I’ve been going to Suzanne Haeri DDS for a couple of years now, and they’re by far my favorite dentists I’ve ever seen. Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they always remember me when I come in. They’re also really thorough and explain everything they’re doing throughout the x-ray, cleaning, and exam process, so I feel educated anytime I have to make a decision. You’ll never be pressured into any services you don’t need, so when they actually do recommend a service for you, you can trust them. They are really the BEST!

I usually don’t write reviews much but today, I felt a strong urge. If I would, I would rate it 6 stars but there is not an option for that. The waiting room was so clean and optimistic and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Haeri was very sweet and was very focused. The equipment felt so clean and was so new. This is the best dental office I’ve been to in along time for one specific reason, customer service. After speaking to the receptionist for a minute I already felt like we had real rapport and like I could trust them. When I arrived everything was pleasant, personable, and fast. No hard sells, no complex jargon, no unnecessary extra appointments. Dentists are one of those relationships in life where you can’t afford to just go with just anyone… especially when your first impression on jobs or dates depends on how you look… I feel lucky that I have a great dental partner that I can count on from now on.

This office is doing a fantastic job getting my mouth back in shape after a few years of neglect without a dentist. I had a tooth that had cracked and become infected underneath, and Dr. Vafa extracted the tooth and removed the infection before it became a larger problem. The surgery went very smoothly with little to no residual pain or swelling afterward. The entire office is very friendly and very thorough- they will never let you forget your appointment. When it’s time to replace the extracted tooth with a “whole implant,” they have a special that will make it more affordable than a lot of other places. I think my teeth and gums have found a good home!

I had a molar break completely in half, exposing the nerve, making it incredibly painful!! Of course it happened on a Sat!, and to make matters worse, my previous dentist had sold his practice so I was in DDS limbo. After 2hrs of calling and being turned away by numerous dentists that stated they were open on Sat and took dental emergencies, the universe stepped in and lead me to Dr Vafa! His office was very kind and understood the gravity and emergency of my painful situation and took me as soon as I could arrive there. Dr Vafa has a very calming presence and comforting chair side manner, he ensured me there was no rush to get through my unplanned appointment and conducted a very thorough exam. It wasn’t possible to complete the treatment necessary that day, but he made sure to bond and secure the tooth so I wouldn’t be in pain until next appt and discussed my treatment plan. The following appointment it was necessary to extract the tooth, put in a post for an implant, and do bone & tissue grafts, all in office with ONLY novocaine! YES you read this right, I was in shock too after having multiple root canals and an implant in the past, all involved some type of heavier anesthetic. The entire procedure was virtually painless and less uncomfortable than getting a filling! This was an added bonus to me in 2 ways: First, I had recently watched an infomercial disguised as a documentary that had made me quite stressed about any dental work because it conveyed that certain tooth issues are the “Root” of all our health issues, which he respectfully debunked (the film has since been yanked off air), and coming from a homeopathic dentist, that held a lot of weight with me. Second, it’s important for me to have doctors that are compassionate and kind, especially to children. Dr Vafa and his staff have those qualities hands down! Seriously, in a town of “Me, Me, and more Me” it’s incredibly refreshing to find such a treasure. I feel really blessed to have found him and now have an amazing dentist for my whole family!

This was my first visit here. I went to cleaning my teeth. I was pleased with the service! Very nice and qualified personal! Doctor Bruce knows his stuff very well and does his job brilliantly! He give you recommendations and try to help with all your questions. BTW the clinic is clean and comfortable and playing nice music. Having not visited a dentist since moving to the US, I was extremely nervous of my visit (I had issues I knew needed addressing) and was also concerned about costs/insurance. This office was extremely quick, easy, and thorough! I was taken back at the exact time of my appointment and immediately began x-rays and cleaning. The doctor pointed out some potential problem areas, educated me on how to treat them, and scheduled a follow-up. Rather than immediately resorting to fillings, the problems spots will be re-observed in six months. Highly recommended. Positive experience overall and I didn’t go home with achy teeth from a rough cleaning/scraping you’ll get from other dentists. As far as the “holistic” part goes, I didn’t notice any difference from my average trip to the dentist.

Extremely friendly staff, very professional and efficient. Most dentists I’ve been to, even with an appointment, you end up waiting longer than actually getting your teeth cleaned. I waited no more than 2 minutes in the chair to be taken back, then to be seen by the dentist. The actual teeth cleaning was remarkably quick, but not in a rushed manner. The dentist actually removed glue from my braces (that many other dentists tried and failed to remove) that had been there for 8 years! I really can’t recommend this place enough.

Had a tooth pulled here last week. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. The dentist who worked on me is very knowledgeable and took her time to explain all of my options and the various costs. I elected to go the cheap route and not do the bone graft. My surgery went smooth and required no stitches. She asked me many times if I was ok, made sure I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure, which I didn’t. There was no pain following the procedure and it’s healing up nicely.

My 2.5 year old boy loved his visit to the dental office. Dr. Vafa is very friendly and kinds and soon my son bonded with him. Unfortunately my son has a cavity. We pride ourselves on making dental visits a positive, pleasant experience for everyone. Dental practice was established in 1994. Dr. Suzanne Haeri graduated from Northwestern University in Chicago, in 1994 , from which she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree (D.D.S.) . Prior to that, she attended Northeastern University and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in two years with honor. In 1994, Dr. Haeri became certified by the dental Northeast Regional Board, which allows her to practice dentistry in 27 states. After starting her own practice and practicing for over 5 years in Chicago, she then moved to California where she obtained her license from the California Dental Board. After practicing in Beverly Hills for two years, she then relocated to the miracle mile area where she practiced for 14 years. In 2014, Dr. Haeri moved to her new state-of-the-art practice in the Beverly Hills adjacent area, the beautiful neighborhood of South Carthay to be exact. Dr. Haeri has been practicing for almost 25 years. Dr. Haeri is up to date on many continuing educational topics including Esthetic and Restorative Dentistry, ensuring that her patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care available.
