I came to West Coast Dental under a recommendation from a friend, and I had no idea of what to expect as I’ve had terrible experiences with dental offices in the past. I must say that I am utterly impressed with the service provided, and can honestly say that you feel welcomed coming through the door. I really appreciated the fact that your insurance is verified before any work is performed and the break down of pricing (if needed) is clear. The staff is professional and courteous and answered all my questions. Jason Han, DDS was my dentist during my visit. I also had a consultation with the Orthodontist and explained the next steps and procedures of braces I will be needing, in order to remedy an adult tooth. I can say I will be returning with my husband and kids for all my dental needs. My daughter had an appointment today and our experience was great. The staff were amazing and very nice. What I love about this office in particular is that they practice 6 feet social distance and they are always sanitizing. I felt safe having my daughter there. My daughter had an appointment at 10 am to be sedated and get work done. She’s five. They instructed us no food or water after midnight. Makes sense. So tell me why it’s okay to not feed her, she had a ten o’clock appointment and she wasn’t in the chair till12:30? For 2 and a half hours she sat there, scared, hungry, and thirsty. When asked why this was okay, the answer was to basically deal with it and unless I make the first appointment of the day it is what it is. Total bs.

I found the right place. A caring, attentive dental staff. “The entire office”. I needed an affordable crown for my back wisdom tooth. Medi-Cal wont cover a porcelain crown. After talking with Joy and Stephanie in the front office they told me about a program called Care Credit! I signed up in 5 minutes. Got approved for my Crown. Both my wife and I visit this dentist regularly. As a paying patient, the grade I give this office is a 10. My operation went according to plan. Ditto for my schedule and budget. Although some like to underestimate the role that a friendly staff can play, I’m not one of them. I’m rarely around non-snobby people so it was delightful to not be antagonized in the place where a drill would be coming into contact with my beloved little teeth.
A serviceable staff was like the cherry on top of the first-class dental ministrations I was given. The level of care evinced by those who treated me was palpable. I consider their services a more than estimable value. I admire their commitment to quality services.

The only complaint I have about this dentist is that he can’t export his method to every single dentist location. He’s that good. He sets my teeth right, looking just as they should and he does so without scolding me. He’s positive about all the options I have to take care of my teeth and those of my children. I feel encouraged to take better care of my mouth, and not like I’m being scared into it. He’s also taken the time to talk with me a little bit about how to improve the mouth washing habits of my kids. He’s just a nice guy, no matter what angle you look at him from. Great doctors,great personnel.Everybody was very helpful and smiling.I also learned they have a new manager and he was awesome,very respectful and great customer service.I went in for a cleaning and they were very nice,they also took some X-rays then went in for cleaning and it was not bad at all,I admit I was a little scared but the hygenist was very talkative and also gave me helpful tips on how to take care of my teeth 🙂 Overall I was very satisfied with their service and I recommend people to try it out.

I usually hate going to the dentist but the staff always makes it worth it. Ronaldo, Josh, and Dr. Han all made my visit run very smoothly. Ronaldo was helpful and let me know about different payment plans since ya know times are tough and money’s tight. Josh did a great job on my cleaning and was super nice and made sure I was okay the whole time. The girls in the front were also very helpful by making sure all the issues with my insurance got resolved. Couldn’t have had a better visit!

West Coast Dental of North Hills is the best I went there to get my braces done the doctor that did them was the best and everyone there is sweet and treat you with the best care I would definitely recommend everyone I know to go there, everyone from the ladies in the front to the orthodontist and general doctors treat you with a lot of respect and I love how fast service is, I usually don’t have to wait in the waiting room too long before being seen. If your second guessing going there don’t get in there because they will definitely treat you right and make sure everything goes smooth and as painless as possible.

Ok so for starters, I travel, a lot!!! I am an actress and my husband is a producer. I travel in and out of LA a lot. Last week my tooth chipped on set while we were shooting in near this location. I usually go to West Coast Dental of Van Nuys or DTLA which are both amazing. I quickly searched up the closest office to me and this one came up. They got me in and out so quickly and my tooth was fixed fast enough for my shoot! The dentists work quick and efficient and I am so lucky that I found WCD has so many amazing offices! West Coast Dental of NH is probably the best dental office I have ever been to. The staff and service is beyond amazing, and the doctors really care. The office is extremely clean, always and I leave with clean teeth every time. I would recommend West Coast Dental to all my friends and definitely recommend you all give them a try. Truly amazing!

