Dr. Steven Moore Jr., Megan, Kelsey, and the ENTIRE staff at Lakota Dental are congenial and professional in their approach to patients. Additionally, their “human” approach (treating others with respect, compassion, kindness, etc.) is very welcoming. We recently switched to Lakota Dental from another local provider and we are so happy that we did. I absolutely encourage anyone looking for a new dental group provider to consider Lakota Dental. Dr. Steven Moore at Lakota Dental Group is the best dentist I’ve met. He’s not just darn good at what he does, but he really cares about his patients! He is friendly, informative, kind & patient answering a myriad of my questions in a clear, understandable way. He takes time with his patients, unlike so many who just rush you in & out. He explains what he sees, any issues, and various options to resolve those issues. And unlike so many others I’ve seen, he doesn’t push procedures that aren’t needed. My cousin had recommended him to me & now I have my mom going to him too. Even when I moved out of West Chester to Cincy, I made the drive to see him which was so worth it! If you’ve experienced painful procedures by bad dentist like I have, you know why the drive to a good dentist is well advised! I currently live in LA & I visit his office whenever I can when I come home. He even allows me to bug him here from LA with questions! 😀 If you need a great dentist, I can’t recommend Dr. Steven R. Moore enough!

Lakota Dental has been my Dentist Office for a couple of years now. I’ve been to an office in Colerain, Wyoming and Norwood but Lakota Dental has by far been the best experience for me. I will continue to go here because the staff has always made me feel very comfortable and they are very kind. I do not carry dental insurance and with that said, they’re also very affordable. It’s clean and very welcoming. I’m all about how comfortable they make you feel in “the chair” and I don’t take this lightly. Other places would make me feel nervous, awkward, and silly for asking questions or being concerned. Not here. I’ve always felt so comfortable and “right at home” in a sense. That’s the make it or break it deal for me. Choose Lakota Dental!

West Chester Dental service has gone way down I have gone there for 8 years and the last 2 years the service has been horrible. They cannot keep good help I’ve had 4 different dentists since I started Paid 4000 for an implant that didn’t last a year, and they refused to honor their work, after committing to me they would but because the person quit the new office Mgr Jennifer who is not customer focused would not honor what was agreed upon, Stay away from this dentist office
