Absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever been to.  The staff are so friendly and they take the time to go over anything they are going to do and are very compassionate about any fears or worries you might have.  Special shout out to Ryann who does an amazing job making you feel at ease and comfortable during cleanings.  I can’t recommend them enough!

First time here- very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to comfort. The picture attached helps germs get swooped up into the vacuum-type thing while they clean your teeth. They’ve installed extra filtration to the building too. Professional staff. I felt like I just got the best cleaning of my life! They clean and floss your teeth thoroughly.

Have been going to Dr Kics since he took over the practice.  Westgate Dental makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience.  I’ve probably come in contact with most of the staff over the years and everyone has always been friendly, positive and helpful.  Had a routine cleaning today and Ryann was fantastic. Rajmonda and Suela usually stop to say hello when I’m there.  I feel bad that I don’t remember everyone’s name in the office but they are all great.  Dr Rosenblatt and Dr Christian (and hygienists) recently helped with a dental emergency and follow up on my father and he was so impressed with everyone. Thank you for taking such good care of my 84 year old dad.

Have only been there for my initial exam so far, but they were by far the best dental practice I’ve been to. Every single employee made me feel at ease and well taken care of. I’m terrified of dentists and they assured me they will do everything in their power to make me comfortable. I feel very well taken care of there so far. I’m currently recommending them to all my friends and family!

Wonderful experience at Westgate Dental care with the staff, expertise and state of the art equipment.  Let me start by saying that, Ive been using many different clinics in the area, but Dr  Kicks and his team are truly exceptional.  Everyone , starting with front desk lady , which welcomed me with warm and positive attitude , dental assistance and doctors are very kind and courteous . In the past , sitting on dentist chair was not the greatest experience – at Westgate Dental Care it was quite opposite. Having emergency wisdom tooth extraction I didn’t expect enjoyable visit but  X-ray and exam was done right away and the extraction was quick and painless. The way , Dr Kics works makes you feel comfortable and shows confidence in his skills. I highly recommend this Dental office to everyone in Arlington Heights area.

I had a great experience at Westgate today with Dr Christian and Lupe.  And Suella and Alicia were so helpful on the way out, explaining how the insurance paid out, and reassuring me that my insurance is very generous, but also assisting me to the max with Yelp, so I could be eligible for a starbuck giftcard.  So I wanted to let Dr. Kiks know the girls were really great to me.

Great visit , great staff and great getting us in and out. Came in an hour early and was seen as soon as we got there. My son had a great time being seen at today’s visit and was not nervous one bit. They made it super kid friendly and made us feel welcomed every step of the way! See you in 6 months!

Westgate Dental is the best dentist ever !! I had to have a lot of work done and they were super supportive and accommodating. I used to be scared to go to the dentist and now I actually enjoy it thanks to them. I highly recommend westgate dental to anyone and everyone !!

I had a fantastic experience at Westgate Dental Care! From the time I walked in, to the time I left, each member of the team was professional and so welcoming. My hygienist, Kaylee, did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and educating me about what I could do better. And my care coordinator, Rajmonda, was very knowledgeable and kind as well! As always, they make going to the dentist a fun (never thought I would say that) and comfortable experience! Thank you!!

Dr. Kics and his staff are outstanding.  I’ve been going here for years and at every visit everyone I encounter there is personable and professional with the genuine desire to make things as simple and pain free as possible as demonstrated by the quality of service and care they provide.   My most recent visit was for a regular checkup and cleaning.  Kaylee, one of my favorite hygienists there, frequently checked on my comfort during the checkup, was very thorough and informative.  She let me know a few areas I needed to focus on with my brushing and flossing.  I have never felt that they are trying to upsell me on services.  I highly recommend making this your dental office too

This was my first time here . They have the most friendly inviting friendly team I have seen in a long time . The faculties were clean and modern and bright, cheerful. From the front check women to the nurses to the person doing the X-rays to the financial woman to the person showing you out . Top notch service . My doctor Christian was so nice and personable And really eager to Help me with my extensive dental needs . I am not the easiest of cases and it was really nice to have a doctor who Really wants to help ! Thank you

My son had a terrible experience at a previous pediatric dentistry, he has sensory issues and hated going to the dentist because he was never comfortable. I expressed my concern with the hygienist and she was sopping understand. Maria, was great with my son he felt at ease and even said he like this place. He was so relaxed and was able to do his cleaning and X-ray without an issue. Even the dentist Dr. Christian was great with him, treated him so much kindness and patience. I will gladly keep driving an hour so my children can be seen here.

