A million dollar smile!! ?? The office staff from the time you walk in has been nothing polite and professional. By the next visit the staff knew my name and was able to greet me. I have a ton of dental work needing to be done on what seems to be every tooth . They created a dental plan that worked with my budget and insurance. No extractions just aggressive treatment plan and we are almost done. ???????The doctor and her assistant have extremely patient, they make sure you aren’t in any pain during the treatment. Humor: They continuously wipe my mouth and clean my face. Too cute, I get out my previous dentist chair with white lips, and water down my shirt he’s such a man . They are really too kind. I am so glad that I found them We care 4u. They truly do!!

All the stuff are great. David is so accomodating and will extend all his help to make sure that your visit is really satisfying. Dr. Raquel Pagan and Beth are a perfect match in their task. The clinic are still ongoing with COVID-19 protocol since the nation is not yet fully recovering from this pandemic. You can feel and experience the diversity around the clinic. Everybody is welcome with respect and dignity in this place. Try to visit WE CARE 4U Dental Center and you will love on coming back for their excellent service.

Rachel, as I call Dr. Pagan, has been our dentist, both myself and my husband. We have been her patient for several years now, since she took over the same clinic which was Dr. Arcilla’s dental clinic. I love the homey feel, and the very friendly staff, but I love most Dr. Pagan’s professionalism, expertise, knowledge and caring personality. She makes you feel comfortable, and ease your fear of the dreaded cavities and tooth removal, if any. She explains the process clearly. The center’s hygienist are also as knowledgeable and efficient as Dr. Pagan. Yes, I used to be afraid or leery of sitting on a dentist’s chair but with Dr. Pagan’s presence, the experience is calm. My latest visit was for a cap. It fit well and comfortable and it looks great, without the enormous bill. I would never leave her care for any other dentist. Which is why I cannot understand why a one-time visit could make someone post such nasty review. It takes time to develop trust and confidence in a doctor, or dentist, or hair stylist. How many dentist have you been to? How was your visit comparable to your former dentist? Did you do your research, discuss your concerns to Dr. Pagan before you jump into any assumptions or conclusions? I think one should not easily disparage, without regard, for the profession that one has taken time to built trust for so many clients/patients. It is unfair and selfish.

I haven’t been to the dentist in quite some so I was a little nervous about my appointment. With Dr. Pagan and her amazing staff, I felt completely comfortable and my nervousness went away. They were friendly and thorough in examining my teeth. 10/10 recommend!

Hi Dr. Pagan, Thank you for cleaning my teeth and skillfully filling my cavities with such care. I appreciate you explaining how to better care for my teeth when I’m at home (floss with the “C” shape!). I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist in the past, but you made my experiences (twice in the same week!) pleasant and comfortable. Beth and David are also highly professional, respectful and friendly. Thank you for your service!

Dr. Pagan and her staff were friendly and kind. I had not been to the dentist for more than a year and found out that I need more than a standard cleaning. They explained to me what other procedures needed to be done and walked me through the process. Definitely recommend Dr. Pagan and her team!

Fantastic work. Had a deep cavity that my gum had even grown into. Dr. Pagan pretty painlessly administered injection. This was a borderline Periodontist case followed by Restorative cosmetic dentistry – Dr Pagan expertly and painlessly prepared the high deep cavity and filled it . Afterwards no soreness and perfect bite and look. Triple well done !

I had a fantastic visit with Dr. Pagan. She was extremely friendly and able to get rid of the toothache that had been hurting me for several days. I recently saw her during the COVID-19 pandemic. I never felt unsafe. Every one was wearing PPE (N95 mask, face sheild, gown) and I saw that they sanitize/disinfect the entire room between each patient.

My special child, Francis is extremely happy to meet Dr. Pagan, who he met for the first time. He was responding to her well and followed her instructions. I could see that Francis relates well with the staff as well, as he continued to say “clean teeth” in the car and “thank you.” He also felt thankful for the toothbrush he got before we left.

The concern for patient well-being and dental chair comfort at this dental office is top notch.   Face masks, clean facilities, proper wipe down procedures, protective wear, social distancing and patient on-time office entry are all in place. I came here because I had a molar filling that had partially fallen out and a decades old deteriorating front tooth on-lay.   Dr. Raquel J Pagan (“Rocky) is totally friendly,  non-judgmental and quite professional, yet jovial and gentle in her manner.  She wears high magnification dental loupes which allow her to see potential oral conditions aside from the X ray diagnostics.  I received an awesome cleaning – I  had a couple of pockets that were deep and received friendly instructions for better oral care/hygiene and one tiny cavity wait and see – so far its good!.  The loose filling was expertly replaced.. no need for a root canal -yea !  She is so good that I never really knew when the numbing needle went in and out.   The restoration of the front tooth with the on-lay was promptly and painlessly done with perfect color match and shaping – would never know its a restoration.   I’m glad I took my friend’s advice to check out this small hometown feel private clinic near the metro  – they really do care.

I have a LOT of dental issues. Dr. Pagan and the office staff made me feel comfortable. They didn’t make me feel bad about myself, like some other dental offices I’ve visited. I feel confident that my issues will be taken care of expertly and with care. I love going in for my visits, even though I know I’ll have to endure some pain. They make me as comfortable as possible, make sure I’m okay, and explain everything. I would highly recommend Dr. Pagan and her staff to anyone, even if you think your problems are beyond help. They are wonderful

I was very satisfied with Dr. Pagan’s work, along with the rest of the staff. Comfort is something they care for in their patients’ experience, constantly making sure I felt comfortable, which I appreciated. Not only this, but even after my appointment, they made a constant effort to make sure my mouth didn’t feel any sort of discomfort or pain. Finally, I have found the right place to handle all my dental concerns. This clinic is strickly following the CDC guidelines on Covid-19. You can expect a tidy and safety environment all throughout. your stay. Front desk people like Mariz and David were always ready to help in all your inquiries. Other staff members are happy to assist in every way they can. And the core person, Dr. Raquel Pagan DDS, PC, a jolly, young and very knowledgeable dentist is leading to create the best of smile in you. I strongly recommend this location for all the quality dental care that you deserve.

Dr. Pagan was very friendly and professional, and was open to answer any questions I had. This was my first dentist visit in 5 years so it was predictably on the extreme side, but she was understanding and passed no judgement. During the appointment she was very efficient with her time without being in a rush, and I felt very comfortable. Her assistant is also very friendly and great at her job.

I have been a patient of Dr. Arcilla since 1997, then been seeing Dr. Raquel Pagan (New Owner) same location for almost 23 years now. I am very pleased with her Professionalism, thorough examination of my mouth/gums/teeth (using high magnification loupe, digital x-ray), I saw how dental assistants and dental hygienist disinfect their rooms (made sure is thoroughly cleaned/disinfected). I can even see UV lights – in rooms, Hand sanitizers, Posters to fight against Covid-19 (6 feet apart, etc). Everyone in the dental office strickly wear mask, personal protective equipment, and checking temperatures of all individuals come to the dental office. I am confident to tell everyone that Dr Pagan’s office really cares about the well being of their patients. I am cavity free with healthy gums! Thanks to Dr. Raquel Pagan and all her staff!
