This is THE BEST dental experience I’ve ever had! First of all the staff is so friendly and everyone made me feel comfortable before I sat in the chair to be examined. I ask A LOT of questions and the two assistants in front (Melissa and Jay) were very helpful and quick to provide thorough answers to everything I asked. On top of being a great dentist, Dr. Erick made me feel like a friend more so than a client. I really felt that with the whole staff. The precision in Dr. Erick’s craft and genuine hospitality of everyone in the office will keep me coming back

I have been seeing Dr. Erick since he worked in Playa Vista. He’s outstanding. Very conservative and trustworthy in terms of identifying necessary work, and an excellent craftsman in the work he does. Very good hygiene and office staff as well. Highly recommended!

I went to several dentist here in So. Bay before going to West Beach Dental. I found most dentist in the area would either try to take advantage of me or they were simply terrible. I had one dentist tell me I had 9 cavities and then tried to hard pressure sell me into doing the fillings immediately that day in his office. I went for a second opinion and found he was trying to scam me. Eric seems like a good honest person, that does great work, and take his time

I went to Dr. B when he was part of another office in Playa Vista in 2012. He did a great job on my crown and any fillings I needed. I moved so I had to change dentists, and have been unhappy with any other crown work since.

I will forever stand by my claim that Dr Erik is the best damn dentist on the west side of things. I whole heartedly recommend his dental practice. Even at the risk of over exposing my dentist and there by making it more difficult for me to get an appointment, (though that is never an issue). Still, I’m willing to do so, if it means he gets to help out my friends and fellow yelpers. Some of the stand outs: The office is clean and comfortable. The equipment is all new and state of the art. This 5 Star  rating is beyond overdue‼I first met Dr.E when he was in playa vista, when I called to make my regular 6 month appt. the office told me he moved and opened his own practice ‼‼so I found Dr E and made my Appointment! It’s so easy for me to give the 5 stars when what I really would like to do is 10 plus stars! Honestly, I had the most horrible dental experiences and I told him that but I NEVER needed to worry for a split second Dr E. is an incredible dentist who cares about “you” as if you were his only patient plus he’s a “Perfectionist ” you will Never feel as though you leave his office without feeling like you were just given the A plus treatment and may I add he is so gentle, kind, and all around a great guy!! I really without any reservations recommend one of the nicest person I’ve ever met Oh, plus he makes your teeth perfect or like me, the best he can do after all the terrible dentists before him Many thanks to you and your great staff

I’ve been to Dr. Erick twice, so I guess he gets 10 stars. I love his humorous personality and his gentle manner. I first chose him when I had to change dentists and I found on the internet that he came highly recommended by several people.  I like that I’m not paying for an extravagantly decorated office. Making appointments has been pleasant and easy.  Parking is easy.  I have experienced zero upselling.  Three of my family members are also happy with Dr. Erick Bartolome.  I hope you are too

There are not enough good things to say.  If I could give them 100 stars, I would.  I’ve always felt uncomfortable with dentists until I started going here.  Prior to finding Dr. Erick, I went to a dentist who told me I needed 3 root canals.  I was distraught, knowing that my last dental appointment indicated no cavities.  I left that former dentist in tears and quickly found West Beach Dental on Yelp.  Dr. Erick did an exam and, sure enough, I had no cavities.  4 years later and I still go to him faithfully. For the first time in my life, I look forward to going to the dentist because of him.  He’s incredibly trustworthy and cares much more about his patients and their teeth than he does about making money.  The staff is friendly and the office is modern and clean.  Furthermore,Dr. Erick’s bedside manner is incredible.  He remembers every patient and treats you like a friend and not just a client.  And, most importantly, he has made me confident with my smile!  If you’re not going here, you’re missing out!!

Eric is amazing!  Even during quarantine he retuned my call right away after I called and left a VM about my tooth pain. I have high anxiety and asked so many questions, he was patient the whole time and listened to everything I had to say. He even prescribed me antibiotics on the spot and scheduled an appointment for me to go in next week. I appreciate this kind of service so much he actually cares about his patients.
