Dr. Lee and his staff are my favorite dental group I’ve ever gone to. I’ve been going to WCI since 2012 and this is the longest I’ve ever stayed with one dentist. Dr. Lee and his staff are always so pleasant to see and the care I receive is beyond what I expect or have ever received with previous dentists. Whether it’s for a routine cleaning and exam or a filling or treatment, Dr. Lee and his team are super diligent, like, the best. I always feel comfortable here, even when I know i’m getting something major like a crown and it seems like the office is also always up to date on new dental technologies which, who doesn’t want their chompers to be cared for with the latest? I love WCI and I don’t think I’ll be going to another dentist as long as I’m living in LA

I came here to replace my crown. Dr. Lee and his staff were super helpful and willing to explain every step of the process. The dental technicians (or assistants) and people who work at the front desk see super nice and able to answer any questions I had. I had to come several times because the crown didn’t quite fit with my teeth but every visit last so ted less than 30 minutes, which I’m super grateful for as they saw me quickly and assisted me just as fast

As someone who has never liked going to the dentist yelp needs to add more stars just for Dr. Lee and his awesome staff. I have had a lot of work done here over the year and I am in the homestretch of finishing up what I needed done. Dr. Lee made my dauntingly list of dental work easily understandable and less unnerving. I recommend his practice to anyone looking for not only a great dental office but one whose owner/staff care about your dental health and will communicate well with you the entire process

I usually come in earlier than my appointment because I work close to this area. They will always bring me in earlier or right on time!:) All the staffs here are really nice and caring. They make sure we are comfortable and entertained with good music in the background. While waiting in the waiting room we get to see Netflix^^Besides that my procedure went pretty well! I had my scaling, filling, and my veneer? I believe that’s what you call it where you close your gap teeth. They done a wonderful job and is been months and still looks brand new! Going to do my scaling again

I moved to Los Angeles in 2011 and this is the 4th dentist that I’ve tried. The dentist here, as well as all of the other staff, are great and I thoroughly enjoy (as much as is possible) my appointments here.  The work that they’ve done on my teeth so far is great (I’m in the middle of a 6 month Invisalign treatment, and eventually will be getting two teeth implants). Reasons for abandoning my previous LA dentists are: impersonal staff, rude staff, bad facilities, and in one case I felt that the dentist was somewhat negligent when it came to tackling issues with my teeth.  I’ve had none of those problems here

I’ve been going to Wilshire Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry for the past year for my braces, wisdom tooth extractions, and cleaning.  I’m a hard judge of dentists because I’ve gone thru very terrible experiences in my childhood and young adult life with them.  But I’m so glad to have found one I can trust in WCI.  And it’s such a convenience to to go one place that can do it all.  I had made inquiries to other places and they would have me to go 2 or 3 other places because they only specialize in one thing.  WCI does it all and does it very well.  My 4 wisdom tooth extractions and later implants went very cleanly and quickly, and without very much pain with all the medication they prescribed.  And my braces are making dramatic improvements to my bite, my overall appearance, and overall happiness.  It’s money well spent.  In Koreatown, or the LA area in general, you would be hard pressed to find a better place to handle all your dental needs

It’s been a few years coming here (also found through yelp!) and since then, I’ve referred my friends here and can still recommend this place with all the enthusiasm you can possibly have for a dentist. The entire staff is so friendly and I always feel well I taken care of. They always explain everything they’re doing to me and that makes me feel safe and secure as a patient to be able to agree with the treatment plan. It’s as pleasant as a dentist visit can be here!

I was looking around for Dentist on Wilshire, and I found WCI some weeks ago and also other cheaper alternatives.. But I picked WCI, just because the Doctor is Columbia Trained.  A couple of days later sent in my insurance via email to the lady I spoke to over the phone, she verified it and I was told my health insurance only covers dental accident, so I decided to pay out pocket which was no big deal. Upon visiting the WCI, i had to wait for some min. The lady who performed the Xray, The Hygienist and Dr Lee were so nice and professional! upon completing the cleaning procedure, I followed the Business Manager into her tiny office, She showed me my Bill and what needs to be done. Then she said something very funny, annoying though (Episode 1) “IF YOU ATTEND UCLA YOU SHOULD HAVE A DENTAL INSURANCE” then one thing struck me, Hmm she must be thinking am lying (How can this guy afford UCLA lol), So i decided to school her a little bit ” IS IT COMPULSORY YOU MUST HAVE VISION INSURANCE OR DENTAL INSURANCE? ALL YOU NEED IS AN HEALTH INSURANCE AS AN F1 ” Episode (2) TIME TO PAY, after looking at my Debit card, she asked for my ID (NOW I WONDERED WHAT WAS GOING THROUGH HER MIND ” I NEED TO VERIFY IF HE IS THE OWNER OF THE ID, HE CANT BE THE OWNER LOL”I told her sorry I forgot my ID at home, then I said this joke ” YOU NEED MY ID BECAUSE I LOOK POOR” just to know her intention. ( A poor man that wears a Hublot watch) then here we go again “she said YOU KNOW WHEN YOU GO TO THE GROCERY STORE THEY ASK FOR YOUR ID WHEN YOU PAY WITH YOUR CARD, now I felt I was at the wrong place, she as no tangible excuse to justify her request, she just wanted to verify and see if I am the owner of the card. Though I forgot to mention to her, upon arriving the lady at the front desk asked for my ID which I told her, I forgot at home and I was willing to go back and pick it then she said no worries. I won’t give you 1 star, I will gladly give you a five star, WCI did a perfect job, its just they have an irritating Business Manager who lacks customer relations, courtesy and needs to detox her dirty low mindedness. I will seek dental care elsewhere. I can’t stand an irritating unintelligent person who looks down at other people to justify low self esteem

I just became a new patient with WCI Dental Group and I have nothing but good things to say about them. The receptionist, Jessica, is very friendly and informative. I have had a cleaning from here (sorry I forgot her name) just last week and she was super kind, gentle, and thorough. Dr. Lee and the staff here always make me feel comfortable, safe, informed, and welcomed. I’m glad they accept my Delta Dental PPO and wish I had discovered this office sooner. I would definitely recommend this office

I had braces when I was younger and have hated going to the dentist my whole life until I found WCI Dental. I stopped wearing my retainer and my teeth had noticeably moved. I knew I needed to get braces again and I found this dental office after going through many reviews. I was then recommended Invisalign and just finished my treatment after about one year. I’ve also received teeth cleaning and a front tooth implant. I was very nervous about the implant because it is my front tooth and I didn’t want to be stuck with a front tooth that looked nothing like my other teeth. I got my implant completed last weekend and it looks amazing! It looks just like my other teeth and it exceeded my expectations. Dr. Lee is great and will take the time to answer and questions or concerns you may have. Everyone who works here is amazing as well and this is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I will never go to any other dentist again..!