Absolutely lovely experience. I required an emergency visit as a new patient and they were able to accommodate immediately. Office was gorgeous and clean, staff was friendly throughout my entire visit and the doctor was prompt and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me and options were discussed. I was even given a referral to an incredible and reputable specialist. I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. I will be making Westgate my new dental home.

I have been going here for at least 18 years. Dr. Kicks-was the sole dentist and I have trusted him and thought he was the only one to take care of me. Last month I needed to have a tooth extraction I met with Dr. Christian again one of the finest. Being a big baby in my 50’s about having a tooth pulled. Stressed out for over two weeks. Met with Dr. Brady he calmed me down and before I knew it the tooth was pulled and I was on my way. I have never ever in my life worked with a more professional practice than Westgate Dental. From the time you walk in the door to the time you leave you are treated with kindness, respect and the upmost professionalism. WANT A GREAT DENTAL CARE THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE WESTGATE DENTAL. IT’S LIKE VISITING DISNEY LAND.

I started coming here in March with a whole mouth of problems.. the professionalism shown by everybody in that office blows my mind…today I left with a brand new shiny set of upper teeth from one end to the other… thanks to everybody in there I can smile again…once again thank you to everyone at Westgate dental! Can’t wait to finish the rest, see you soon!

My daughters insurance changed and she was now out of network. We went to another dentist and was petrified of the environment, equipment, lack of customer service, etc. I was advised to contact the new insurance and ask what the coverage/ costs would be to come back to Westgate! I am forever great full for that information because even though she is out of network insurance pays at 80%!!!! My daughter who is 13 was so excited she was going to be able to come back to Westgate!!!!! They are so amazing, patient, kind, quick! Not to mention the chairs with warmers and massage options! How can you go wrong????? If you are questioning where to go, you MUST check this place out!

We took our young children here for checkups after having a bad experience with another dental practice in AH. The staff was super pleasant and very patient with our youngest, who was having a difficult time with everything. We initially found Westgate when our daughter had a bit of a dental emergency on a day our old dentist’s office was closed. Even though we weren’t patients, the staff was able to help us over the phone (the emergency ended up being not an emergency after all but just a second baby tooth that had come in and fallen out). Our total cost after insurance was just the cost of the fluoride treatments, which we were asked about in advance. It was a refreshing experience, as the pediatric dentist we used to see quoted us some pretty outrageous prices for work that wasn’t needed. Oh and the kids got some adorable teddy bears when we walked in, which helped them both feel more comfortable.

Honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. I usually go to more expensive holistic dentist, but the whole experience at Westgate truly out did anywhere I’ve ever gone. Michelle is absolutely awesome such a kind soul. Would recommend this place if you’re not a fan of dentists bc they will take make you feel comfortable, they will be completely transparent and help you out

Hands down best dental experience I’ve ever had.  I’ve been a loyal customer at Westgate for 13 years and they don’t settle for anything but the best for their patients.  From the moment you walk through the doors you greeted with a smile and a warm hello.  Recently they’ve invested in a brand new, state of the art facility that is simply breathtaking.  Honest…massaging chairs!  Sign me up!!  I’ll even occasionally stop in just to say “hello.”  Definitely check this place out for all of your oral hygiene needs.  You will be happy you did!

Like a dummy I have not taken the best care of my teeth, so i told the Dental assistant that I am embarrassed about that. She was very, very nice and smiled at me and said don’t worry a lot of people are like that. So needless to say that was a great answer and she made me feel very comfortable. The young Ladies at the reception desk were also very, very nice to me and they were both very beautiful. The person there that made me feel the most comfortable and put my mind to ease was a very nice Lady named Lisa. She was really amazing in the way she made me feel a better over the phone. I could tell that the compassion she had in her in her voice was real and not fake like most people in the Dental and Medical field are. I have been dealing with some sever spine issues for 13 years, 10 of those years are with the same Doctor and the same women at the reception desk. My Doctor is very nice, but the women at the desk are not nice and it is very obvious that they could care less if I was dead or alive and thats no BS. Lisa at Westgate Dental is awesome, actually all the Ladies I met there today were very, very nice and they all made me feel like I have been going there forever. So i highly recommend that anyone and everyone should go there for all their Dental needs and that is definitely no BS LOL

It was my first time visiting the office, but it certainly did not feel that way. The staff made me feel at home and very welcome. All safety precautions were in place. The hygienist and dentist were both extremely thorough and friendly and willing to answer any questions. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had at any dentist office.
