Wow! I just realized that writing this review that I’ve been going to this dental office for a very, very long time. As a hint my birth stone is lava. And the reason for this loyalty is that my experience here has never been anything less than exceptional. From the moment I arrive these folks make me feel that I’m not just another patient but that I’m special. So if your intention is to become a geriatric like me then come and see these folks so your teeth can enjoy the journey with you.

The office has an inviting feel when you walk in and ladies at the front desk treat me like they’ve known me forever. I’ve always been so apprehensive going to the dentist, but Dr. Williams was so gentle and told me what he was doing step by step. Thank you all for a very pleasant visit. See you again in September!

Extremely fast and thorough. I asked about whitening and the hygienist and dentist both talked to me about options, but neither pressured me to buy from them. Heather was incredibly gentle while cleaning my teeth and both she and Dr. Williams took time to chat with me. Great experience and worth the drive from my home in South Tampa to see them!

We are from across the country and unexpectedly ended up here, all while my daughter is undergoing Invisalign treatment. Dr. Williams’ office coordinated with our dentist back home to perform scans for them so my kiddo’s treatment could continue uninterrupted. Everyone in the office was kind, professional, and made sure we had what we needed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this office!

I’ve looked for a dentist where the staff was kind and compassionate and they didn’t treat me like just another appointment in the book. We get the same hygienist every time we go. She remembers our names and personal information to help us feel comfortable. My son is a teen who has had horrible anxiety about going to the dentist for years. He wouldnt even pull out his baby teeth. He also told me he loves this office and that he doesn’t even have his hands shaking while he’s in the chair. I’ve had regular cleaning and even a crown and have always felt like they gave me the “family treatment”. We’re moving to Ocala AND my insurance is changing and the office doesn’t take the new plan unfortunately. We decided that we’re going to continue driving for regular appointments and I’ll just pay out of pocket for our family instead of finding a new dentist closer to our new home. My younger son will start going there next year as well as he’ll be 13 years old and will need to leave his pediatric dentist. My oldest tells him he’ll like this office better than the pediatric office!!!

I absolutely love this dental office. The staff is very professional, while providing a relaxed atmosphere for the patients. Dr. Williams is easy to talk to and explains the procedures needed in a manner that is easy to understand. He is gentle when working on you, answers all of your questions and makes you his #1 priority.

Dr. Williams and the staff at Williams Family & Cosmetic Dentistry are extremely professional and caring. The front desk staff will get you checked in and out quickly, all the hygienist’s are highly experienced and Dr. Williams will provide excellent service and integrity. Our family will continue to visit this office for all our healthy smile needs for years and years to come. Thank you Dr. Williams and Staff!
