I love Dr Williams and his staff!! I recommend this place to everyone. I get right in for my appointments and they are the friendliest most caring staff out there. From the first appointment there was never any pressure to sign up and it has been a pleasurable experience every since. I checked out several other orthodontic offices and can’t say the same for them. Do yourself a favor and check them out you will be glad you did!

Absolutely the best Orthodontist around. From the minute you walk into the office, your greeted with a wonderful front office staff. Their always smiling, making you feel more like a friend than a patient. Once your back into the treatment area, the staff in the back is fantastic. They truly take the time to listen and address your concerns. I always look forward to my appointments here because it’s always so pleasant. If you need to come in for an emergency appointment, their very quick to get you scheduled. I will continue to refer people to this office as I truly believe their the best in the valley. As an adult patient, I wasn’t sure braces would work for me, but Glauser-Williams Orthodontics did an excellent job. The staff was courteous, professional and very helpful. Dr. Williams took time to explain the process to me, answered my questions and made me very comfortable with the experience. I haven’t gotten any work here, but I wanted to give them a 5-star just off their customer service alone. I get my dental work out in California and I ran out of elastics, so I called them to purchase some. They gave me some for free and were nothing but great. I have been a patient of Dr. Williams for the past 19 months and could not be more happy with the service and professional kindness that I have received as an orthodontics patient. I finally have the smile and straight teeth that I have wanted for many years. I appreciate all the Dental Assistants that have worked on my teeth. Ashleigh, in particular, went out of her way more than once to sneak me in for a surprise appointment when something broke or just wasn’t quite right. I heard about this place from a good friend who was talking very highly about her experience here. Our experience has been nothing short of wonderful, from the no nonsense Orthodontist, to the warm, friendly staff. Dr. Williams is a great orthodontist. He has so much patience. Kelly has been working with me since I started going to this office. I originally began my treatment plan in Ahwatukee but that office which was very close to my home did not work out for me. I was very disappointed with the assistant who put my braces on and left me with a wire hanging in the back of my mouth for weeks. I was leaving for a vacation in Europe and they were unable to do anything about it at that office at that time when I inquired about it. I had to use a ton of wax throughout my vacation. When I returned from Europe I went to the Baseline office since Ahwatukee was closed and Kelly was there to take care of me. She took care of the hanging wire and made sure that would never happen again. She knew how to make the wires not stick out in the back of my mouth near where the implants were going to be placed. Since that time, I have received the BEST BEST treatment anyone can ever ask for. Dr. Williams and Kelly have done an unbelievable job with my teeth. They are looking beautiful and so straight. My crossbite is gone.They both care so much. I am so happy with my results. The office staff is also so pleasant to work with. Thank you so much Dr. Williams and Kelly for making my teeth look great!

My family has been coming to Glauser-Williams orthodontics for over a decade. The doctors have all been very patient with the kids. They have multiple locations, we have been to the ones in Gilbert and Mesa. Like most of these types of locations get there a little early to make sure you have a good parking spot and to get checked in a little early. When you have kids it makes a difference to get them to school and not be too late. Once inside the lobby is sufficient stocked with complimentary water bottles, plenty of seating, a couple video game stations and of course a tv with children age movies playing.

This is the best place to get braces and check ups! The assistants are amazing, they are soft with your teeth, and so sweet. I have been coming here since I was 6 and lm 13 years old and I love it! the doctors are so kind. I have braces on right now and the process was smooth and didn’t hurt! I love this place, and the staff and orthodontists are so kind to everyone they meet! I would recommend this place to everyone! Dr. Williams is amazing! I was referred here by a friend after going to a few other places for consults and was impressed by him and his staff. His girls are always so sweet and willing to help! We just started going to the one off Power and Brown. Had a great experience!! My daughter was excited / nervous. I was nervous about what it was gonna cost me, I know most parents fear that part. They were really awesome not only to my daughter the patient, but my teen son who tagged along. They gave them both stylish shirts (my kids wore rest of day) and some ice cream. The front office staff was nice and welcoming. The backroom staff was also super friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist was GREAT! He is funny and knows how to talk to kids. So the cost that I was afraid about was actually really affordable with insurance!! Much better than I anticipated. They offer many payment plan options. One is no credit check, you just need to sign up to have payments automatically deducted. I look forward to my daughter coming here the next couple years to get that beautiful smile. Highly recommend!!!

I happened to pick this Orthodontist Office because the staff is very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure on where to get invisalign done at first looking it up seemed overwhelming. But now I know where to refer my friends to get great service. The computer scanning and x rays were very easy and quick to get started. A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR
Dr. Noel Williams was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho. He comes from a family of dental professionals. His dad was a dentist, he has two sisters who are hygienists, a brother who is a dentist, and another who is an orthodontist. “I love my profession and I enjoy the work I do everyday. It’s inspiring to see so many lives changed by improving their smiles” Dr Williams served a two-year mission for his church in Southern Texas. Dr Williams graduated from BYU in 1994. He attended dental school in Houston at the University of Texas. He graduated at the top of his class in 1999. He went on to complete his 2 1/2 year orthodontic residency while simultaneously earning his masters degree in Houston, Texas in 2001. He completed his thesis on growing bone from cartilage. When Dr. Williams is not improving people's smiles, you can usually find him on the lake surfing, golfing, road biking, or spending time with family. In the winter he loves to snow ski. His favorite vacation is at Lake Powell with the family. His favorite word is “focus,” which he uses most often with his kids!
