It was my first time here as a new patient.
It started with a great greeting from the front desk, to the X-ray tech , dr., And financial staff. They made me feel like home but of course there was a little wait and it happens when you are a new patient. I loved the fact that Dr. Amir was very honest about treatment and educated me for a better hygiene, everything he mention made sense to me. 3 months cleaning is better than annual cleaning he helps fight bacteria and prevent plaque and calculus. Overall I had a great experience. Not to mention I started my ortho treatment because they made it possible for me all thanks to Mike and Virginia.

Service on the phone and in person was great !My nurse Annie was outstanding and very professional, every time I come in for a visit , she knows how to keep me calm from getting nervous with my procedures . Doctor is very professional and front desk Maria very courteous! I drive from Palm Spring and it’s so worth it !

I cannot say enough nice truthful things about Dr. Amir and his staff. Dr. Amir is truthful, he is a perfectionist, he has done four root canals on me, he has helped me keep my teeth. I have had terrible experiences with other dentists, so l stayed away, l highly recommend Dr.Amir, he is gentle, Honest, caring! l am 66 years old and finally found a dentist l can trust. Go with confidence your in good hands.

After trying about 10 different places and none were willing to even look at my teeth…I called this place and right away I got an “I can help you”attitude.I work for one of the largest corporations in the world and the most important thing is to take care of your customers (patients) and make them feel welcome and like you are going to guide them through the right path.  Everyone is smiling and so pleasant and really seem to love what they do. The doctor was super nice and I overheard him working on a little kid and he’s great with them..had them giggling and laughing …I’m glad I chose this place over the 10+ I called. Everything is super clean and new! My braces came off today like I said after being denied about 10+ times from different Orthodontists and Dentists.

My son is 8 years old and goes for Orthodontic treatment, this place is great, nice staff and doctor is great. My son was terrified of seeing the dentist, he was practically hyperventilating in the chair, but the doctor was very kind and patient, walking him through every step of the way. He made this a great experience for my son. My son had to have an upper mouth palate widener and lower retainer in order to make room for his permanent teeth to come in. I would recommend this doctor to my family and friends for early ortho treatment.

They’re great! They work with you on your insurance or they offer payment plans if you don’t have it. Going to the dentist can be scary if you think you’re gonna be yelled at but they don’t do that!! They’re kind and patient! I’m not afraid of my regular check up. And I always leave with toothpaste and mouthwash!! the treatment coordinator and the office manger THE WHOLE TEAM IS GREAT!!!  take advantage of this opportunity please come and visit the  westcoast dental family of Baldwin park.

West coast Dental of Baldwin Park is a great dental office. Dr. Amir and his assistant Liz were very professional. He is very gentle and is a perfectionist. He cares for patients as if they are his family. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Office is very clean and high technology. I feel so comfortable every time I go there. I have found a great dentist and will refer all my friends and families there. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone!

I’m so happy for for choosing this office to have my mouth to be worked on. Even it has been a couple of days I feel so much better, with getting a tooth pulled and root canal and with a parcel bridge and many more to come. I’m looking forward to seeing my Doctor to finish. But I couldn’t have been able to get the work done without the help of Dave that is the financial. He is a superstar. And to the rest of the team, WOW they are a team that really put this office on the map for me. Here I am again it is so gooooood to be here once again for they treat us so  well. Can’t wait to get the rest of my teeth put into my mouth. Later do now.

First off let me start off with How amazing the staff was! Everyone I came into contact with was very nice and attentive. All smiles to say the least. I came in due to a filling breaking but once I seen the dentist I realized it was more then just that. The dentist was very friendly and let me know in detail what I needed. Let me be the first to say I hate the dentist but he made me feel at ease. I also have to point out Mike! One of the most sweetest and helpful guys around. He helped us out with so much. The first time I came in my insurance was wrong. So Mike made it a point to get the correct insurance so the work I needed could get paid for. After many phone calls between my husband, Mike,  and myself he got the insurance corrected and got me an appt the same day. He was very caring and was there every step of the way. We thank him so much for all his help! If you come here definitely talk to Mike. He’s the man!  You’ll see exactly what I’m talking about. Thank you West Coast Dental. Thank you for taking emergency appointments during such a troubling time. The entire staff across the board was extremely friendly and efficient. The dentist was very informative and to the point. I am a very nervous dental patient and thus far my experience was very calm and informative. Thank you for making me feel at ease, even during a pandemic.

