First day at West Coast Dental in Norco. I am always skeptical trying someplace new but they are so much closer to my home. First impression was they love their patients and love to have fun. I usually have bad experiences and get very nervous when going to the dentist. I told them upfront and they were all very nice from the front desk Jessica, Sandra and Carlos to the Assitants Edwardo, Brandon and Erika. ( hope I didn’t miss anyone there) the whole office is great. The Dentist Dr Pezold, is the best Dentist ever. I am so happy with her. She is personably. Understanding and actually takes her time with you to listen. Feels like I am the only patient there and not pressure to hurry like other places. I have made about 7 appointments and I get appointment same day or next day with 2-7 minute wait time. After getting a room within 5 which is amazing. I would and have recommended anyone to go here. I absolutely love this dental office!! Words can’t express how happy I am to have found them. It was by chance as our job was having a health fair where I met Kim. The doctor is so amazing, very patient and gentle, she walked me through every procedure and made sure i understand the process, I didn’t feel Overwhelmed or pressured to get the work done that was suggested . I had a crown, 4 fillings and deep cleaning all With minimal to no discomfort. The office staff is very friendly from the moment you walk in your greeted with smilies. I had a steady dentist for fifteen years until we moved in 2014. Since then, I’ve been to five different offices looking for a new dentist in my area. They were all terrible. Each one was trying to up sell me on things I didn’t need or want. My parents live close to West Coast Dental in Norco and I thought that I would give them a shot and I’m so glad I did. From the first minute I arrived, Anna in reception made me feel comfortable and right at home. I was taken to Xray by Ericka who was gentle and explained each step. I was amazed at the xrays and photos that were taken. Dr. Pezold was quick but thorough, making sure to answer all my questions to the best of her ability. After Dr. Pezold cleaned my teeth, she made sure Brandon polished them up nice and shiny. When it was done, Carlos gave me the paper that showed an estimate of all the work Dr. Pezold suggested I complete. He explained every step and was extremely knowledgeable regarding my insurance. You could see that all of the employees here at West Coast Dental were happy To be there. The facility was super clean and everyone was warm and friendly. I highly suggest that if you are looking for a dentist, look no further than West Coast Dental.

I am almost tempted to lie. Lol for fear that this status will become so overwhelmed with patients when they know the truth that would it be impossible to get in.
