Gentle, thorough and efficient dentistry. Dr. Welland is the very best! Not once did I feel even the least amount of discomfort during all the restorative work he did in my mouth. I am very pleased with the results of his work.  His dental assistant and hygienist also have a gentle touch and do excellent work. Faith and Debbie are a dream to work with to get an appointment with timely follow-up reminders.  The whole office is “top drawer.”  I highly recommend!  Thank you West Chester Smile Center!

Dr. Welland has been caring for my family’s teeth for years, and we could not be happier! I have long been anxious about my less-than-perfect dentition, but his excellent chair-side manner, and friendly, attentive staff have always made me feel at ease. My children are always excited, never fearful, about going to his office for check-ups, and whenever we have had a dental emergency, we have been seen promptly, and have had the problem, and the choices we might have regarding treatment of that problem explained to us fully without pressure. I highly recommend Dr. Welland.

I broke off part of a tooth while traveling. The friendly receptionist worked hard to fit me in for an emergency appointment. They were able to see me very quickly. The dental assistant was very patient with my dental anxiety and helped calm me by chatting The dentist was kind, observant, and noticed the novacain had not fully numbed me as soon as I did. He was gentle and very personable. I am so grateful for this office and everyone involved. Oh, and the price was very reasonable! 10 out 10 and an A+ from this former teacher!!

This is the best dentistry I have ever been to by far. They are simply just great professional neat place . It is refreshing to walk into a place like Dr. Welland office. They are truly some of the nicest people I’ve ever met, always happy smiley and genuine. My son loves going to the dentist and they do not only a thorough job but go far and beyond to ensure each person is comfortable. I’m glad I had the chance to get into such an awesome clinic.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Welland for close to twenty years and I have thoroughly enjoyed his expertise and kind nature.  His hygienists are all top notch and seem ever willing to make my experience there comfortable and engaging.  His office staff is equally efficient and interested in me and not just my teeth!  A hidden gem in the dental world.

Just started going to Dr. Welland and have a whole slew of problems and he is the first dentist that I didn’t feel judged by! He took his time with me to find a good plan of action and the ladies at the front desk were super nice and explained pricing and everything to me! Also didn’t complain about all of my questions lol. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Dr. Welland and his staff are absolutely SUPERB! They all make you feel SO incredibly welcome and comfortable because they’re all such kind people with soothing and warm personalities. Their COVID precautions are off the wall with cleanliness (they clean everything in multiple of ways between each patient) and you can always see them smiling even though wearing masks. They’re very accommodating & just in general.. are such a great practice . I’d never even flinch to recommend them to anyone. They are wonderful and I always come and go smiling.. with a nice clean smile each time! Thank you Dr. Welland and staff for always being amazing 🙂

Dr. Welland’s office is amazing. Very clean and professional yet this familiar homey feeling. Everyone actually gets to know you so that the experience doesn’t feel impersonal. The nurses are very knowledgeable and throughout with their work. Dr. Welland himself is nothing short of amazing and skilled! Love them!

I put a lot of dental work aside for years due to a dentist that was absolutely brutal with procedures and had terrible officer management prior to switching to West Chester Smile Center. Ever since I switched over to Dr. Welland I have caught up on numerous things that needed done, including a root canal that was a breeze through them with a easy recovery. Out of the handful of Dentist I have had over the years I am finally WAY more comfortable getting things done given the horrible prior dentists and had fillings fall out immediately after procedures leaving me in crazy pain for weeks until they were available at the office. Most recently I had an issue with my gums by a previous repaired tooth and the staff was AMAZING with me even though it was at closing and they could have easily just walked out the door. I emailed some photos and within 10 minutes I had a call back aong with an appointment that fit my schedule their first day back. They are an amazing team that actually care about their work above all, lol if I could give them bonus stars I would…. they are that good!

When we moved back to the West Chester area about 10 years ago we went through the process of finding new doctors and a dentist. After checking some references and doing on-line searching I was drawn to the sincerity and professionalism of Dr. Welland’s web site and decided to give him a try and never regretted that decision. The whole staff treats you like family, friendly follow-ups before and after appointments. Considerate of any changes in schedules that become necessary and more importantly a practice that keeps current with changes in dental processes and has a good network of specialists when required. Although I can’t say I look forward to going to the dentist but I do look forward to seeing my friends at West Chester Smile Center.
