it looks amazing. I can’t believe I have a new tooth in a spot I thought I would be toothless due to an accident. it been an awesome experience working with Dr Rosen, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my work. The best part is that they also see kids. I bring my kids for there cleaning when I go in, so one day of visits.

★★★★★

I came to Dental Arts after seeing their number listed as a 24 hour option for dental emergencies. I called at 11 pm and got Dr. Zach who was very friendly and comforting. He asked me to come in right away the next morning and I did. I was experiencing complete agony because of a rotting wisdom tooth. The receptionists were lovely and welcoming, and I got in almost immediately. Dr. Rosen was very friendly and comforting and made it seem as though he was genuinely interested in meeting me as a new patient and making sure I was comfortable. They took am x ray and told me they could help me with extracting the tooth right away. I had some worries as I had a wisdom tooth extracted by another dentist who messed it up so bad and caused me so much pain that I had to see an oral surgeon the next day. I wasn’t sure about this but he said I should trust him so instead of wait in pain the entire weekend I decided to go for it. His office and tools were modern and soon enough I was completely numb. Barely any time passed before he extracted two wisdom teeth and I was done! I was so thankful I almost started to cry because the pain and anxiety behind the extraction were so much to handle, and I had been in this limbo of dental agony for a few days by then. The staff were so friendly and genuine and they called me after my extraction just to check up! Thank you Dr. Rosen and Dr. Zach! I will definitely be coming back!

★★★★★

Never have I ever been to a dental office like this before. They advertise pain free dentistry and wow, it’s spot on. They showed me how they used technology to numb me up without those old fashion painful needles. For people scared of the dentist. Don’t go anywhere else but to Dr Rosen and dental arts. They were awesome and got me in the same day. Really. How awesome are they. Kari at the front desk treats you like family. She played with my kids during the appointment. Such an amazing office.

★★★★★

Friendly staff, very clean office, and excellent dentist. They helped ease my anxieties when it came to going to the dentist and getting my wisdom teeth removed. I didn’t feel any pain, and they were out within a few minutes. I’ve never left the dentist feeling this good before! I would recommend Dental Arts to anyone.

★★★★★

I cannot say enough great things about this place! They made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the time I walked in through my appointment, which is saying a lot considering I had severe anxiety after not having been to the dentist in many years. They never once made me feel ashamed of that but instead confidently broke down an encouraging plan of action. The receptionists, Amanda, and Dr. Rosen were simply wonderful; the perfect mixture of personable and professional. THANK YOU!

★★★★★

I just moved to this great city and so glad I found dental arts on yelp. I went there for the first time this past week and was immediately impressed by the atmosphere and the warm welcome of the receptionists. I got the pleasure of working with the younger of the two Rosen doctors and don’t let his age fool you. He is very knowledgeable and talked through every dental option from whitening to straightening in depth. Very grateful for the years to come and the straight, white, clean teeth to follow 😉 Also side note they have TVs on the ceiling which is always a good thing.

★★★★★

I’m not gonna lie, & I don’t want my pretty great smile to lie for me: I’ve been out of the dentistry game for a looooong time. I’m actually embarrassed to say how long I had gone without a visit. Call it childish carelessness or a disdain for drills & tools. Call it the false sense of security you get from Crest White Strips making it LOOK like you have a healthy smile. But I took a long hiatus & was reminded of it by the tinge of anxiety I felt every time I want on one of my world famous 20 Cookie Binges. But, I’m a (fairly) grown man now, & much like working up the courage to take an unsure look at your credit score, sometimes you have to buck up & face the music. A trusted friend recommended Dental Arts Associates, & I couldn’t be happier that they did. I joked to myself that the staff would shun me upon arrival, appalled by my long absence from “the chair”, & that half the staff would quit on the spot because they couldn’t stomach someone so cavalier with their grill. But they couldn’t have been any friendlier. They saw I was a bit nervous & made me feel right at home, from the front desk to the back room. And from the front desk to the back, everything was fast, painless, & even enjoyable. I caught the morning news on a cool ceiling TV while they helped undo years of dentist-neglect. They put everything in layman’s terms for me at the end to help me develop better habits, & because they did such a great job I promised myself I wouldn’t let them down. I’ve since scheduled 2 more appointments through the end of the year to get this mouth back on track & better than ever. I went from no visits to all da visits. And I couldn’t be happier about. So I guess they’re pretty good.

★★★★★

Dr. Rosen and Dr. Zak were referred to me by a friend. I usually have serious doubts and trust issues when it comes to dentists. The two doctors are more on the conservative side and really put my concerns first when listing to my needs. Before coming here I visited 2 other dentists who tried to convince me that I had 9 cavities, most of which were bad fillings that I already had… fillings that had been put in place with in the last 2 years. Dr. Zak advised no additional work was necessary, showing me that my x-rays look fine and taking pictures. Also, the staff was very friendly and worked with validating my insurance coverage. Their hygienists and staff are great personable, and professional. The hygienists are very good about making you comfortable — which doesn’t always happen at the dentist!

★★★★★

We had a great experience here. The dentist was kind and did an excellent job. My daughter felt very comfortable. They got us in quickly for an emergency visit. It was very affordable. I even got a follow up call the next day to see how my daughter was doing. We felt everyone here went above and beyond to take care of us.

★★★★★

I was referred to Dental Arts Associates by a friend.  Though I’m naturally skittish of Dentist Offices, I decided to give them a try.  I was surprised at how accommodating they were from the appointment process all the way to the post-care follow up.  They were able to see me same day as when I called for an appointment, which is a rarity for Dentistry.  The whole staff is very friendly and the entire practice has a good, cheerful vibe.  I’ll definitely recommend this business to friends and family.
