Dr. Gehred + the Wilshire Dental team are total rockstars. I had a dental emergency the week of my wedding + they saved the day. Not only did they squeeze me into their busy schedule but they treated me with compassion in regards to my long-standing dental anxiety. My post fell out which made me super self-conscious and they were able to get it back in and bring my smile back with a vengeance. I am forever grateful. I highly recommend Wilshire Dental.

Dr. Gehred is my favorite dentist. The staff there is also very friendly. Last time I went there I had to get a long procedure done (a complicated root canal). He explained the procedure in details, he was both confident and reassuring. It ended up taking more than 3 hours, but I never felt any pain. It actually didn’t seem that long because Dr. Gehred kept exchanging jokes with his assistant which made time go by faster. I highly recommend Dr. Gehred, he is a highly skilled and personable dentist.

The staff here are professional and friendly. I feel like they make the effort to explain things to me so I understand whats going on with my dental health. They have never tried to up sell me on things I dont need and I truly trust them with the health of my teeth.

Dr. Gehred is easily the best dentist I’ve seen in 35 years of going to various dentists. He’s friendly and competent, but what I value most about him is that I completely trust him to provide conservative, excellent dental care. He clearly wants what’s best for my  teeth, even if that means less business for him. He also takes the time to thoroughly answer my questions so that I have a cognitive understanding of what he’s doing to my mouth and how I can better take care of my teeth. Highly recommended and I feel lucky to have finally found a dentist I can trust.

This is the friendliest, most gentle dentist’s office I have ever been to. They were so responsive to my emails/calls and scheduled appointments promptly. They explain all procedures well so you know exactly what is going to happen. I usually have high dental anxiety but not with Dr.Gehred. I highly recommend them!

I just started seeing Dr. Gehred, and so far so awesome! He’s very personable and non-judgemental to me and my situation. Since I neglected my teeth, I have to get dentures, and although, Neil underestimated the price the oral surgeon would cost, but hey, no one’s completely perfect! I’m just waiting now to get through all my antibiotics so I can begin my scary procedure. At least I’ll be knocked out!!! Thanks Dr. G for being so charming and honest and I hope you’re as gentle as you seem.

Just an overall great experience at Wilshire Dental. I went to see Dr.  for a second opinion after another dentist told me I needed some fairly extensive work. Dr.  took a detailed look, clearly explained his thoughts and my options. He saw me back the following day and was able to fix my issue quickly and painlessly. He has excellent chair side manner and made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend Wilshire Dental.

 Gehred is the best dentist I’ve been to. He listened, understood my concerns, and explained the treatment options clearly. He was conservative and didn’t recommend unnecessary treatments, and he confidently took on a treatment that another dentist said he wouldn’t even attempt. (See my review of Timber Dental.) Neil used meds and gas to help me relax and make the process as painless as possible. As someone who really dislikes dental treatments, I recommend Neil without reservation.
