The experience is very straight forward. About as pleasant as it can get going to the dentist. Everyone in the office are professional, and tries to put you at ease before all procedures. Dr. Wills is a very good dentist. That will tell you exactly what you need to keep you on your best dental path.

I love Dr. Wills and his staff. I came to this office for the 1st time 15 years ago. It had been 5 years since I had stepped foot in a dentist office when I was referred to Dr. Wills. I was impressed and have not missed an appointment since. I am no longer anxious when my dental appt comes up. I would highly recommend this office!

I rarely write reviews but this is the least I can do for Dr. Wills and his staff. They were very kind and professional during my first two visits but I was still a little nervous to call them when I developed a mysterious toothache. They assured me that it was no problem and were able to work me in to their schedule multiple times (even once after closing when the pain become unbearable) and did everything in their power to figure out what was going on make sure I was okay. They really were incredible and repeatedly went above and beyond the call of duty, truly treating me like family. I can’t thank you all enough and this will be my dentist as long as I am in Memphis! Thanks again Dr. Wills, Jackie, Tameka and Collene! -Jack

Yesterday 6/2 was my very first appointment. Colleen the front desk person was very pleasant and sweet. The dental hygienist was amazing and very personable. The doctor was also very nice and informative. My overall visit was a 10. They make you feel very comfortable. I can’t wait to go for my next visit.

Dr. Wills and his staff are absolutely the most professional, courteous and compassionate people I’ve ever encountered in any type of healthcare. I travel 400 miles for my dental treatment by Jackie and Dr. Wills with the help of Colleen with my scheduling and insurance details – need I say more!? I fall asleep every visit because it’s so relaxing to trust the care I’m provided and Jackie is beyond amazing as a periodontal hygienist and so thoughtful explaining each visit how to maintain my teeth. There are not enough stars to rate Dr. Wills and his staff, but look above each night outside and that’s close!!
