I absolutely love this place. My family and I personally have had experiences with dentists recommending procedures that were deemed unnecessary if not frivolous or harmful by second and third opinions. I absolutely trust Dr. Wertke and all of the recommendations that he has made to me. He has explained the rationale, need, benefits, and risks of every treatment and procedure and also shows photos of the defects in my mouth that are being repaired. He is a professional and skilled dentist that I would trust with anyone in my family. In addition, his office and cleaning staff have been incredibly professional, courteous, and friendly. There are also televisions placed to allow you to watch while you are having your cleaning or procedures done

Had a great visit! I had wanted to switch dentists for a variety of reasons and tried out this office – and very happy I did so. Super friendly, comfortable office, and all in all pretty comfortable for a cleaning and x-ray process. Really appreciate that Dr. Rob + team take the time to get to know you first (rather than trying to talk during the cleaning – which is always a little challenging). I had such a pleasant experience going to Wicker Park Dental Studio. They have a brand new office with new equipment. It is clean and they are currently following all protocols for COVID-19 beginning right when you walk through the door. Dr. Rob and the staff make you feel right at home.I had an initial cleaning and Dr. Rob did such a great job. At my other dentist, they were so rough and I was always in pain. It was 100% better than my previous experiences. I ended up having to come back to get my wisdom tooth pulled and while I was very nervous going into it, Dr. Rob walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable and feeling okay during the whole procedure. 10/10 would recommend not only this office but Dr. Rob for any of your dental needs.

Dr. Rob and his assistant, Chris, have been great since my wife and I started coming in to see them! Rob takes the time to get to know his patients and is very personable, making our visits very comfortable and reassuring! After my first appointment for an exam and X-Ray, Dr. Rob sat with me and explained what he found and answered all of my questions. I came back in today for two fillings and it only took 45 minutes start to finish! They are flexible with payment plans and genuinely care for the people who walk in their door. I’d recommend coming in soon before this new studio gets booked up! I’ve really appreciated their service overall.

I am new to Chicago and had to find a dentist during the COVID times. The office was very well managed and very clean. My intital visit was smooth and getting my teeth cleaned was a breeze. It was painless and pleasant. I had to go back in for some dental filling a few dates later. The staff and Dr were super fun ! They chatted the whole time and the numbing shots were painless. I waited almost a month to write this review as I wanted to make sure all the work done was perfect. One month in and there has been no problems!! I would highly recommend this practise to everyone!!

Can’t recommend Dr. Rob enough! I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day to see him for the first time. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a year so I was nervous. Once he learned that I did have a cavity he did an amazing job explaining everything to me and making me feel comfortable. I didn’t feel a thing and Dr. Rob was so quick! After the filling he took the time to adjust my night guard and make sure everything looked smooth. The office is modern and clean. Everything feels updated. The exam room had monitors on the wall in front of the chair where Dr. Rob was able to pull up x-rays and pictures of my teeth to help explain what he was seeing. There is also a TV on the ceiling. I love being able to watch Netflix at the dentist’s office! Chris scheduled my appointment for me 6 months out, so I’ll for sure be back.

I had a great experience at this office. It is a modern, beautiful space with a welcoming staff. They carefully followed all COVID-19 procedures, I felt very safe during the appointment. Dr. Rob did X-Rays and a cleaning in under an hour. He was super professional, easy-going and kind. Best part of the visit was the two TVs (one on the ceiling!) playing Netflix. Dr. Wertke and his staff were extremely professional and personable, I was comfortable from the moment I walked in the door through my entire visit. The work I had completed was quick and (virtually) painless, and I felt confident with his judgement and recommendations. They were able to accommodate an urgent appointment the same day and I walked out with a follow up visit with no issue. Their hours are also very conducive to work schedules, with staggered hours of operation throughout the week. Overall, I cannot recommend the Wicker Park Dental Studio enough. If you are in need of an experienced dentist who you’ll want to grab a beer with afterwards, go see Dr. Wertke.
