It has been my privilege to receive dental care from Dr. Magri and the Westbrook Village Dental staff for several years. I have always been treated with respect and concern for my dental health.. All of the dental procedures they have provided me have been entirely satisfactory.

I have been going to this office for the past few years.  The Staff and doctor have went above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable at all my appointments.  I have a fear of dentist, do to so much dental work that was needed when I was a young child, they have been so kind and understanding with me.  I would highly recommend this office, they were fantastic!!

I see that the other people here didn’t have the best experiences at Pleasant Dentistry but maybe they’ve changed some staff around because I had a wonderful experience! I went in today for a cleaning, x-rays, and checkup. Front Office: I was greeted warmly when I walked in. When I called my insurance company to see if I could see this group I learned that they were out-of-network for me. I voiced my concern about this upon arrival and the woman at the desk explained a bit about my benefits and said she would work with me regarding anything the insurance didn’t pay. She (and the woman who checked me out) seemed very understanding about my financial concerns and dealt with them professionally and courteously. Dental Hygienist:  today and I loved her! She chatted with me and made me feel very comfortable while also explaining everything she was doing and answering questions when I had them. I felt that she was very professional, knew her stuff, and was just a genuinely nice person. She took x-rays and photos of my teeth. X-rays are never comfortable but she moved quickly and was as gentle as possible. The Dentist: I saw Dr. Magri and he gave me options for my next step. He made me feel like he didn’t want to waste MY time or money by doing work that I didn’t really need since I was considering getting braces. He recommended not doing work on a tooth that he though may need to be pulled for orthodontia. I would not have known the difference if he insisted all needed to be done right then but he was up front and honest and gave me great information instead. Everything he said made perfect sense and I really appreciated his honesty. I am giving my overall experience today 5 stars and will continue going to this office even though they are out of network for my insurance and I’m sure I can get cheaper services elsewhere. I don’t have any money to throw away but feeling comfortable with my doctor/dentist/hygienist, and that they have MY best interests at heart, is of utmost importance to me.

I can’t say enough good about Dr. Magri and his staff. I just finished extensive dental work. They first repaired then replaced the prosthetic attached to my implants. W the assistance of a lab in Tempe they accomplished a great result. The work was done quickly and at much less cost than I anticipated. Dr. Magri and his staff are kind, caring and highly professional.

The staff and doctor at Pleasant Dentistry at Westbrook are the nices and most helpful staff I’ve come across in a long time. During my x-rays the dental hygienist was so patient and caring. Then the doctor was just as patient and caring in addition to explaining what he was doing. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for some real customer service.

Everyone in the office is super friendly and actually remember me every time i come in and have a personal conversations about things going that we talked about 6 month ago on my last visit. I love the ladies at the front desk. They’re always polite and very helpful. I have a difficult schedule and have to change my appointments at the last minute. It has never been an issue and they always find a time that works for me. I drive almost 30 miles to get to your office since I moved but I don’t know if other places will be so friendly and easy to work with so I stay with you. Thank you.

My firat time their was amazing, they were warm and welcoming, patient and understanding. I look forward to my future treatments. Its been a really long time since ive met not only an amazong staffbut Dr. as well! These days its usually one or the other. I would recommend to all i know.

I highly recommend these guys. Everyone in the office from the Doctors to the assistants to the ladies at the front desk are AMAZING! My wife and I have been coming here for about two years and now for my braces and general. Now our 14 & 11 year old are also patients. The office is always clean and comfortable. They take their patients health and safety seriously. Everyone is screened as they come in and they do a great job of managing distancing when busy. I can’t say enough good things about Westbrook Village. We were lucky to find them and are now patients for life! Great job everyone!
