Dr. Sadeddin and all his staff here are extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’ve had to come in a few times due to some dental emergencies, and the staff and Dr. Sadeddin were incredibly understanding and fit me in each time with ease. It’s a highly efficient office that is also clean and well kept – and it’s got the staff with the lovely personality and smarts to boot! Westover Dentistry is a small practice so you get very attentive service. Dr. S, the dental hygienist, and administrative staff are all great. I have had my share of dental issues and he is patient and professional. He also has a great network of specialists that he is quick to refer you to if he feel it necessary. If you are a fearful dental patient, he is quick to reassure you and do what it takes to make sure you feel as little discomfort as possible.

Every aspect of Westover Dentistry is amazing. First impression is comfort. You basically walk into a house that has been turned into a dental office. The waiting room is a small living room…comfort. The receptionist as well as the business manager are welcoming and never look busy. You feel like they are there for you. Of course they are crazy busy, but you will never feel it. Comfort By the time you sit down, grab a magazine, you are called into one of the dental rooms. The assistants are just as amazing. They are personable, and also feel like they are empathic. I was so nervous the first time. Yet I felt like I was the only patient there…comfort. Dr. S comes in casually. Great conversation…then down to business. At this point you feel relaxed. He explains what is going to be done, gives you sunglasses so the light is not to bright. As he is doing his thing he says “you may feel pressure …or cold…etc” preparing you for what he is doing. He does a great job with the Novocain…a little at a time. Couldn’t even feel the needle. In fact the hardest thing I experienced was keeping my mouth open! He and his staff generate a feeling of trust. They are all very sensitive to your sensitivity. In four words: Knowledgeable, Professional, Personable, Comfortable.

I’m so happy I found Dr. Saddedin and staff. Although patients are present it is a relatively quiet and evenly paced office sans the hurried and impersonal atmosphere of so many larger offices. Everyone is professional without being stuffy and the work is superior to any I’ve received elsewhere and I’ve had a lot of dental work outside this area. I only wish I had found (a) Westover Denistry sooner.

Westover Dentistry has a skilled and professional team of caregivers. The hygienist who cleans my teeth is thorough and takes the time to discuss my treatment and answer all of my questions. Dr. Sadeddin and his team are amazing. For years I delayed getting a crown on my front tooth because other dentists told me I would have to have all my healthy front teeth covered to ensure it looked “right.” Dr. Sadeddin sent me directly to the lab for an in-person match on just that tooth and it looks wonderful. He takes the time to listen to you and explain options. Don’t let the cute outside appearance of office fool you, inside is very technically advanced dental practice!

Dr. Sadeddin is one that I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family – in fact I am excited about having my daughter visit his office in the near future. I highly recommend Dr. Sadeddin. I have had some very bad experiences with dentists. So I have a fear of dentists. Dr. Sadeddin is great. He explains everything and makes sure you are okay. I had a reaction to a procedure – nothing he did. I called the office and found he was out of town. The office took care of me and Dr. Sadeddin called me twice, once from Europe, to make sure I was okay. They go over treatment plans and then email them to you so you can plan accordingly. This is a special dentist with a special practice.

I’ve been going to Westover Dentistry for two years now and Dr. Sadeddin is the best dentist I’ve had. I first visited Westover Dentistry to see if he could correct and finish a crown a previous dentist had started but not finished. He easily completed the crown and on the same visit made adjustments to a night guard I’d ordered with the previous dentist that didn’t fit correctly. I was impressed with how thorough Dr. Sadeddin is, so I recommended him to my husband. We feel very lucky that my husband visited Dr. Sadeddin because he immediately noticed a jaw issue on an x ray that apparently had been there for a while. He gave my husband a recommendation for an oral surgeon to address this issue. If Dr. Sadeddin hadn’t caught this, it would have turned into a major expensive issue in a few years. So, my husband and I both highly recommend Westover Dentistry! Appointments are on time and everyone who works there is friendly.

Excellent dentist, great staff. Dr. Hazem is very friendly and takes his time explaining all the options, but he’s also very serious and dilligent when he’s in your mouth. He will not cut corners or opt for a “just ok” option. I kept changing my mind about root canal, crown, implant in different teeth, and he did not mind redoing some of his work to suit my changing mind. Staff are also very friendly and dilligent. They always work hard to accomodate my changing schedule, explain billing thoroughly, remind me of appointments by email, text and phone 🙂

My visit to the Westover Dentistry was beyond phenomenal. Was greeted by a warm welcome from Roxana the receptionist she was very welcoming and very cheerful. I was first seen by Larissa she was very professional and very personable. She explained in detail the procedure that was going to be done and made it as painless as possible since it had been almost 2 years since my last visit. She did a fantastic job curteous and very gentle. After she was done I had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth who took pictures of my teeth she was very cheerful as well very warm person and you can tell she has fun with her profession. Then I got to meet Dr.Sadeddin very humble and also very personable. He also reviewed everything that was done and gave me great suggestions on what to follow up with. My overall visit was just great keep up the great work ! P.s I enjoyed the playlist of the songs playing while I was getting my teeth cleaned !

Am very happy to have such an excellent neighborhood dentist. Staff are all competent and friendly—billing and appointments are no muss no fuss and cleanings are thorough and painless (I’m guessing some of you reading this review have had cleanings performed by technicians channeling their inner Attila the Hun—definitely not the case here.) Dr. Sadeddin is very thorough and does an excellent job of explaining any issues that need addressing as well fixing them. I went to Dr. Sadeddin on the recommendation of my daughter, who is very picky about her choice of health care professionals. It turned out I had an infected wisdom tooth that couldn’t be saved so he extracted it for me. He was very kind and patient besides being very knowledgeable. He explained the procedure fully, gave me options on sedation, and told me exactly what to expect. He was very caring all through the procedure and spoke to me to alleviate my fears. I went back for a follow up yesterday and everything was fine. He did not, as every other dentist I have visited has, recommend expensive additional work that was not necessary. I would not hesitate seeing him again. The entire staff is friendly and competent. This is definitely a five star dental practice.
