I can honestly say that Dr Vafa and the team at WeHo Holistic Dental care is hands down the best. I really hate going to the dentist especially for cleanings. I’ve always had terrible experiences and left with pounding migraines. I just stopped going so I didn’t have to deal with it. Because of some dental pain I wanted to hustle to see someone and I honestly lucked out with choosing Dr Vafa. They honestly are the absolute best. They are so good that I am sadly moving across the country, but I made sure to move up my appointment date to get a cleaning and see the team before I left!! I think they were a little busy so I had to wait maybe like 10 minutes extra in the chair and so many people came to just chat with me and get to know me. We were all cracking jokes and it really put me at ease. My hygienist was unbelievable – so nice and gentle as she cleaned, but did an amazing job. And the Dr himself was so helpful. I’m obnoxious and ask so many questions and I really feel like he gave me sound advice for everything – not pushing me into any products or whatever, just good advice into good dental hygiene. Really I never write reviews, but they are just genuine people who are all so knowledgeable and know that no one enjoys the dentist, so they try to make it the best they can for you! I definitely recommend coming here for your dental needs. Also my hygienist I basically want to become best friends with. I nearly cried when I was saying goodbye. I hugged her… that’s definitely weird, but she seriously changed my outlook on getting cleanings!

I am very thankful to know about this place. A friend of mine mentioned where they were location. I called and got a same day appointment. This is a great spot, I can’t wait to return. Huge thank you to the staff! Amazing services. Two thumbs up! Michael

Dr. Lafa saved me on a weekend from an awfully painful tooth in need of a root canal. Super nice staff too. Dr. Lafa was kind, professional, and took very good car of me throughout the whole process. His office was also too notch. Definitely a strong endorsement for him and his team.

I went to a dentist at this office for years, but unfortunately my dentist retired. I was having some tooth / root pain, and made an appointment on a Thursday for this new practice. There was a female Dr. there (typically my preference), and although she and her technicians did an ‘okay’ cleaning, I did not feel confident with her or her bed-side manner. Maybe she was having an ‘off day’. I decided to NOT have her do the procedure, and decided to look elsewhere. I randomly looked her up to see if other people felt the same way, and irnonically saw beautiful things written about the primary dentist (and owner) Dr. Vafa. So glad I made the decision to go back, he really was amazing. Dr. Vafa (who apparently splits his time between two offices) was so kind, gentle, and he literally saved me from a root canal. He has an amazing energy, is very professional, and has many years working apparently with various ages. I will definitely go back to him. Just know that he is not there every day, as he splits his time between offices.

Had a tooth pulled here last week. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. The dentist who worked on me is very knowledgeable and took her time to explain all of my options and the various costs. I elected to go the cheap route and not do the bone graft. My surgery went smooth and required no stitches. She asked me many times if I was ok, made sure I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure, which I didn’t. There was no pain following the procedure and it’s healing up nicely.

Dr.Bruce Vafa and team are absolutely amazing and super friendly!!! Highly recommend anyone to go here. Especially if you’re seeking natural dentistry. I had a cavity filling done today and a root canal a few weeks ago. Dr.Vafa allowed me to see my xrays immediately AND I was able to see my teeth on screen with a camera to see which teeth had a cavity. Super cool! Very nurturing and personal experience. I felt my appointment time was valued. Also, if you’re someone seeking weekend appointments because of a busy work week, they accommodate this. Overall, this place is definitely 5 stars. Book appointment!! Don’t hesitate! You can treat yourself at Whole Foods afterwards. (Right next door to office.✨)

Today was my first appointment here, and my first dental exam in probably over 3 years. The team here is fantastic from the sweet woman at the front desk to the polisher at the end. I don’t know much about dentistry so I’ll spare you on trying to name these positions and the things that they were doing to my mouth. What I will say is I felt very comfortable from start to finish. My insurance covered the entire thing and I will be back next week for some fillings. The before and after of my teeth after my teeth cleaning was incredible. and I thought I had nice teeth- HA! not until these ladies took their tools to them. Seriously. They take photos of your teeth and blast them on a big screen  right in front you so there’s no getting away from the true state of your mouth. Mine definitely needs some love, and I feel confident in this place to get the job done. Highly recommended.

I had x-rays and my teeth cleaned.  The staff were professional, friendly and efficient. The cost was $0 with my Delta Dental.  They did everything they could to minimize any pain during the cleaning and did not spend the whole appointment trying to upsell me on services I don’t want or need (like veneers) as some dentists do.  I will definitely return.  I give them a solid recommendation.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Vafa and his team. I needed an emergency visit to repair one of my veneers (done with another dentist in Chicago). Upon calling, his staff was so accommodating and professional. They got me in right away, despite their full schedule. Dr. Vafa took the BEST care of me, consulted and repaired my tooth with ease and efficiency. He is a very gentle and caring Dentist, every few minutes he would stop to see how I was feeling and if I was comfortable. Exceptional bed side manners. He is meticulous and nearly a perfectionist. He didn’t cut any corners or rush me out of the office; he ensured I was happy and received the treatment I needed. I am grateful to have found this office and Dr. Vafa, whom will now be my new dentist in LA. I highly recommend his practice, team and artistry over many other dentists I have tried in the past. Thank you very much for all you did for me today.

There aren’t enough words to explain how amazing the entire team here is. I broke a tooth and they took me in same day, were so kind, thorough and clear about the process and my options. Kept me comfortable and pain free the entire time. I cant thank them enough!!! If you’re looking for a new dentist, you couldn’t find one better.
