I have been going to Dr. Waggoner for about 5 years now. I have never had any problems. The waiting room is nice and quiet; which is what you want from a dentist waiting room. The wait time is always minimal. I like the fact that his dental hygienist (the people you deal with the most) are really nice and professional. They always have good advice, and alternatives for your needs. When I had to have my wisdom teeth pulled; they offered me different options and recommended a good reasonably priced oral surgeon. The office staff tries to keep you with the same hygienist , or If you like they will change it for you. They do accept most insurances. They even worked with wife’s employers self insured policy. Dr. Waggoner is a great neighborhood dentist.

Best dentist in the city, hands down. I’ve been seeing Dr. Waggoner for years and wouldn’t even consider another dentist at this point. For the person below who “reviewed” them for being cited by the city, you probably weren’t even there to see anything for yourself. It sounds like it was a patient, not a staff member. Pre-Covid they have ALWAYS done everything they can to protect patients and follow standard hygiene protocol, wearing masks, gloves, etc. One minor incident does not warrant a 1-star review. It’s obvious that everyone else who has reviewed Dr. Waggoner has had nothing but great things to say.

Let me start out by saying WOW!!! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a very long time, so my cleaning procedure was not an easy task. Cyndee worked on my teeth, while showing me EVERYTHING she was doing! She was so pleasant to be around, especially in an uncomfortable position with my mouth wide open! She had me laughing and genuinely cared about the health of my teeth. She took her time to explain why there were build ups of tartar around my teeth and how to prevent this from happening!! I have never been so pleased with any type of service as I was today!! Maria was another employee that assisted me with X-Rays and other odds and ends, she was also very pleasant and kind!! To top it all off Dr. Stan Waggoner was the last person to assist me and followed right along with how great Cydnee and Maria were to me!!! I am very very pleased with my new dentist office and the staff at this facility!! I recommend this Dental office to everyone!! If you are going somewhere else you should reconsider! If I could give this buisness 10 Stars I would!! Absolutely Wonderful!!! Thank you so much for taking care of me Wetmore Family Dental!!

I hate going to the dentists like many other. But Dr Waggoner and the rest of the team are great. Donna was very informative and helpful with my care. One stop shop for all your dental needs , he is very kind and and he knows his patients very well I have had lots of work done here and I would have to say he’s by far the best dentist I’ve ever seen ! His staff is also very friendly . and they don’t have that rude attitude that you might find that other locations . I find myself always suggesting my dentist to everyone whoever needs dental work I am always referring to my Friends and family I know they will be impressed once they meet him and have work done

Growing up, my parents never really emphasized oral hygiene and going to routine dental check ups. When I decided to become an adult and start going myself, I was extremely hesitant. You never really hear GOOD things about dentists. So I did my research, THOROUGH research, and came across this dental office. I had a toothache, and that’s what prompted me to go in and get my X-rays and cleaning done along with getting this tooth checked out. I was in so much pain! tooth pain is the worst! I called them, and they were able to get me in the same day! (THANKFULLY) The office is located in this really cute old timey looking house. It had a very comforting atmosphere so I felt more at ease. i had just finished filling out my paperwork when they called me back for the X-rays (no wait is always the best!) I was so nervous. It had been quite some time since my last dental visit, but the assistant was SO KIND and understanding of my excruciating pain! After she took my X-rays, the doctor came in and told me I had an abscessed tooth! I was devastated when he told me I needed a root canal and crown on it! ive only heard the horror stories and didn’t want to experience it. But Dr Waggoner is probably the most approachable dentist, in my opinion. He was straightforward and professional with explaining the situation, what needed to get done and why. He then did a thorough exam of my mouth (found a few other cavities). What I liked best was that after he was done with the exam, he sat there and got to know me as a person, as did the assistant. There was a feeling of instant familiarity which I deeply appreciated. No one wants to feel like they are on an assembly line. They explained the financials to me, gave me a good breakdown of everything, and different payment plan options. So I scheduled it. Got it done. No pain whatsoever. The worst part of it all was keeping my mouth open. BEST DENTIST ever! I never thought I would find such a gem of a place. Every single staff member is so genuine and kind. THIS Is what a good FAMILY practice is all about. Very VERY pleased with my dental visit and made sure I got on their schedule for cleanings because they get booked fast! 5+ stars all the way!

Dr. Waggoner is an excellent dentist. He is also a precise and painstaking medical professional. Who else would you want working on your teeth? He takes time with each patient to make sure they are comfortable and has an excellent staff. Maria is a very warm, caring assistant and together they make a perfect team!

Had to brag about how awesome of an experience my root canal was! I was so nervous about the procedure from all the stories etc I’ve heard about root canals being painful and the worst basically nothing but negativity! Not only did I not experience any pain whatsoever the procedure was only 30-45 mins! I truly felt relaxed and love how they communicate everything in detail not just yea yea drill and bam. Not only will I continue to have all of my dental work done with Dr Wag I will also refer everyone that needs any dental work to this dental practice. Thanks again! -Vincent C

Great staff and dentist. I had a thorough cleaning. Sometimes I go to the dentist & feel like the staff are more like sales people pressuring me to purchase the latest version of electronic toothbrush or other products & services. There was none of that here. Which made for a more pleasant experience. Hygienist was thorough and gentle, the dental assistant was personable & knowledgeable. The dentist was also thorough with his exam and explanation. I would highly recommend.

No personality. Does not talk to you when you are there. Relies on his staff to speak for him. This only stopped when I called him on it and told him it was his job to discuss my questions with me. He was suprised but he complied. His work on my dental implant was ridiculous. It was ill-fitting, had to go back and make adjustments after it was received. Drilled thought it and then covered it up with a color similar to the tooth to make it “match”. I must have been his first client. His only response was that if I had trouble, I would have to pay to get it fixed. I would have to pay for his substandard work? Negative. Still having problems with that implant. Will not go back to him.
