Both my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Root for many years. He and his staff are professional and excellent at what they do. On occasion, Dr. Root himself has gone above and beyond, even following up with a phone call on a concern I’d had once while he was away on vacation! Their 3 college trained and licensed hygienists, their dental assistant and their office staff are always friendly and accommodating, and all work together to insure that you feel at home and that you are getting the best of care! I would highly recommend this dentist and his team of professionals to anyone looking for excellence in dental care!

You don’t often find dentist visit and wonderful experience in the same sentence but that is what makes this office special. Everyone is friendly and caring and you get the feeling they care about you as a person. This is a genuinely kind group of people.They are also very catering to those who are nervous about having dental procedures. I discovered Wilbraham Dental Associates when I was in Massachusetts visiting my son and had a dental emergency. I now schedule my dentist appointments with my visits to Massachusetts. Dr. Christopher Root/Wilbraham Dental Assoc is the best dental practice in WMass. I have extremely complicated dental needs, owing to a birth defect in my bones including jaw, and subsequent cancer treatment, and he has been able to save teeth that I was warned otherwise by oral surgeons would be lost! I have had cleanings, root canals and everything else owing to my history, and he has performed every service with the most up to date care/equipment/technique, and in complete comfort (they’re so good, I even had zero pain for a ROOT CANAL!) in a modern office, with completely ultrahygenic protocols allowing me as a cancer patient to be completely safe in their care in the office even given my low immunity. His wife is the best dental assistant ever (she speaks Polish btw if anyone needs), and will keep you comfortable and relaxed throughout any appt, and his other assistants are great for cleanings. The prices I feel are reasonable and well worth the service received, and the office staff are delightful! They respond quickly if anything ever comes up, and you will never be suffering without service, given their extended hours, they always squeeze you in for emergencies etc., they won’t let you suffer. Our whole family has switched over to them and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Right on Boston road in the Wilbraham Post Office plaza. worth the trip from anywhere in WMass!

When ppl think about going to the dentist, it’s usually a feeling of fear. Being a patient here for years, I have had multiple procedures that were all pain free. The staff is EXTREMELY kind, patient and provide full explanation of everything you may need done. Dr. Christopher Root is an oral engineer! His work may require in depth attention at times but he his gentle in a way you didn’t expect in dentistry.

Dr. Root and all the staff at Wilbraham Dental Associates are wonderful! I always have a great experience there. My teenage son has just “graduated” from a pediatric dentist over to Dr. Root, and he also had a great experience with him. Dr. Root is wonderful during fillings/tooth repairs…very comforting. I absolutely love this practice. I am not a person who deals well with going to the dentist, and after a long period with no insurance I needed to find a dentist that I would be comfortable with for the long haul. It sounds so silly, but these people are the friendliest most welcoming staff that I can remember running into at any type of office in a very long time. They literally said “welcome home” after my first evaluation and my sharing about not being in the chair for a long time. The front desk staff called my insurance to try and get the best idea of how to structure my treatment plan and just really showed me they are actually caring human beings. Dr. Root is patient and professional and I just can’t say enough good things on the whole. Hoping to make them my dental office for life. Five stars.Oh, and my dental hygienist is also amazing. She kept checking in on me throughout my appointment to be sure I wasn’t in discomfort even though it made the job longer for her.

I can’t give enough praise to Dr Root and his staff. I was in a bad spot after a root canal went bad and the dentist left me with a bad infection and ignored calls for a follow up. Dr root took me right in and Pretty much saved me from a dangerous situation. They are courteous and friendly everytime I’m there. I owe my life to them!

The whole team here is positive and very kind. Going to the dentist is never fun but they definitely make it as good an experience as possible. Here you will get very professional care while you are made to feel very comfortable. As an example of excellent service, I had to have a crown for a tooth that had a large cavity and they were able to take care of the tooth and make the crown on site and immediately put it on. I was not looking forward to any of it, but the dentist and assistants are so good at what they do that I highly recommend going here if you are looking for a dentist. I can’t express how happy I am with their work and quality of customer service.

I don’t tend to write reviews unless the service I receive is absolutely exceptional. Dr. Chris Root and his team are the most skilled and caring dental professionals that I have ever met. If you are looking for a great dentist, go no further! I dreaded going to the dentist before I met the wonderful people that work here. Whether you need a routine cleaning and check up (all the hygienists have been fabulous and really nice) or work done (Dr. Root made getting fillings done a breeze)..I never experienced this level of service and kindness at a dental office. Service was so great I searched them out on FB to post this review. Thank you Dr. Root! Your team is awesome.
