Wow, what a breath of fresh air from a dental office. I was able to get a same day appointment at this clinic for a very minor but necessary dental procedure today. Averi, at the front desk was courteous, beyond professional and kind in her handling of the scheduling and retrieval of my past dental records. Dr. Hart was able to quickly resolve the issue and explain the poor craftsmanship with the previous dental work that I had received, allowing me to understand why I was having my issue. Dr. Hart was also willing to discuss the issue with my previous dentist. Couple that with their extremely reasonable monthly plan that covers cleanings, visits and discounted services for those without dental insurance and I actually left a dental clinic with some money left in my wallet and a smile on my face. Which is a pretty rare experience. Thanks Wildwood Dental for the great service!

From the appointment taking process to the actual exam, this was one of the best dentist office experiences I have ever had! The receptionist went the extra mile to double-check coverage, talk options, and ask all the right questions. The cleaning was a terrific experience and I felt like I knew what was happening the entire time and even got a tour of my x-rays! The dentist is smart, kind, and explained everything thoroughly! I highly recommend!

I love this dental office! So far I’ve been in for a cleaning, a wisdom tooth extraction, and a filling, and all of my experiences have been really positive. The staff is very friendly and both times I had work done, I never felt a thing. Dr. Hart is laid back and his calmness kind of makes it hard to feel anxious like other dental offices can feel. Very happy that this is my dentist.

Needed to find a new dentist and was really scared I wouldn’t be able to find a good one. After reading the online reviews I chose Wildwood Dental. So glad I did. Office staff is so nice and friendly and the dentist knows how to give shots without feeling a thing-which I think is important. I hadn’t been to the dentist for a while and he was good about not lecturing me. He did two fillings and I had no problems afterwards at all. If you have anxiety about going to the dentist (which I do because it seems I always have some issue) I recommend giving Wildwood a chance.

So hard to find a good dentist but was lucky enough to find this place that’s literally a 5 min walk to their office and they are conveniently located near all of the things that downtown St. Johns has to offer. I previously had seen the same dentist since I was about 10 till two years ago when I moved to Portland, so needless to say I’m pretty picky, but I love this place and will continue to go there as long as they’re in business and as long as Dr. Hart works there. Also the support staff and dental hygienists are also amazing and super friendly and personable.

Awesome and friendly staff, I was able to easily schedule my first appointment online and fill out all of my new patient paperwork online and submit prior to my first appointment. During my cleaning two cavities were found, Dr. Hart was able to schedule an appointment to fill both just 3 days later, I was in and out in less than an hour both times!

This place is Awesome! My son and I went for our first visit yesterday. Appointments scheduled at the same time and all. PJ (my son) didnt want to leave, which is surprising, because I had to force him to go see our last dentist of 4years. Moved to Portland from Chicago, and had a consultation in Chicago stating that my wisdom teeth would be $1,700 WITH insurance. That seemed absurd to me. Came to Wildwood Dental once I moved to St. John’s, and got my procedure scheduled, and it was only $96 with my insurance! The dentist said the teeth were not impacted and the extractions were straightforward. My procedure took a total of 37 minutes, the guidance post extraction was perfect, and I have had no pain, no swelling whatsoever. Very, very, very impressed with Dr. Hart and his entire staff! Would recommend to anyone I know 🙂 Thank you for providing such trustworthy and wonderful service!.

I visited Dr. Hart for the first time today. I previously went to one of the big corporate chains, which provided good quality dental care, but were constantly trying to upsell me, and on two occasions were closed when my partner or I turned up for our appointments. I had no problems getting my records transferred (which is necessary because dental plans don’t want to pay for new x-rays every year). Making an appointment at Wildwood is very easy, you can schedule online and complete your new patient forms online, super easy. The great thing for me is I can schedule an appointment at 7.30 a.m. which means I don’t have to use my paid time off to go to the dentist. At the moment it is very easy to schedule an appointment, but I’m sure Dr. Hart will become very popular and the good times will fill up. The clinic is brand new and all the equipment is gleaming and everything is clean. Dr Hart offers a full range of dental services and didn’t upsell me on anything. The clinic is conveniently located in St Johns and I didn’t find it difficult to park nearby. I went for my semi-annual cleaning and a minor repair on a permanent retainer, everything was accomplished. The great thing for me is that Wildwood takes my insurance and there was no copay at appointment time. I noticed that the clinic also has a dental plan on offer in the waiting room, so if you don’t have a dental plan, you may find that a good option.

I’ve been to Wildwood Dental for a regular cleaning and a wisdom tooth extraction thus far and both were great experiences. Dr. Hart and his team did everything to make me feel as comfortable as possible and I couldn’t believe how quick and painless extracting my wisdom teeth was! Seriously, like 15 minutes for the whole procedure! If you live in St. John’s (or if you don’t) I recommend going to this dentist.

Great experience! I hadn’t seen a dentist in years, so I was nervous, but no one at Wildwood tried to give me the guilt trips I’ve gotten from other practices. Dr. Hart & Shawna both had a gentle touch — nothing hurt! Deanna at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Welcome to Wildwood Dental in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Ross Hart and his team are here to help each patient achieve the best dental and overall health possible. When you meet with Dr. Ross, you will find a dentist who take the time to listen to your concerns. It’s not our job to judge you for any past or present dental issues. There’s nothing helpful about that. However, it is our job to help identify your dental concerns and create the most effective treatment plan to address them. Dr. Hart graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2013. He maintains membership in the American Dental Association and Oregon Dental Association, and pursues extensive post-graduate education in order to allow him to provide the best and widest range of care. He focuses on listening to and working with patients, to create a team approach and help each patient achieve his or her own personal goals for dental and overall health. Dr. Hart lives in Portland with his wife, son and their two dogs. Outside of work enjoys spending time with family and exploring the northwest both far away and locally, including hiking on the Wildwood Trail and elsewhere in Forest Park!
