Had a great experience from the start. Employee was super pleasant on the phone when scheduling the appointment. They got my kids in for a new patient appointment quickly(within a week). Both hygienists(I have twins that were seen at the same time) were very friendly. Dentist was very nice as well! Will definitely be making appointments for my husband and I.

I had a great experience during my visit. The office is so beautiful, and the staff is fantastic. Lorrie is so sweet and such wonderful assistant and Janet is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Dr. Williams made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was having my fillings done, and since the fillings were in the front he took extra time to make sure they looked perfect. I’ll be back every 6 months for my cleanings!

I absolutely enjoyed Dr.Williams and his staff. My experience was amazing and Dr. Williams was very informative. I appreciated how interested he was in wanting to know what I wanted to work on in regards to my teeth. He listened to me and was able to help me set up a plan for the future. Gentle, knowledgeable and caring. I have not been to the dentist for over 6 years. I have major dental office anxiety. I also have sensory sensitivity that make the procedures intolerable. But, Dr. Williams, Janet and Laurie (not sure if I spelled that right!) put my mind and body at ease. They have the new technology to make each procedure less painful and sensory overwhelming. They knew exactly what I needed. I am going back in 6 months! It’s worth the drive to Charlotte from Asheville.

Wow, I am blown away by the service and hospitality I received today. Dr. Williams was absolutely wonderful!! He was patient, professional and polite. My smile now looks better than ever! I truly appreciate his attention to detail, I could tell he wanted me to be happy and satisfied. He spent extra time and really took care of me. He listened and exceed my expectation! I highly recommend and wish them all the success in the practice! Additionally, the lobby looked like the inside of a Veranda catalog! BRAVO and thank you to everyone on the team!
