My friend recommended me to this practice and I satisfied with my care. The office is very nice. The front office staff is courteous and welcoming. The back office is efficient and professional. I really value my time and it was very obvious that they valued my time as well. I appreciate the efficiency and the professionalism. My exam and cleaning was done quickly and thoroughly. I did not feel like I was being sold some thing I didn’t need, and I feel like my treatment plan was very clear and reasonable. I would recommend Willow dental group to others.

Wow. I have nothing but pure gratitude for this place. I cracked my veneer on my front tooth (I had a chunk punched out along my gum line from a bad bite). I was panicked. The receptionist got me in immediately the same day I called. I came early to fill out paperwork as I had limited time with a sitter. They got me in promptly (unlike a few of my visits in other offices). The staff was warm and accommodating. They even gave me a welcome bag of goodies (I still haven’t opened it yet). 🙂 Dr. Anderson saved my smile. He worked his butt off to fit that piece of veneer back in, and spent at least a good hour on perfecting my tooth. There was no need for a new veneer. Dr. Anderson was warm, ALWAYS checked in with me to make sure i was comfortable, and explained the process of what he was doing. I am normally tense at the dentist, but I was able to breathe and relax because he kept me informed. I AM THRILLED I didn’t have to get a new veneer! IT looks like it never cracked! 🙂 🙂 His assistant (hygienist) Crystal, was also warm and friendly. I couldn’t recommend a better visit. I look forward to bringing my family there in the future. AWESOME. Thank you, Dr. Anderson and staff! (Vanessa, Trisha,…i forget a few names). YAY!!! RELIEF!

I’m not someone to leave a review, but Western Dental was extremely welcoming and the kindness I’ve ever been to in my history of seeing an orthodontist office! I’m sure I’m not the only one who is scare of the dentist especially when it comes to feeling intimidated lol. Hands down the Best Dental Practice in Fresno!!! Tammy McCord, DMD is amazing! Everyone that works there is professional and very nice. My daughter had an emergency cracked her tooth and got it fixed in less than 2 hours without an appointment and her tooth looked flawless like it never even happened. All I can say WOW!! They are so awesome. I’m so glad I switched Dentists. They are super nice, not just to their patients but with each other (co-workers). To me that says a lot when they all treat each other with respect. They do their best to make you feel comfortable at the Dentist and to make you feel appreciated. I’ve only been here a couple of times but every time I’ve been here everyone is so nice! They are great with toddlers also. My 2 year old had his first appointment and they made him feel so good. There was a special for an electric toothbrush for the month that he went in and he LOVES it! It’s very interactive so he loves brushing his teeth. They are also very accommodating. It’s also nice going somewhere where they give you things to help you be more successful such as toothbrushes, floss and toothpaste. I also love their coffee/tea machine while I wait.

Dr Shawn Anderson has taken care of myself and my teeth for 20 years now and he has taken my smile to a new and wonderful place. He knows I get nervous and anxious in the chair and does everything possible to comfort me and make my appointment enjoyable. I have bad teeth from taking antibiotics as a child and have always been self conscious about my smile, now I feel I can smile all day and not worry about what people think of them. Been coming here for the past 5 years and every year it’s been amazing! They’re all great up front and the best office staff are Kianna and Heather. Thorough, professional and friendly. They make sure all your questions are answered and help calm pre and post appointment anxiety. Nikki is the person to have clean your teeth! No pain at all during a 4 quadrant deep cleanse and would trust no one else to clean my teeth. I do feel like they truly care about me as a patient and are helping me achieve the smile and oral health I thought I could only dream about! Best office in town. If your insurance allows this should be your dentist.

They explained everything where I could understand, there wasn’t any technical jargon. I wish there was an option on here to give them 10 stars instead of five. I absolutely love Willow Dental. Ashley is spectacular with cleaning. I don’t like it when someone scrapes my teeth and pays no attention to my gums. She is gentle and is very cautious not to hurt my gums. I also thought I had to have a root canal but she studied my teeth and found the culprit to my pain. I had been grinding my teeth and started to grind so hard that I was fracturing the tooth. So instead of an expensive root canal, I got a polish and no more pain!

