Great people that do great work. Many people in the office knew me by name, which never happens, ever. Everyone was nice, both Dr. Drew and Dr. Menjivar did everything quickly, honestly, and kindly. Each of the technicians I worked with was great at what they did, and very nice. The receptionists were amazing at working around my crazy schedule. Can not recommend highly enough. My teeth look amazing, but the highlight is the group of people in the office.

West Hartford Orthodontics gets our highest recommendation. My daughter got her braces off yesterday and her teeth look beautiful! Each time she looks in the mirror she is so happy with her new smile! In the years that my daughter has been a patient, I can honestly say that we have always had a very pleasant experience at West Hartford Orthodontics. Dr. Drew and Dr. Menjivar are not only knowledgeable and experienced in the latest treatment options, but also very warm and genuinely caring. Waiting room time has been minimal, no more than a minute or two after arrival, and appointments have been smooth and easy from check-in at reception to treatment, to scheduling the next appointment. We have found each and every member of this office to be skilled and caring. The atmosphere is positive and friendly and the office runs like a well-oiled machine, which is impressive, to say the least! We found the cost of treatment to be competitive and fair. I cannot recommend West Hartford Orthodontics highly enough. There are many options for orthodontics here in town, but West Hartford Orthodontics is truly a cut above the rest.

Dr. Menjivar and the wonderful staff at West Hartford Orthodontics are wonderful! My daughter had a palette expander and then braces and they made the experience enjoyable! They were patient, kind, and caring and make each patient feel special!

Great family practice. Everyone that works there is incredibly nice and knows what they are doing. Appointments are easy to schedule and change. They inform you of what’s to come in your next appointment so you know what to expect. Highly recommend coming here to anyone needing an orthodontist.

I have had a long standing association with and appreciation for Dr. Drew, Dr. Menjivar, and the West Hartford Orthodontic team. All three of my children (now grown) received their orthodontic care at West Hartford Orthodontics. The professionalism, attention to detail, skill, and expertise of Dr. Drew and each member of the staff was excellent. As well, the upbeat, friendly attitude in the office made it very pleasurable for me, my wife, and my children to attend appointments. It is now time for my young grandchildren to have their teeth monitored and cared for–the Orthodontic team is doing this with much regard to the little one’s upcoming needs. Lastly, after many years of wanting my teeth straightened, I have finally embarked on Invisalign treatment from the orthodontic team and I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s been a family affair with three generations of orthodontics from this superior team of professionals. Thank you for the beautiful smiles!

Highly recommended to us for very complicated post-accident orthodontics with plan coordinated with pediatric dentist and oral surgeon. Several years later we’ve made fantastic progress. The Dr and staff are caring, thoughtful, appreciative and clearly successful in their craft. Can’t speak to cost as covered by insurance.
