First off, I love this place. My family and I have been seeing Dr Alan going on a few years and let me tell you, we have found our doctor. For such a long time, I’ve always been afraid of going to the dentist, but he and his assistants helped me get over that fear. From Laura greeting you and making you feel welcome to the girls, Nicole and Alex being so friendly and warm. Literally warm. They have blanketsThey really go out of their way to make it as comfortable as possible for you as soon as you’re in the chair. They play the music you want to hear and his office is very clean and sanitary. I recently had life changing major dental work and they have made that journey so memorable for me. I’m so glad to have found them when we did. If you’re looking for a dentist,  please see him or his daughter. You won’t be disappointed

I found this dental office on yelp.  The reviews said Dr. Gutierrez was honest and that is what was most important to me.  My dad’s crown had come undone and just needed to be recemented.  Cost was an issue because my dad does not have dental insurance.  That’s why the honesty was so important to me.  I was looking for a dentist who could provide quality work and charge a fair, honest amount for the services that were being rendered.  That is exactly what happened.  And more.  My parents loved this dentist and the office staff.  My dad said that Dr. Gutierrez was very down to earth, and explained everything he was doing.  My mom, as she waited in the lobby was treated very kindly by the staff.  Even offered coffee.  I am going to check my insurance to see if my husband and I can come here too.  Sure hoping that we can.

Dr Gutierrez is a very professional, he works with his patients acomplish their goals. I highly recommend his services. I personally have no words to express my gratitude to his detail work, to his constant desire to reach perfection, to his gentle touch and professionalism. I believe once in a while one has the chance to find a provider who is passionate about his or her job and is amazing to see it expressed on their work; that is the case with Dr Gutierrez, his work is almost artistic

I was referred to Dr Gutierrez by a friend. I had gotten a crown done at my previous dentist. It was such a horrible experience and they couldn’t get it correctly. I’m so glad I found Dr Gutierrez. He redid my crown and fixed my issue. I have left my last dentist & will only come to Dr Gutierrez now

I was having some tooth/gum pain for a week and decided to visit a dentist on a Thursday.  I was disappointed to find so many local dental offices that were closed on Fridays and only open Mon-Thrs 9-5.  And naturally couldn’t squeeze me in until the following Monday. I searched further and came across Dr. Gutierrez and Whittier Dental Arts and was able to make an appointment for 9am the next day (Friday).  It’s reassuring to find a practice that accommodates it’s patients. My visit was positive from the moment I walked in the door.  It’s as if the team had already been briefed and I was the center of their attention (for the moment).  At no time did I feel forgotten or put aside.  Smooth and snappy from start to finish.  Technologically modern, prompt, friendly and professional. In a matter of 2-3hrs I was diagnosed, treated for 4 cavities and had the teeth on one side of my mouth deep cleaned.  Prescription for the gum issue in hand, I was sent on my way with a follow-up appointment for Monday. After the initial visit, my gums and teeth felt better than they had for some time. That Monday involved a deep cleaning for the remaining side and a follow-up exam of the trouble area/s.  As before, the staff was prompt and professional.  Within an hour I was on my way with a follow-up and polishing for the following week. The follow-up and polishing experience was Positive, Prompt and Professional as before. The social interaction and conversation with Dr. Gutierrez and his staff give one the sense that he/she is visiting a caring family.  I find that missing elsewhere these days. I actually look forward to visiting and continuing with Dr. Gutierrez and the staff at Whittier Dental Arts as a regular and routine patient

Dr Alan Gutierrez really is the best in the west (and the north, south, and east).I have been going to him for over three years now and I still get impressed by his commitment to excellence. He has the latest technology and uses it to the fullest. And his workmanship is like an artist. Plus he is such a nice guy that makes you at ease with his pleasant demeanor. He always clearly explains all aspects of what his recommended procedures entail. I have never felt more positive about getting a root canal! And to actually see it occurring and the end results on the monitor gives complete assurance of his work. The office is very nice and comfortable and there is very pleasant, attractive, and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend  Whittier Dental Arts, I wouldn’t go anywhere else

This is the best dental experience I have ever had my entire life and I’m approaching the 40s!  I have had a phobia of dentists since I was 19. I had a really bad experience with a heartless robot of a dentist.  My teeth got really bad for years but I was terrified of going.  Finally I took my daughters to a new dentist when we moved back to Whittier. My youngest is deaf and both girls have ADHD so going to the dentist can be challenging.  When I first visited Whittier Dental Arts, it was so wonderful!   The dentist Dr. Gutierrez was so friendly and welcoming. He was great with my girls.  His entire team is all so friendly and happy. They make us feel welcome and part if their family.  I finally got over my fear of dentists thanks to Dr Gutierrez. He was so gentle and understanding. He is also very patient. When he works on me, he is so passionate about his job.  You can tell how much he enjoys what he does.  He shows so much pride in making sure your mouth is beautiful and the procedure is as pain-free and comfortable as possible.   Dr Gutierrez and his entire team know us and remember us with every visit. I don’t feel like a patient of client but more like a friend or family. I have to admit, I am planning on moving in a year and of all the places I’ve been too in CA, the business and people I will miss the most are the people from Whittier Dental Arts.  I wish I could take them with me!

Dr. Alan Gutierrez is great. Very knowledgeable and patient. He makes you feel very comfortable and most importantly he’s great with my kids. I’ve been taking them since last year and they’re very happy with him and as a parent, that’s all that matters to me. He’s staff is great too, they’re very friendly and helpful.

I love this dental facility! Dr .Gutierrez always provides me good service.  His office uses a lot of high speed equipment and i enjoy the comfortable atmosphere

All I have to say is that Alan E Gutierrez is a polite and a  true professional. Dr Gutierrez is honest and help get through procedures with ease. Staffs at WDA are  smart and proud of what they do.  When it comes to dental bills, they will you help arrange a dental payment plan.