Willow Dental has been a hidden gem. I don’t know why people would want to go anywhere else. I came here first because my friend was a dentist here and unfortunately left for another opportunity although my husband and I stayed because of the great customer service and the family like atmosphere. Everyone who works for Willow is so upbeat and makes you feel so welcome. Especially Erin, who is in billing, she is a fabulous person to work with. Of course her job isn’t easy and Im sure gets those unhappy clients but the way she problem solves and handles everything is top notch. I know I wouldn’t be able to do it. Lol She’s got a lot of stress on her shoulders and she takes it on with a smile and a great attitude 🙂 Anyways long story short, Willow is the bomb.com! You should all come see for yourself!

I was very nervous about going to the dentist as it had been a few years since my last visit. Willow Dental made me comfortable from the minute I walked in. Friendly office staff, clean waiting room, offered a welcome bag since it was a new appointment, offered water and coffee. The waiting room had Starbucks coffee and water and the restroom even had pre pasted toothbrushes. One thing I enjoyed the most was how everyone was friendly and welcoming. The staff was very well knowledged and explained every step of the procedures. I highly recommend this office to anyone!

Can’t rave enough about this Dental Clinic. Went to them based on their great Yelp comments and I wasn’t disappointed. From the first contact on the phone to my first visit and then my first procedure, Willow Dental Group is by far the best dental experience anyone could expect of hope for. Dr. Andersen is great!, So up to date on the newest technology. Had a crown actually fabricated in front of my eyes! Cassie was a pro and the new tooth looks like I was born with it. Best dentist I’ve ever visited! Dr. Shawn is obviously very capable and intelligent. Moreover, the Lord is blessing his business. This shows in several ways: 1) He uses the most up-to-date technologies to take digital pictures as well as X-rays of your mouth so you can see and understand what he’s telling you while enjoying a beverage of your choice. 2) EVERY person on the staff is competent and kind. They all make you feel welcome and comfortable. You have to be doing a lot of things right to keep so many cheerful people in your office. 3) Giving your patients the feeling that they are your most important client is not always easy to do. However, my wife and I both feel very blessed and well taken care of with Dr. Shawn’s office. It’s rare to find a medical professional with such great enthusiasm and personality. Most folks remember getting a lollipop or bouncy ball to ease the pain of childhood visits to the dentist. As an adult, those comforts can be slightly less appealing. It is much more comforting to feel and know that you are in good hands. I am looking forward to my next visit and thankful for the generosity and kindness that was shown to me in my first 2 visits.

Awesome dental office! I called on an urgent matter and Heather (front staff) was so sweet and helpful. She did not hesitate in trying to get me in asap whereas other places will take your name & supposedly they’ll call back. I so appreciate that esp. when you are in excruciating pain. The staff were so friendly & helpful, they also offer programs for self pay patients at an affordable rate/discount. Waiting time was not bad at all, maybe 15-20 mins and they’ll call you back unlike some places wait time is horrible. My overall 1st experience was not disappointing at all. I am pleased with how everyone is so attentive, explain things in details and office is kept clean. They also offer refreshment ranging from teas, water bottles (refrigerate), Starbucks coffee & hot chocolate all which you can serve yourself. I definitely will make this my home dental office from now on & definitely will recommend to whoever needs a good dentist.

I called them and had an appointment in less than a week. Everybody else wanted to schedule me 2 months out. Another dentist had told me I would need surgery on my gums. They told me that unless I wanted it done there was really no reason. They saved me a lot of money. Plus they were able to get me back in for a cleaning 3 days later. They were all very professional. I’m originally from L. A. and finding compatent medical personnel hasn’t been easy. Now if I could find a medical doctor like this, that would be awesome.

I haven’t been to the dentist in years due to lack of insurance. I was finally able to get some and went here at the recommendation of my husband. I was having a rough day and somehow walked out of the dentist office in a better mood even knowing I needed fillings and a wisdom tooth extracted. That’s how good their customer service is. Yes, I am writing another review because I just like this place THAT MUCH! Seriously, I have found the best dentist in Willow Dental. They are so kind and wonderful and really have made my horrible fear of the dentist go away. I had my wisdom teeth taken out today and I am feeling wonderful. Once I got back in the treatment room I was relaxed and it was all because they were wonderful. I never thought I would feel so good after the dentist. Yes I am sure that I will be hating life later once the meds wear off but it is HUGE for me to be so happy after the dentist! I would HIGHLY recommend them!
