Thank you West Covina Dental Group for yet another effortless visit. The cleanliness of the office and the warm, welcoming and diligent staff caught my attention immediately after walking in for the first time. I appreciate that the doctors listen to my concerns and answer any questions I might have regarding my dental care. I also appreciate the team’s diligence and not having to wait for a long time like I’ve had to at other offices. After sharing a bad dental experience with a friend, she suggested I visit West Covina Dental Group and mentioned it was a clean office with excellent customer service. I am a 50yr old man who dreads going to the dentist.  The thought of it brings on anxiety, frustration and often I can tear up over the thought.  I HATE having people look in my mouth.  I’m embarrassed and feel humiliated by it all and I’ve had some very unpleasant dental experiences in the past.  Some places say they are Gentle but West Covina Dental Is kind and understanding from start to finish.  I’m a new patient and had 4 extractions all at once….trust me I was in a panic over it.  From the reception to the Dental Assistant and the gentle touch of the oral surgeon It was a very easy.  The Surgeon told me the worst part would be the numbing injections and he was right.  It was a fantastic dental experience for me and I wouldn’t say it if I didn’t mean it.  I usually find myself writing unpleasant letters to companies but I Have Nothing But Good Things To Say About West Covina Dental Group and Orthodontics.   THANK YOU ALL FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME….RH

Nice, new, clean, friendly and great service, high tech equipments, even filling out initial patient information is paperless !!   First the x rays and consultation, Dr. Zak was friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions patiently .   I came back for deep cleaning and the hygienist Stacy was very professional, friendly and thorough and also answered all my questions!! I was referred by my husband who visited this office first, for constant “veneers falling off” issues with his previous dentist. Given the condition of the tooth, Dr. Zak saw that it needed a crown instead of continuing to fix the veneer and having the possibility of it falling off again.  My husband was a happy man in about 2 hours.  He got his new crown right away without having to make new appointments to come back, and the color matching with other front veneers was very precise. Overall we are very happy with this new dental office and the Best part is that it is so conveniently located and so close to our home !! We will ask our kids to make the switch as well !!

Dr zak and his team are a blessing to me and my family. they went above and beyond to help my husband and I  get all the work that we needed to get done at a great price and offered an awesome payment plan dr zak and his team were super kind. I had no baby sitter so I had to bring my 3 children with me and dr zak and his staff made them super comfy there’s a reason why every review on here are 5 stars they know what there doing and they do it with a smile.i never even knew when he gave me the numbing shot it was so painless and fast. If you have a fear of going to the dentist like I did give dr zak and his team a chance and you’ll never dread going to the dentist again

Looking for a new dentist in the area, I found West Covina Dental Group, via Yelp.  My last long-term dental group sold his practice and I didn’t feel very comfortable with the new dentist.  So I figured if I have to change, I might as well find a new one and not just someone who I inherited.   I found a new practice (West Covina Dental Group.  They had a Grand Opening event and I met the new dentist and his staff.  I made my appointment several months ago and today, I experienced the professional practice that I was looking for.   Dr. Zak, Ashley, Stacy, and Carlo….you are wonderful!  Dr. Zak is just what I was hoping for….very caring, personable, and professional.  Stacy, his dental hygienist, was wonderful too!   Being a little sensitive to having my teeth cleaned, I was a little nervous.  Stacy is as gentle and caring as they come!  It was a very comfortable experience.  And last, but surely not least, Ashley….thank you sooo much for making me feel so comfortable and at ease!   What a beautiful team of professionals!!!   Thank you, Dr. Zak!

Yes, extra stars, because I can, and they deserve it. Definitely recommend this dentist office. I had an appointment here the other day. Guess what? I was actually seen AT MY APPOINTMENT TIME!!! Seriously, this would be worth a 6th star if I could give it. This place is really on point. The staff was really helpful, informative, and best of all friendly. All of their equipment was brand new and up to date. They even have this really cool 3D printer that prints crowns and other dental and orthodontic deals, super legit. Anyway, to mention some important stuff, without insurance their prices are still really fair. I usually feel like I’m going to be eating Top Ramen for 2 months after a visit to the dentist, NOT THIS TIME!! Dr. Zack was really personable and pleasant to talk to, and it seems like he would be great with kids (probably because I feel like a big child when I go into the dentist) so since my son is going to need braces pretty soon, and this place does orthodontics as well, I’ll be bringing him soon. To the point, whether you have insurance or not, check this place out, best dental experience of my adult life.

First off I like to say this place is very beautiful now I like to start with the staff when you walk into the door you feel so comfortable years go away I haven’t been to a dentist since I was seven and 25 down 28 and this is my third time at the dentist I had a lot of work done and I will say I will definitely be back Dr zak is it wonderful doctor so is his assistant dr zak tends to his patients needs you are in the driver seat so when you walk in until when you leave I never had a doctor follow up with me like I feel like I can trust him and his work is 100% great work I would never ask for a better dentist. Stacey not only took care of me and clean my teeth but also has a great personality and tries to get to know you on a personal level I recommend this place 100% of the staff is amazing.. Ashley the office manager is probably the best ever she welcomes you from when you walk in until you leave people like her deserve the key to the city… This dentist office feels like everyone cares and is your friend this is why my fears of the dentist have gone away because this amazing staff thank you all if I forgot u or ur name I still thank you

I almost didn’t post, for selfish reasons.  I wanted to keep this dental office a secret.  I brought my son here yesterday for dental work, and we both fell in love with this place.  I’ve decided our entire family is moving to this office now.  We have found our lifetime dentist, Dr. Zak!  He is a truly knowledgeable, honest, and caring dentist.  He thoroughly explained the procedures needed for my son’s LONG-TERM dental goals.  In addition, the staff here is great!  They were friendly and very helpful in determining a financial plan that would work for us.  Oh, and the office?  It was very clean, modern, and inviting.  My son loved the individual TVs in each patient chair.  He got his dental work while watching/listening to Kobe pre-game news!  I highly recommend this place!!!

Great service! I highly recommend West Covina Dental. Office staff are so friendly and helpful. Everyone that works there is so nice. I am so glad I changed from my prior dentist. Just had some major work done yesterday with Dr. Poppaterra. She is great. I was just scheduled for a quick apt, but she found things requiring a major procedure. She managed to squeeze me in and do the work right away. She explained everything as she went along and made sure I was ok before letting me leave. This dental group is the best!!!

Update since last year. Tried another dentist, since I felt the prices here were on the high side, and the other dentist was cheaper but was also a lot rougher which I don’t like, so I came back to wc dental. Got a root canal and crown done and thought I’d paid for everything when I got my treatment, but just got a bill yesterday for an additional $532. Wth is this? Called their billing dept and they just put me on hold for over 5 minutes and wasted the rest of my break. They also scheduled a cleaning for me and come to find out I’m over the max limit the insurance will pay, so they try to tell me I have to pay the $59 if I want a cleaning. I was actually very angry and felt a little disappointed that I got this mystery charge, since I’d gotten to really like the staff here, and left a bad review. However, I later spoke with Ashley the office manager and she cleared up everything for me! I will never doubt this office again.
