Daughter was having an unbearable toothache on 1/6/19; called West Coast Dental @ 10:30 a.m and was given an appointment @ 12 noon. We were greeted with a genuine, warm smile by Caroline; answered all questions and concerns with patience and understanding. We were serviced by Dr. Jorge Cabrera, Jamie Telles, and Danielle Lopez. Jamie, saw that my daughter was extremely nervous; so they give her time to calm down Before beginning any procedure!! They so accommodating, reassuring and very patient! My daughter and I are beyond amazed by the genuine care these employees have for their clients! Then Lucia, in detail gave a recap of the Services my daughter would need; all the options she had ( even the least expensive ones!) AANNNDD the deductibles of each. Yes, it’s a business but their #1 priority is the client! I saw it first; from the beginning to end of our visit! It speaks volumes! Words and slogans are meaningless without Action! The representation of these exceptional employees speaks volumes about this West coast dental in Hemet California! Thank you all so much! My husband and I will be transferring to West Coast Dental.

I’m very satisfied with this dental office, Dr. Cabrera & Assistant Jamie Telles satisfied me with their amazing work! I feel so confident and happy to smile again! Searching for a dentist that is not money hungry is a chore these days. After years of dealing with broken teeth, spackle and crowns I found Dr. Cabrera at West Coast Dental of Hemet. He was willing to by pass the thousand of dollars of root canals and caps by removing the deeply infected and broken teeth to fix my smile with partials. The staff from moment of entry to moment of exiting were professional, well trained and well informed. The Doctor gave his professional opinion and options that most Dentist do not provide. There were several options for out of pocket payment for what your insurance does not cover. On the Saturday that I went these were the Caring staff that were on duty: Jamie, Danielle, Lucia, Caroline and Mike. For them to be working on a Saturday none of them were unpleasant and all had a good sense of humor. They all made me feel comfortable with asking any question and were able to address each question with knowledgeable information. Although I have not dealt with any other staff members to date I would highly recommend West Coast Dental Group of Hemet.   Friendly staff, clean facility and reasonable  pricing.

Clean facility, welcoming staff and great service. They are open Saturdays, late hours and specialists on hand. There is ample parking, close to various things to do while you wait. Located in a nice area of Hemet. Lucia, Perla and Caroline are very knowledgable and really do their best to work with insurance and payment plans to help patients get the care they need at a price that is within the patients budget. They want your business and do what they can to make you feel welcomed and be of help. Jamie has worked assisting Dr. Cabrera. She is very caring, conscientious, professional and efficient. She is always checking to see if you are doing ok and need anything or how else she can help you. I have been praying to find a good dentist with good staff as I have quite of bit of dental work to do. My prayers were answered when I found Dr. Cabrera and staff located at the West Coast Detal Office in HEMET. I love the doctor is able to do most of the work himself. He has done a deep cleaning for me, a root canal and crown. I am like wow. Normally, I would have gotten referred for my cleaning with the hygienist on a separate visit. Then for the other visit I had, at my previous dentist- I would have been referred to the root canal specialist and that specialist only came in once or twice a month. At West Coast Dental in Hemet- Dr. Cabrera was able to do the root canal himself on the same visit and fit me with a temp crown that was within my budget. Love it here!! Yes, I would recommend them no questions asked. This is my favorite go to place.They do what their mission states….they provide quality care to every patient who walks through their doors via their attentiveness, open communication and patient education.

My children and I just started going there since the end of summer…and service is great. We usually hate dental visits but the way they work on your teeth, it goes so smoothly and not only that they all make you feel comfortable as much as possible. To set an appointment they fit you in to their earliest convenience even when you accidentally missed your appointment they get you in as soon as the next day. Dr. Cabrera works so gently on your teeth, I was nervous for my root canal but he did it so gently, and it was unbelievably fast, it was nothing like what I expected. I would definitely recommend this practice it was nothing I ever experienced and is glad to continue my families dental needs there.

I was looking for a dentist for my mom so I called this place on a Friday and the next day they scheduled me for an appointment for my mom. The staff are very professional and approachable. I brought my mom the next day and they did the dental work in a timely manner.

I have never been able to stand the dentist.. just the whole experience has always made me cringe and I have avoided going to the dentist for years because of this. I needed work done and finally had to bite the bullet and go in. The staff was very nice and informative. They got me in for my first appt. really fast and i didnt have to wait weeks due to being a new patient. I also scheduled to take my son here. They took such good care of us both. They took their time with my son and made him feel really comfortable, and they explained everything to me in detail. Dr. Cabrera is an amazing dentist, and really takes his time and takes pride in his work. When he gave me the shots to numb my mouth i remember thinking “that wasnt anything like i remember”. I dont think i even squinted my eyes. Ive gone back a few times to finish up my work, and every time has been great. The lady who works in the back with the dentist is named Jaime , and she is one of the nicest people i have ever met. Shes always smiling, very upbeat and positive. She explains everything to you,  and she does not make you feel rushed or like you are just another person to get done with. Today she took the time and literally showed me the proper way to floss and gave me tips to try. When my son was in for his appt.the first time she tried to make him as comfortable as possible while cleaning his teeth.. even if you are at an good dentist, i would reccomend coming here because they are GREAT.. i tell all my friends and family to go here.

Well, since the COVID-19 Pandemic, being able to freely converse with people are limited. Our Society has been very unsociable, uptight, and faceless because of masks (although necessary). Coming to this office seemed like a breathe of fresh air to talk, and have a few laughs with the staff. Thank you Hemet West Coast Dental for making my visits pleasurable, and always making me feel comfortable. I appreciate the cleanliness & how personable everyone is. Thank you Dr. Cabrera for your attention to detail with my dental work. Thank you Ray & Staff! Aloha!
