If you are looking for a Dentist, look no further. Dr. West and her team are wonderful. I was seeing another Dentist in the 5-Points area who was unable to figure out the underlying cause of some discomfort I was experiencing even after several appointments. In my first appointment Dr. West was able to identify the issue, made some adjustments to my crown and I have not had an issue since.

My experience at Dr. West’s office was amazing in comparison to my experiences at other dentist offices. Dr. West is patient, competent, and caring. She explains the procedure thoroughly before and during it. I went with high expectations that she could transform my smile and she exceeded them! I was really embarassed of my smile before and did not realize how I often I avoided smiling altogether. After my smile makeover, I am confident that my smile is beautiful. I often get compliments on it and now know I can take those with pride because Dr. West gave me a beautiful smile!

I have been going to Dr. West at West Dentistry since she opened. She has been my family dentist for myself and my three now grown children. She has performed all the routine procedures such as whitening, fillings and cleanings as well as giving me two new gorgeous crowns on my front teeth. She has Invisaligned my kids and fitted them with follow up retainers and performed minor surgery to remove the gap between my son’s front teeth. She is also certified in facial injectables and has been providing my Botox and Juvaderm flawlessly for several years. I can’t say enough about the warmth, competency, and convenience of her practice and her staff. They provide the best cleanings I have ever had. Her office is attractive and comfortable and her staff is always welcoming to my family. They offer the most convenience with regard to appointments, scheduling, billing, etc and her staff is friendly and very accommodating! Dr. West is constantly attending trainings to expand her scope of knowledge so she can offer the latest dental advancements to her patients at a reasonable price. Whatever your needs…go to West Dentistry! You will have found your new dentist! She will keep your smile and face both healthy and young!

Initial appt was amazing! First impressions hold a lot of weight. They were timely with my appt, courteous, very professional, relaxed atmosphere and knowledgeable. They just rehabbed the building, so the office is new, clean and beautiful. When I left, I felt like I had learned something new about my teeth (after all these years) and the information was necessary to make further decisions about my dental care. They are out of network for me, so pricing will determine my continued care there. $1450 for a crown makes my knees weak! Hopefully I can make it work because I felt like they really cared about tooth health. My teeth/mouth is so sensitive, dental appts are tense for me. They put some gentle numbing cream around my gums which made the cleaning process much more bearable. Lips were slightly numb for a little bit, but that was much easier to deal with than a sore mouth the rest of the day. One thing I didn’t particularly care for is the space where the dental chairs are – there isn’t much privacy. You can hear conversations with other patients and details about their care as well as they can hear your own. I’m not real fond of that – I felt like I was discussing my personal health with a room full of people. Dr. West consulted with the hygienist for her professional opinion about further care which I found to be impressive. I’ve never had that happen. Hearing them talk together about best options was comforting knowing 2 heads are typically better than 1! Chairs had massage & heat functions and I was given a blanket to keep warm with. Actually, the massage is more like just vibration – but some might find it relaxing. The heat felt wonderful on my back! Their calendar was pretty open so making a follow up appt was very easy and timely I left with the typical dental goodie bag. Always appreciated. There were goodies in the waiting room, too! Koozies, pens and baby chapsticks! How fun.

Dr. West and her team are some of the most caring,hard working, and compassionate group of people I have ever seen. You can tell the moment you walk in, it feels like home. I am so thankful to have her as my dentist. She takes care of my whole family and she really knows her stuff! Thank you again for all that you do!

Dr. West and her staff have been professional, kind, knowledgeable, and prompt for every service I have had at the practice. I have switched out many old metal fillings I had done as a child to the new white composites. The work was painlessly done while I enjoyed the noise cancelling headphones and massage chair. My children love coming here also for this checkups and cleanings. The new and improved facilities are beautiful, clean and inviting. The lobby is stocked with beverages and magazines while you wait, which won’t be for long because Dr. West actually respects her patients time!

I unfortunately have been provided some very poor guidance by past dental professionals that has resulted in a poor bite, gum recession, and bone loss. I can honestly say that for the first time in a very long time I felt my concerns were heard and that Dr. West and her staff truly want to help me feel better and preserve my teeth for as long as possible. From scheduling the appointment to my first cleaning and follow-up procedure, the entire staff has been friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and comforting. The office even called a couple of days after the follow-up procedure to check on me! Believe me, this type of concern and oral health partnership is a rare gem. Thank you Dr. West and staff!

Dr. West is the only dentist I trust with my mouth! I honestly drive all the way from St Augustine just to go to her. She is the most thorough, thoughtful, kind, gentle, and giving dentist I have ever met. I can say the same for everyone on her staff. They always make me feel comfortable! I’ve always been self conscious of my smile and they are working so hard to get it just right! I get crowns on in 2 weeks, but my teeth look 100 percent better just from the work they’ve done in preparation. They always made sure I knew what was going on and that I was always in comfort. They explain everything to you in a way you can understand. They have become like family to me now! I’m always so excited to go see them and I have ALWAYS hate dentists! Highly recommended!! You will not be disappointed! Not to mention their office is beautiful! Free drinks and coffee and chap sticks! Can’t beat that! ☺️

Everyone at West Dentistry is so kind and caring. They are very patient with answering questions and rearranging schedules. They really make you feel like you are part of the family. Dr. West is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and has a great personality. She is straightforward with any treatment you need and helps you plan the treatment around your schedule and finances. I started going to her several years ago and have been so happy I am moving the whole family over to be under her care. I cant say enough great things about this practice!

Every aspect of this office is great! From the personable pleasant receptionist to the incredible Dental hygienist to the Doctor and even the vibrating chair!! Everyone so gentle you don’t even know they have cleaned your teeth! I live in Julington Creek and will travel to Dr West’s office for the great dental experience!
