I’ve been to a few dentists in my lifetime. And by far, this is one of the friendliest places I’ve been to. The staffs are amazingly efficient and friendly. Dr Arfanis is thorough and very caring. He took the time to explain the procedures involved and very patient with all the questions. Plus, there are TVs in every room! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone.

Several friends have recommended Dr. Arfanis to me over the years. After a check-up appointment with my old dentist who never talked to me about the state of my teeth, and only said to “come back in 6 months,” I finally decided to move. A short time later in my first meeting with Dr. Arfanis, he found a tooth that had two cracks in it! Now I know I can ask Dr. Arfanis anything about my teeth. This experience has made me think that if other doctors don’t directly talk about my health, why should I keep them?

I have been going to Dr. Arfanis for over 20 years and the treatment has been excellent. The office is quiet, organized and well managed. Dr Arfanis is patient, thorough and precise is his work and the outcomes have always been successful. He clearly explains what he is doing and keeps me informed of what the options are. I think so highly of his work I travel out from my home in NYC to Westfield NJ for my appointments. It is well worth it.

Dr. Arfanis and his staff were all very welcoming for my first visit with them. Shmeka, the dental hygienist who performed my dental prophy was proficient and great at communicating. She knew I needed a local block when I was feeling sensitive to probing and wasted no time in grabbing local analgesics. She even sent me home with a free molar brush kit. I highly recommend this dentist!

Dr. Arfanis and his staff are simply excellent! They really care about their patients and it shows. The office itself is in a beautiful part of Westfield. From my exam chair I had a lovely view across Saint Paul St and up Saint Marks Ave. The hygienist was very kind and gave me some useful pointers. She was so careful, too. Dr. Arfanis really takes his time with me, asks me a lot of questions. I know I’m in good hands here and I would recommend them to anyone.
