This was my second time in and first time for a filling. The staff was just so friendly and courteous. I did not have to wait like at all the other dentist offices I attended, I was taken in on time. Staff seemed to genuinely care, asked me if I needed anything else and always had a smile in their face. Dentist was gentle, quick and efficient. Love the office, it is beautiful, modern and awesome technology. Love that you can watch tv while your being treated.

The whole Westfields Dental team rocks! I was impressed from the start by the personalized greeting from the front desk, to the quality care I received from Dr. J and my hygienist Linh, to the payment checkout process, easy scheduling methods and text confirmations. Best dental experience of my adult life. Bonus: They accept insurance. NOTE: I returned to get some sealants put on my teeth and had an equally stellar experience. Proving that it wasn’t just a first-time occurrence; Westfields provides consistent quality work with enthusiasm.

Efficient, Quality Service I submitted my appointment request online, and they were able to schedule me for the following day, which was fantastic. My hygienist, Linh, was great. She is knowledgeable, very friendly, and helpful. I filled the necessary new patient forms out online beforehand, and I was in and out in an hour. The team was very conscious to check what my insurance did and did not cover – no surprise fees is always a plus. Thank you!

I have always had a great experience with the staff at Westfields Dental. During this last visit the hygienists and Dr. Jarrell were so accommodating in helping me navigate teeth cleanings for both my sons and myself. I mentioned that we had a busy morning that day and I needed to get my sons back to their respective camps so they could be there in time for the scheduled activities.They pulled in other hygienists and set up my sons in separate rooms so they could have their teeth cleaned at the same time and speed up the appointment. Then they set them up to watch TV while they did my teeth cleaning. It was all hands on deck to get our appointments taken care of quickly and I really appreciated the effort!

I cannot say enough great things about Westfields Dental. My husband has been trying to convince me to switch over for over a year now and I’m so glad I did! The staff is friendly and professional, they have convenient early morning hours, and are very accommodating with appointments. The office is lovely and clean and I love Dr. Jarrell! Definitely recommend.

My Westfields Dental experience has been great. They continue to improve their communication with patients, and I am very comfortable with the estimates I have received for my dental work. They have explained everything and there have been no surprises with the quality of the care or the billing process. I had to switch dentists last year and I plan on staying with my new dentist for a long time.

I transferred to this dentist after a negative experience elsewhere and was highly impressed! The staff was friendly, prompt, and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and the broken filling I needed fixed cost quite literally 1/9th of what the other place was trying to charge me (because Westfields uses transparent and moral financial practices).

I needed to get a crown on the very back tooth. I have not had the need for dental work much in my life therefore, I get apprehensive. The entire staff was kind and caring during the process. I didn’t feel a thing and Dr. Jarrell’s bedside manner is impeccable. Her work is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist.

My husband and I both received excellent care. Our cleanings and x-rays were done efficiently and professionally. I had Yancy and my husband had another great hygienist. They both did incredible cleanings. Dr. Jarrell was her usual happy, confident and professional self. She always listens and gives good professional advice for any dental issues she is asked about, and checks over your mouth, checks your jaw and checks your tongue for mouth cancer. We our always pleased with the phenomenal care we receive. Now during the pandemic, the extra mile they go with air purifiers in each room, hand sanitizer and everyone masked and gloved is very reassuring that they truly care about their patients and their employees. This is an awesome dental practice. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a great dentist!!

Dr. Jarrell is always a pleasant experience. I showed up about 15 minutes prior to my appointment and was quickly greeted and walked into the office. It wasn’t more than a few minutes than they started with the procedure which was a lot quicker than I thought it would take. Dr. Jarrell and her staff are top notch. Really appreciate their operation.
