The staff was amazing! My little guy broke a tooth and needed a root canal. So glad we got referred to Western Mass Endo. The assistant was so sympathetic and caring and the Dr was quick gentile and efficient. Great atmosphere for such a scary situation for a little guy! You can tell they all love their job and they do it with finesse!

Made sure I was numb (very hard to numb), talked to me before during and after the process, which helped ease my anxiety. Offered to answer questions, offered conversations which help distract from anxiety, but also checked on me often during the procedure and followed up with me a few hours after I was home. Very thorough and friendly, minus the oral injections, the procedure was painless.

I arrived at my appointment for a consult on the cause of an infection I had. The Dr. decided I needed a root canal. I expected the process to take a couple of hours and multiple appointments. The entire root canal only took an hour. I did not experience any pain during or after the procedure. I am very satisfied with the work that was done while I was in their West Springfield office.
