Not that long of a wait I was seen 15 mins after my appointment time. Very friendly staff and It was explained to me about the work I needed and what was covered and not covered by my insurance. Never felt pressured into getting the work done there or right away unlike smile care who was trying to convince me I needed work done right away when I had visit them a few weeks ago. West coast dental did the work for a far less of a price then what smile care was trying to charge me.

This is the best dental office ever! My husband and I are new to the area and we’re lucky enough to find this place so close to home. The first time we came we were greeted right away. I let them know I was a new patient and they had me in the system with paperwork done in less than 10 minutes! It’s obvious they value their customers and it’s obvious they love their job because there are nothing but smiles everywhere you look. (For someone who hates the dentist as much as I this is a BIG deal) My husband has been once and got xrays, cleaning, exam, and cavities filled on the same day. I have been back twice and their consistent customer service is unbeatable. Another benefit is that if you need emergency work done they usually find a way to get you in either that day or the next and are even open on Saturdays. I could go on but to sum it up if you’re looking for your new dentist office look no further because this is it! Tip: *Always try to book morning appointments you’ll be in and out much faster.

Last time I was here was a decade ago and I now have a daughter who I came to take in for her first dental cleaning and the whole team was amazing! Although I found West Coast Dental Group kind of randomly I feel very safe and very comfortable coming to them. Now, I won’t go anywhere else. They made some minor, inexpensive cosmetic improvements that were very impressive, and they fixed some things that I didn’t know it could be fixed. My front teeth look perfect now. They also addressed my gums and suggested a much-needed deep cleaning, which I got done. There is an immediate Improvement but overall feeling of my mouth and health of my teeth. Most importantly the appearance has been improved to really a high level.

I came in for a cleaning right when the office opened. The waiting room was full of patients for both the general and surgery consultants. I was out in 48 minutes. The front desk ladies, the doctor, and the assistant were kind and helpful. Will be back in 6 month! I returned to remove two bottom wisdom teeth. I was the earliest appointment, 7 a.m. I sat in the chair approx. 10 mins after 7 a.m. since I had to read and fill out the consent form. I was out within 30 minutes after the consent form was filled. Overall quick and painless, due to the medication.

One of the things I hate the most about going to the dentist is that they make you wait a long time and they do just a little work at a time and have you keep coming back. Lots of time taken, but here they dont do that. I’ve had 1 root canal, which took maybe 20 min. And 3 crowns put in in so little time I was amazed. The staff are great and if asked will go over the details as many times as needed to completely understand. Made my experience painless. I’m very happy with the price and outcome.

This is the BEST Dental office I have been to!!! All the staff is very friendly and they have phenomenal customer service. Great environment and always make you feel welcomed. I came in for my 1st time yesterday. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple years basically(so yes very ashamed and embarrassed when I dealt with all the people who helped me). Despite all that, the staff was very kind and kept making me laugh and smile the whole way through. I got Lazer cleaning done and it hurt like hell but it was worth it. They are helping me gain confidence and they are fixing my smile so I’m very happy with that. Dr. Ana Michel completed her undergrad career in 1984 at the Cal State University of Los Angeles. Subsequently, she graduated from UCSF School of Dentistry in June of 1988. Since that time, she has been working as a general and cosmetic dentist. Drawing on her extensive education and decades of experience, she is able to perform even the most delicate procedures with the utmost precision and care. She is part of the LADA Latin American Dental Association and has been practicing dentistry for over 28 years. Dr. Michel believes making a difference in someone’s life thru dentistry, changes and enriches the mind. She was awarded Woman of the Year in 2009 by La Opinion Newspaper and Woman Owned Business of the Year by Late Assembly Man Marco Antonio Firebough. Outside of the office, She enjoy spending time with her beautiful family. A fan of soccer and a big of Las Chivas! Her favorite place to travel to is the beautiful beaches of Cancun, Mexico.
