I’ve always been insecure about my smile because I have crooked teeth, but I never got braces as a young child. But since my career involves meeting with clients and investors face to face, I needed that extra boost of self confidence. So at 32 years old, I decided to go to West Coast Dental to see what my options were for adult braces. First of all, the staff and dentists at West Coast Dental were very helpful and knowledgeable. They sat me down and explained all of my options, including clear aligners which are almost indivisible. I really didn’t want to have metal braces in my teeth. After a few weeks, I decided to get clear aligners instead of metal braces, and I’m so happy with the results. Every time I visit the orthodontist, it’s a pleasant experience. My appointments are quick, and they make sure that I follow up on a regular basis.

This is the dentist I was looking for. My friends had talked about how satisfied they were with services and I had the opportunity to try them out. My friends were right about prices that were more than affordable and the service that was just excellent. So gentle and accommodating. I was expecting there to be very good customer service, but even with the high expectations I had coming in, everyone exceeded them. This is a lovely dentist office and it’s run spectacularly well. I can call them if I have a question and they take my calls. When my father needed to fix his dentures I called and they made a fast appointment for him. We went together and his dentures were fixed. The next day was my youngest sister’s wedding so it a bit of a social emergency too.

5 stars across the board! Dr. Parsa was very knowledgeable and thorough in my exam. She made sure I received the best cleaning I have ever had. She even found a small cavity that my previous dentist overlooked. The entire staff including her assistant Michelle and Office Manager Aide were very professional and courteous. I will never go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

This was my first visit with Dr. Parsa. I was very happy with the experience. The way I was treated reflected how thorough, competent and well trained the staff and Dr. Parsa behaved and operated. With the latest high tech equipment she and her staff were able to provide me with photos of my teeth in real time. Dr. Parsa was able to point out the problem teeth and gum conditions that I could see clearly. All my questions I asked about procedure prices and my insurance coverage’s were answered. I tend to ask a lot of questions. I’m pleased I found a new dentist that I would recommend after one visit. Thank you Dr. Parsa and staff.

I’ve been to many dentists in my life, and I’ve tried every type of office, from high-end boutique dentists in Beverly Hills and Newport Beach to larger “factory” dentists in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara. Finding a good dentist and dental office is much like finding a good mechanic. It often comes down to word-of-mouth (no pun intended) or who you know. I’ve had subpar dental work for years (with much painful drilling), so I was intrigued when a friend told me about West Coast Dental and the amazing dentist they have there along with a fabulous staff. My friend raved about this place, so I figured it was worth the drive to Riverside on my way to do business in the Inland Empire. I made an appointment with Dr. Parsa to have my teeth cleaned and some teeth filled (what can I say? I love my sweets…). I also was interested in getting teeth whitening trays due to my bad coffee habit. (Yes, there’s a reason I smile with my mouth closed and all of my photos have been photoshopped…I have very dark yellow, messed-up teeth.) I immediately liked the office atmosphere (clean and friendly) and the staff. Everyone I encountered (Karina, Roberto, Isabel, Michelle, and Sandra) was professional, kind, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I have an abject fear of all things dental, but everyone at West Coast Dental made me feel safe and happy. Then I met the doctor and was very impressed. She really knew her stuff! I found out she graduated from Loma Linda, which is a highly esteemed school. Frankly, Dr. Parsa was the best dentist I’ve ever had. She was personable, friendly, knowledgable, and took the time to explain the procedures to me. She was understanding of my fear of dentists and pain, and she was very patient with me. Her work was superb. She is a highly intelligent doctor who really knows her technique. I felt that I was in the care of a highly trained specialist who took her work seriously. She cares deeply for the patients, and it shows. Her team all seemed to love her, and she seemed to love them in return. As a patient, I found the atmosphere of this dental office to be extremely positive, and it all came down to Doctor Parsa and her excellent team. I wish every dental office could operate from this business model. The only bummer…I live far away. I guess I’ll be driving to Riverside every six months to get my teeth cleaned and worked on. Oh, I forgot to mention…my lemon-yellow teeth are now a beautiful shade of pearly white, thanks to West Coast Dental’s teeth whitening trays. No more photoshop–Yay!

My first experience was not great. I know I’m an anxious nervous wreck at the dentist but the way the female dentist treated me was unfair. She made me feel like shit for being nervous. My blood pressure was high. She spent 3 seconds in my mouth and then told me “there’s nothing I can do because of your blood pressure ” and got up and left. Then presented me with a $2000 estimate. Her assistants were very kind which is why i left a 5 Star. If I didn’t need my wisdom teeth out I wouldn’t of gone back. BUT! I’m glad I did. The oral surgeon was FANTASTIC he made me feel so calm, his assistants, the two gentlemen were so helpful and nice. The woman who recovered me after surgery was so down to earth and wonderful. I wish I knew everyone’s names. Thank you so much. The female dentist is garbage but the rest of your staff is wonderful

I interned at wcd and came to find out their staff is amazing/highly skilled crew. They’re all very friendly and make the patients feel welcome and leave with a smile. The hygienist Nancy is amazing! the way she describes what’s going on in your mouth into detail anyone can understand. It’s a great place for both kids and adults.

Excellent office! Very professional, great with kids. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Sandra the treatment coordinator was great at explaining the treatment so I could fully understand it. Dr. Parsa and Michelle were awesome and made my son feel very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.

From a courtesy reminder 2 days prior to appointment, to the walking out of the door, the staff was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable in their field. My first time to this office and I knew I was going to fill out paper work so I got there 10 minutes early. As soon ad I finished with my paperwork, they walked me into getting my x-rays and go over a check up to see what exactly needs to get done. Great atmosphere, clean setting and all around a 5 star business. Dentist explained in detail all procedures and described exactly what I suppose to feel while he was doing the work. The Dental Hygienist was very thorough. And the young ladies in the front office were very helpful. Thank you all for everything you do to keep this office running as smoothly as it does.
