I am so glad I found this place. I switched from my old dentist due to them never having availability that worked with my schedule, and taking months to be seen. I wish I would have come here from the beginning! Everyone I have ever interacted with here has been so pleasant and sweet! Dr. Ho was very nice and informative, and has a conservative approach when it comes to your dental needs which I can appreciate. Also, Veronica who’s done my cleanings and the other hygienist (I didn’t catch her name), have always done a phenomenal job! I am very happy here, and my kiddo likes it too! I recommended one of my friends to them, and she loved them as well! LOVE, LOVE WEST GRAY DENTAL!

Dr. Ho is so gentle and amazingly thorough. I was in need of an extraction and deep cleaning. I came to the office with urgency due to having so much pain. Her staff was professional and great at resolving any concerns. Dr. Ho conducted my deep cleaning without causing additional pain and she also referred me to a great surgeon who completed my extraction the very next day. Awesome team there at West Gray Dental! Very professional.

This place is absolutely EXCELLENT! The staff is very kind and helpful. The doctor is as well! She took her time to exam and clean my teeth. She was also great at walking me through the procedure I needed before hand so that I felt more comfortable during. This is one of those places that you can just trust will take care of you. I’ve definitely found my dentist!

West Gray Dental goes above and beyond to make sure their clients have a great experience. Rebeca makes everything so easy, and she is so friendly. I confused the dates during my last visit, and she was able to get me in for an appointment the same day. I saw Dr. Jennifer Blanton since Dr. Ho was on vacation, and Dr. Blanton even stayed late in order to see me. She genuinely asked questions to get to know me, she was funny, and she was really easy on my teeth. The team at West Gray Dental is best in class.

New and modern office!! Awesome experience, had filling replaced, no pain at all. Dr. Ho made me feel very comfortable, explained every detail of procedure, so there were no surprises. I highly recommend WG Dental to anybody looking for a trustworthy dentist.

My first time visiting with Dr. Kim Ho and her staff was absolutely amazing. I am new to the Houston area; it was a challenge (a good challenge due to the number of choices) to find a doctor that was all about dental health. I took a chance to visit with her totally off ratings and her years of service in dentistry. I enjoyed her so much I recommended her within seconds of leaving her place of business. The office staff and the building is extremely nice. I totally recommend Dr. Kim Ho.

Great experience here. The front desk was so easy to work with scheduling my appointment and confirming my insurance would cover my cleaning.  The building is beautiful, very modern and very clean.  I waited about 2 minutes in the waiting room until I was called back for X-rays.  After X-rays I was taken into my room and waited no more than 5 minutes for the doctor.  Dr. Ho came in, was lovely, and actually performed the entire cleaning.  She had an assistant in the whole time making sure I was comfortable and was very gentle.  I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and can’t recommend them enough.

Very friendly and accommodating. The parking area isn’t very large but the building and inside look very clean, modern, and professional. I’m glad I overcame my anxiety about my teeth and visited as the cleared up the years of plaque and let me know that my teeth were still in good shape. Highly recommend them.

I enjoyed my dental visit! Dr. Ho and her staff were all very pleasant, friendly, and efficient. I was a little nervous since I hadn’t been to a dentist in years, but everyone there put me at ease. The office is very clean and modern! Ana in reception is wonderful at communicating and made sure I understood everything and the insurance process. My only regret is that I didn’t visit sooner, because my teeth look and feel so much better!
