Over the years, I have moved from places to places, including Chicago, New York, and LA and have to say that, my experience with Westwood Dental Smiles is the best so far. Their front office assistant Kathy is very friendly and hygienist Sarah very professional. Moreover, I just had all three of my wisdom teeth extracted today by Dr. Tabachnik The doctor was so skilled and smooth in this process that I couldn’t even believe it when he told me that the job was done. I really didn’t feel a thing and my wisdom teeth were just gone. I also just booked my Invisalign treatment with both Dr. Tabachnik . They suggested that I should get Interproximal Reduction (IPR), instead of extracting any of my normal teeth, to get enough space for teeth alignment correction. I so look forward to that. I will come back to update my review after my Invisalign treatment.

Recently I had an appointment with  for a crown  Dr. Nadya Tabachnik for root canal retreatment.  . I’ve had bad experiences in the past with dentists but now I am in great hands. Great dentist. Very talented. This is where you want to be if you need perfect looking crowns, veneers, etc. Especially on the front teeth. He is meticulous about creating a natural look. He seems to be able to solve any problem. I’ve found that if I don’t love the way a tooth looks, he keeps working at it until it’s perfect. Hygienist Tracy is also very good. So upbeat and friendly. Always finds a way to ease nerves, and always has nice things to say. If you’re afraid of shots you can ask the doc to use “The Wand”. It’s a device that offers a comparatively pain-free way of getting your tooth numb. For nervous patients, he has nitrous, but only if you ask.

For a person that hasn’t been to a Dentist in over a decade, my visit to “Westwood Dental Smiles” was totally re-assuring. I felt completely taken care of & not taken advantage of, financially. Some people get nervous about going to the Dentist & for the most part, I’m not one of them, but I had to get a root canal, so I was kind of freaked out cause I was in a lot of pain. The Endodontist on site (Dr. Nadia Tabachnik) was absolutely perfect. Her work was very good & she was very easy to talk to & work with regarding the pain management of my tooth’s bad root. She did an excellent job & every concern I had was taken care of or assessed very thoughtfully.Following this initial appt.. I thought “it’s not possible for both of these Drs. to be totally awesome” but I was wrong! He too was very thoughtful, professional, & concerned for my well being & for the procedure’s successful completion. He even helped clean up & take care of a tooth on the verge of a cavity for FREE! He was the BEST Dentist I’ve ever been to! Super nice guy & totally thoughtful.This office is full of great people! Even their admin. manager Meryl was a total sweetheart & was very thoughtful concerning my financial needs. This place is the best! Don’t go anywhere else for your Dental needs! These guys are the best!!!!

Westwood Dental Smiles is the best!!! I am seen within minutes of my arrival and greeted with a smile by Kathy the OffIce Coordinator. She ensures I have a great visit from start to finish. But, I really go there because of Sarah! She is the best Dental Hygienist incarnate. She has a gentle touch and takes time to explain the whats and whys of my customized care. She even explained to me how to brush my teeth more effectively and suggested what kind of electric toothbrush to use. At the end of each visit I learn what I am doing right and where I can improve. The proof is in the pudding. I love the way my teeth look and feel…It’s a mini makeover…In today’s economy teeth are expensive to replace and very important to overall appearance therefore, it’s important to maintain dental hygiene with those I trust. My name is Boris Zlochevsky, and I am a patient of Doctor Nadia Tabachnik . I came to their Westwood Dental Smiles office, because I have had many dental problems and needed prosthodontic treatment in order to restore my teeth, which were damaged by grinding and acid reflux. Also, I had one missing tooth, my dentition was very worn and most of my dental restorations were failing. I would like to thank Dr. Tabachnik  for doing such a great and impeccable job of restoring all of my teeth using porcelain crowns. My teeth all look very beautiful and feel fantastic now and I am very happy with the wonderful results that the Doctors achieved on my crown restorations. Doctor Nadia Tabachnik is absolutely fantastic dentist! I know I can trust him my teeth and health. He is very professional and always gives several options for the treatment. Dr. Nadia Tabachnik and her assistants are AMAZING!!  I visited two dentists and one Endodontist before I finally found her and I’m so happy I did . After months of pain and one week of complete agony, Dr. Tabachnik found the root of all my headaches, jaw pain, nightly throbbing pain, fever, etc.  Other dentists/specialist could not diagnose my tooth pain after several visits.  However, Dr. Tabachnik did… and in only one visit.   Dr. Nadia Tabachnik is very gentle when doing work. Dr. Nadia Tabachnik received her DDS degree at the prestigious Odessa State Medical University in Odessa, Ukraine. After graduation she enjoyed practicing as a general dentist for five years in Westwood, Los Angeles. Dr. Tabachnik is currently serving as Clinical Assistant Professor Division of Endodontics, Orthodontics & General Practice Residency at U.S.C. School of Dentistry in Los Angeles. Dr. Nadia Tabachnik is well versed in Endodontic treatments, retreatments, microsurgical endodontics and dental trauma cases. Dr. Tabachnik is also certified in IV and conscious sedation to offer maximum comfort for dental phobic patients.
