I love coming to the dentist! Especially when I know I can come a get good dental instruction on how to care for my teeth each time I come. The hygienists constantly ask if you are within your comfort levels. No one is trying to rush your care during the appointment. All of the staff are friendly from the time you walk in to the time you leave. You receive email and/or text reminders about your appointments. This office accepts patients of all ages, which is helpful when you have children from elementary to high school. I highly recommend this dental office. In early 2018 I got a chipped tooth. Westlakes shaved it down to a comfortable round edge and it’s not cutting my tongue anymore. I came in recently (late2018) for a routine cleaning and the Dentist was kind enough to ask about my chipped tooth, how my daughters’ dental care was going and the other kids. I wasn’t expecting them to remember or care about my other family members’ dental issues. It took me by surprise because you don’t see that type of service these days.

I have been coming to this location for years. My daughter, who was terrified of dentists, because of their caring and patient staff no longer has that fear. It was an awful fear- she would have to have laughing gas for a cleaning, but not here. She now enjoys her visits. The dentists are so great, wonderful bedside manner. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the entire staff. If they had 10 stars, I would give them 10 stars. They always provide the science behind why you are required to do certain hygiene routines; they take time to fully explain and do not just provide routine lip service. You feel genuinely cared for; and you are in and out without delay.

I have been a patient with Westlakes Dental for many years. Doctors and staff have always been top notch. Great customer service and atmosphere. Clean and orderly office. Staff and Doctors explain all procedures and fees. Never have I experienced any miscommunication. Thumbs up, would recommend!

What a wonderful place to get dental care for the whole family. The staff is so pleasant, kind, and always smiling. I particularly love how much they try to work with scheduling patients at times that are the most convenient for the patient. Typically people don’t look forward to going to the dentist, however I do, and that has a lot to do with the excellent customer service I receive from the front desk, the dental hygienist, and the dentist. I’ve been going there about 10 years now….don’t plan on changing.

First off, I hate going to the dentist, but I have been coming here for almost 10 years. I won’t go anywhere else, literally. The staff is friendly and accommodating and they always work with my insurance to make my visits affordable. They really look out for their patients. For example, I called last minute about some pain and they got me in same day! Not many places will do that. The doctors are great too! Friendly, and knowledgeable. Also, they have some evening hours, making them perfect for people with kids and 9-5 jobs. I can’t say enough about them. Thank you Westlakes family dental!!!!

I highly recommend this dentist office. I got a same day appointment for a wisdom tooth that was very badly broken. I didn’t feel no pain i was given injection for numbness and they made me feel comfortable. No rushing me to get procedure done it was when i was ready. The people at the office are very welcoming and respectful they answer any questions you may have. I Love it here. Im going back for all my dental needs. Oh i was in and out within an hour and couple mins. Thank you westlakes family dental.

I wish I would have known about this Dentist years ago. Everyone was so nice and friendly from the time I arrived. The Doctor was very fast and efficient and understanding of my needs and wants. The dental assistant was very well coordinated with the doctor. Above all they recommended the most efficient plan of treatment and didn’t try to sell me anything that I had no need or want of.

I really like this office. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, makes it easier to go in! They offer late appointments and even Saturday appointments. They also so conveniently remind you of your upcoming appointment, with an email, text, or phone call. I’m really glad this office was referred to me by a co-worker, always a pleaseant experince (well as much as a dentist appointment allows anyway).

I chose Westlakes Family Dental based on other Google reviews, and I was not disapointed. The staff from the front office to the hygenist to the dentist himself were all sweet, calm, explained everything, did not push sales or procedures. They made me feel more comfortable at a dentist than I have ever felt. They have earned myself and my family’s business.