They only do that type of xray on Wednesday but they where so helpful best experience ever and the receptionist betty is a super model i would go back just to see her. I like everyone there, the only thing is they do take a long time to see you. It was very hard for me to make this appointment. First they have given me the appointment for Saturday than they call to say it had to be changed to Friday. When I tried to do the appointment they had me on hold for more than half an hour. I had to call back the next day to schedule. Is bad because I do like everyone there.

I’ve enjoyed my time with west coast dental. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I came in dec 2017 to get wisdom teeth remove and start my treatment with braces. The orthodontist really took his time and answered any questions that I had. He made necessary changes along the way. 1 year and 4 months my braces are coming off today. Leticia the office manager was also very friendly and wonderful made sure to reassure me that they have a proffensional staff and helped with easing my anxiety going to the dentist. My dentist Dr. Han was incredible he took care of my root canal swiftly and for the first time ever with my experiences going to the dentist he made it completely painless. My experience was literally incredible from the assistant dentist Maritza to the X-ray operator Diana. Everyone was amazing and professional and extremely good at what they do. I recommend this office above all others when it comes to going to the dentist. Especially if you are very scared about the dentist. They will make it swift and painless. The most amazing two beautiful faces when you walk in. Xiomara was so pleasant and helpful and customer service skills off the chain. Betty so vibrant and helpful answered my questions and made my visit actual fun. The best crew I’ve seen so far. I’ve been visiting this location for over 10 years. First off i would like to Thank the Dentist and the young ladies who assisted him with my procedure and all the west coast dental staff of North Hills i really appreciate the way they made me feel comfortable and worried free i walked in there on the pain scale of 20+ a migraine headache that i had for weeks and in just one hour the pain and the migraine was gone before i made my next appointment and might i add thats after getting 4 wisdom teeth pulled so i made sure i saved their address and phone number in my contacts so if anyone is having teeth problems i could refer them to west coast dental of north hills.

Ok, first off I have to thank the whole team from the front desk to the dentist who pulled out my tooth. you guys are amazing. I was soo nervous I was in tears but they took the time to put me at ease and even offer additional methods of pain management. I have never in my life had an experience at a dentist like the one I had here. I honestly feel like I trust them. I was transferred here from another location because of the horrible experience I had prior to coming here and the really took care of me I feel like typing on and on about my experience here but I wont I will just say I recommend them to anyone. office is clean and very professional. I didn’t feel like another patient they needed to hurry up and get rid of. I felt like my dentist daughter. yes I said daughter he was concerned, caring , explanatory and gentle. My daughter needed to get a baby root canal and we have been to numerous doctors and have tried many different ways (numbing, anesthesia and laughing gas). Nothing worked with her anxieties and fear of needles. When we came here the dentist was so calm and very nice, explaining in detail what would be done. My daughter, whose 9, felt confident with her and a few days later her tooth was capped and she was beyond happy!! Because she was calm and trusting with this place, I even go here and I am happy!! I knew I needed a lot of work done. I was nervous. With a waiting room crowded as much as they were I was pondering did I pick the right place. I couldn’t have picked a better office! Might be the reason they were packed. They seem to have their staff down to perfection, I feel like as soon as I sat down I was being attended to after getting X-rays I was brought to a room shortly. The doctors explained to me what he thinks the game plan should be. I totally agreed. Only problem was I was not 100 percent covered by my dental insurance for all the work. I was then accompanied by one of the financial staff members, she was able to help me out with a wonderful payment plan. And just like that I was in the very next morning and I am so happy I am now waiting for my permanent crowns to come in but thats something you can’t rush I am pretty sure . The Doctor, the assistant, the X-ray tech, and even the one who did all the work on my temp crown were all so amazing. I really like this office and I am definitely going to keep coming. Teeth are a sensitive subject I think and we are so embarrassed to go in but I didn’t feel bad this office doesn’t make you feel bad and I really enjoyed every moment here so far. The one thing I liked the most is how well they use their time they seemed to be well staffed and everyone works very well together I was left alone in my chair twice and that was only as the imprints were setting in my mouth. GREAT OFFICE.

Ok office to go to. Definitely afternoons are very busy so I recommend you get a in between the week day or a Saturday for your appointments if you’re trying to get in and out ASAP.
