I just had an amazing experience. My permanent retainer, after 18 years of faithful service, started to cut my tongue. Doing any small activity (e.g. eating, talking) became painful. I found WB Orthodontics after a quick search. After reading the positive reviews and due to close proximity, I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did!!! Everyone in this office is amazing!! I previously had braces before and did not wear my retainer and they took me in as family! My smile is amazing, I love the compliments I get. They are wonderful when it comes to payment plans, and dealing with the insurance company. Unfortunately my insurance screwed me over and they stepped right in and worked with me with a plan to pay it off instead of sending it to collections after my end date of treatment! Carla is so wonderful! She is so polite and always works with me even on my bad days when I come in Grumpy!! Doctor B is one of a kind and there is no one else like her! The staff remembers there patients and little details of small talk that make you feel wanted and like you should be there! Definitely will recommend to friends and family! Here it is more then just about the money, they truly care about your treatment and the out come of your smile. I can not thank this office enough for my wonderful smile and the caring heart given to me during my whole process!

This is a wonderful place. My daughter was not excited about needing braces but the staff was friendly and the doctor was very “cool”…as my daughter stated. The staff and doctor was able to keep my daughter engaged and I didn’t hear her complain when I mentioned returning! They were very knowledgeable from dealing with insurance as well as my daughter’s oral health needs. They removed the fear from me as well and even though no one wants orhto….if you need it, you need Dr. Benson!

Dr. Benson put braces on my son today and I must admit she’s amazing. She is patient, knowledgeable and kind. In preparing for today’s appointment, I’ve had a bad orthodontic experience with another doctor and my son was nervous about this new endeavor. She single handedly changed all of that. Wonderful office and and wonderful staff! My oldest son Joshua came and got his braces put on about a month ago. They were wonderful with Josh having Asperger’s they were great with him.. and yesterday I brought my daughter Madison to get her braces on.. and they’ve been nothing but great to us getting us back in immediately the next day just for some normal issues that come with having braces, but they didn’t hesitate to see us even when I had to bring my daughter immediately back after just leaving because she didn’t speak up for herself… she’s so shy but they welcomed us right back in the office without a problem.. so yes I’ll be bringing my third child back here when it’s her time and I would recommend to my friends if they come here also.. thanks for being great and showing that you guys truly care about what you’re doing!!!!
