My family has been seeing Dr. Sievert for seven years and we are more than happy with him and his staff. I am writing this review specifically for my Invisalign experience. I just want to start and say that although I cannot compare it (this was my first and only Invisalign adventure thus far), I feel confident in sharing that it could not have been a better experience. I went in with the understanding that my Invisalign treatment would be at least nine months, however (lucky for me), Dr. Sievert had just been through a Propel presentation and asked if I would be interested in it. Propel is a method that “injures” your teeth to promote fast healing/movement. It sounded horrific at first, but then I learned that my treatment would go from nine months to two months. I was sold. I am so happy I chose the Propel route. It was quick and less painful than getting a cavity filled. The only discomfort I had was my own anxiety and nerves, but it was over pretty quickly. Then, he popped on the Invisalign trays and I was on my way to straight teeth. I will say that the only doubts I had about the whole process was in the first two weeks of getting used to how the trays felt and learning how to take them off and snap them back in. Dr. Sievert even called me the first time I had to change to my next trays to check in on me. This was a very comforting call because I was actually having a hard time putting the new tray in so I went into the office and he showed me how and had me practice until I got the hang of it. Basically, you just shove them on! I was being too tender with putting them in. With Propel, I was changing my trays every three days versus the standard two weeks. It provided a challenge for me because I never got to have a comfort period with the trays as it takes about two to three days for them to settle in. But, I was done in two months! I shared this with my girlfriend and she was very envious as she had to go into her second nine months of Invisalign refinements. I love my teeth and I highly recommend Dr. Sievert. Just remember, it’s uncomfortable at first and you may doubt your choice and think you should have just left your teeth alone, but after you’re a few trays in, you will be happy you went through with it.

Have been going here for over 2 years for a variety of procedures. Dr. Sievert and his team are kind, caring, and down to earth. The practice is very clean and quite organized, from the office management to Dr. Sievert himself – I like a meticulous dentist (and staff)!!! Dr. Sievert always takes the time to pay attention to concerns and works very, very hard to make sure you are satisfied with your dental health. This is a great family dental practice and I hope to be a patient here for a long time!

What a great team! Dr Sievert is always on time, friendly and and very thorough. He knows me as an individual, and remembers not only my oral history, but my personal one as well. The hygienist are fantastic as well! Super knowledgeable, gentle pleasant to talk to. For something as often stigmatized as going to the dentist, I couldn’t imagine a better experience!

Dr. Sievert is very kind, and thorough. My new patient appointment wasn’t rushed at all. He took the time to sit down in a small room prior to the exam to talk about questions and concerns. We talked about my general anxiety (not necessarily dental anxiety) and I felt throughout my entire appointment that Dr. Sievert and his staff were very caring and considerate of that. Any treatment options were explained, and I felt comfortable with the entire process. The office itself is lovely, and has a quiet and calm atmosphere. The staff is all very sweet and genuine. This was by far the best dental office I’ve been to, and would highly recommend it.

Everyone was very kind. Katie was super sweet and created a great atmosphere for the cleaning. Both she and Dr. Sievert were very helpful and answered all my questions in a way that was clear and understandable. The cleaning was pain free and the exam was very informative. Overall a great dental experience.

I am a new patient at West Lake Denistry and very much appreciate the excellent dental work provided by Dr. Sievert and his friendly staff. Sabrina did a great job cleaning my teeth and pointing out problem areas. Additionally she gave me a shot for dental work to follow which was pain free! I highly recommend this competent and personable team!

Westlake Family Dentistry really is a family business. The entire staff greets you with a smile, remembers your name, and discusses your overall health. I have never been to a dentist that asks me about my general health as well. Dr. Sievert mentioned a mole on my head my first visist, and asked that I have it “checked out”. After doing so, I learned that I had several moles needing to be removed, including the one he mentioned to me that I hadn’t even thought about. I had pre-cancerous moles in various locations and never would have gone to see someone because I have always had moles. This is just one example of how they go above and beyond. If you are looking for a dental office that will exceed your expectations, look no further!

After 20 years, four sleep disorder specialists, many different CPAP machines, a failed throat and nose surgery, I finally received successful help from Dr. Sievert at Westlake Family Dentistry. The dental appliance he built for me has decreased my sleep apnea episodes from 36/hour (severe) to 2/hour (normal). I feel better and am full of gratitude for his care. Jeannie Woehl

My husband and I have been going to Westlake Family Dentistry for just over two years. Dr. Sievert and his staff are very professional and friendly and always talk us through procedures, which really helps with any dental anxiety. (They have headphones, too, if you are having a long procedure which is super nice and helps to relax.) He has the nicest staff – Carrie, Bri, Emily, Lauren, etc – awesome team! Dr. Sievert pays attention to detail and is very thorough in his work, whatever it may be. We have trusted him with everything from deep cleanings and fillings/crowns to Invisalign and veneers and are always happy. I have suffered from dental anxiety most of my life so it it great to find a dentist’s office that I can be comfortable in and know I am well taken care of. Thank you, WFD!