Wow…… My sons first visit went smooth! We were so nervous coming to the dentist I have so many nice things to say about this place that ours were perfect for me to get out of work and come in for A5 o’clock appointment the wait was not long at all the dentist worked on my daughter first it went by very quickly she felt so comfortable my son needed more work than we expected did not expect to have any teeth pulled but the dentist made it a smooth and quick procedure my son came out like a champ looking forward to our next visit surprisingly so is my son thank you everyone there everyone was so nice answered all my questions and we’re so helpful!

West Coast Dental should be idolized as the cream of the crop compared to other dental clinics. Their staff is one of the best I’ve seen, from being kind and supportive to all patients to   their efficient and enjoyable treatments. Everyone is very professional and friendly even when the procedure gets rough. If you have a child scared of their teeth being pulled out, West Coast Dental will expertly and easily help them feel comfortable and well as they do the required treatment. Their faucility is always clean fresh. West Coast Dental is the dental paradise and I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

This was our first visit today and i got an appointment 2 hrs prior because my old dentist office no longer accepted my insurance. The ladies at the front desk were so incredibly friendly proffessional and efficient. And everyone in the back from the xray technician to the dental hygienist and dr. Were just amazing. All of you made my 2 girls comfortable and they both walked out with smiles. Thank you all for making this not so fun experience an amazing one.

Staff is very calm and caring. They assisted my mother, who is elderly. She couldn’t have found any other dental location that was so attentive and sweet natured as the staff here. Her comfort was their main concern. She had two teeth pulled. And is doing well. Thank you Western Dental of Baldwin Park. They are located at corner of Ramona Blvd and La Rica Ave in Baldwin Park. UPDATE: my mom passed 4 wks later. She should have consulted with her medical doctor before any dental procedures. For seniors check with medical doctor first before any dental work. I don’t care what the dentist says. That’s what our mistake was. My mom’s lil body got too stressed from the dental procedure. I asked for a periodontal to see my mom they said it wasn’t needed. Like hell…look now. She is gone.

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve had! And I’ve had a lot!!!! I fear coming to the dentist because I never feel that the Dr’s care if I feel pain or discomfort and it’s alway impersonal and “cold”! But Dr. Hemmati has changed that for me on my first visit! He’s absolutely great! Very gentle. Very kind. I felt very comfortable and a lot more relaxed while getting my work done! I will be coming here for all my dental work from now on! I sent my husband and son to him! I’m happy to say I’ve finally found my dentist!

I am here with my sister for her dental routine check up and dr diagnose a full mouth reconstruction  we know she needs it but before we start she needs to do deep cleaning and needs to see  periodontist this is nice that they have all the specialty dentist in the same office.  Wow this is great as we dont need to go anywhere else. My hygienists provide me the best education about periodontal inflammation and sever bone loss.  I am happy we brought my sister here.  Once again i be back to see the periodontist next month i lobe you guys.  This is the best place.  I will continue coming back here.  Friends and yelpers please check out this place the dentist and the dental hygienist are so welcoming.

I did not get his name and I wish I did but a very very helpful gentleman went above and beyond to help me ..Going in with the worst pain finding out I needed 4 root canals, not getting approved for any of the payment plans they had to offer still trying to figure something out to help  me he gave two more choices that both weren’t possible for me at the time still I left and came back same day  with a lil more then half of the money I needed to at least get one root canal done and he said he couldn’t do anything still , he stepped out the office for a couple min and somehow got me approved with the money i brought in to get the job done thanks to all his help i feel a whole lot better.

This place is the BEST dental office I’ve had the pleasure to experience! The office staff is always courteous, personable and pleasant.  Dr. Amir Hemmati was very gentle and great at soothing my fears and tears away ( I am a huge chicken when it comes to dental work) so I appreciated his patience with me. Everyone, from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the biller was very knowledgeable and kind. The office was clean and tidy too. But most importantly they treated me like I was family and not just a patient. Now that’s what I call great service!

My daughter has only been coming here for a year,  but this office is the only dental office I’ve been glad to take her to. The customer service is very proffesional and courteous.  The waiting area is clean and airy.  The dentists and assistants are very friendly. We also have seen an orthodontist here that was very honest with us about  my daughter’s teeatment. Scheduling accommodations are great… Twice I thought I was going to miss the appointment,  but they rescheduled it later in the day so it ended up working out.  Overall,   I recommend this office hands down.
