Today was my appointment with Dr. Steven Farley after his office reopened for non-emergency procedures post COVID-19. I was seen with no waiting, and I felt safe and in good hands. My temperature was taken and my state of health questioned prior to my being seen. Every person wore layers of PPE from head to foot. I learned that patient appointments were staggered to allow for just one person at a time in the waiting room and cleaning occurred after each patient. Dr. Farley always delivers and he has been my dentist for years. He is meticulous, very personable, highly intelligent and dedicated. He makes going to his office relaxing and he never hurts me. His people are fantastic and fun and they love where they work. Thank you Ashley, Kristen, Wendy, and Joanne! Dr. Farley and his team excel every year that I go to this office. I highly recommend Steven Farley, DDS.

I will be the first to admit being in the dentist chair was not always my favorite place to be. But when I started going to Dr Farley, he and his staff made me feel completely comfortable from the start. They all are kind, patient and very knowledgeable. It’s clear they all enjoy working together. I have been going there about 8 years now and will never go anywhere else. They treat their patients like family, not just another chart. I highly recommend this office!

Have had Dr Farley as my dentist for probably 25 years… Still do it even after I have moved to Massachusetts. First off, his office staff is first rate. Professional. Friendly. Polite. Joanne is my hygienist and she is quite frankly spectacular. In particular my last appointment I was tight for time and she was able to get me out in time for my work appointment. As for Steve, he is clearly the most technically proficient dentist I have ever seen and has adapted to modern technology flawlessly. My only complaint is that on occasion he seems to talk to (Joanne) about some dental problem I have rather than speaking directly to me which I would prefer

I’m typically not one to write a review, especially about going to the dentist. However, after many years of being a patient of Dr. Farley I thought I should share this. If you are a person who is afraid of the dentist due to pain, this is your guy. Dr. Farley takes the time to explain what is going to happen and the steps/time involved. He is as pain free as it gets. He and his staff never leave me waiting until 230 for a 2pm appointment. First class operation!!! highly recommend this Dental practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Farley since I was a child and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. When I was young I never understood why people were so scared of going to the dentist. Event when I had to get fillings or anything it was never a negative experience. I live all the way out in Boston but I still drive in whenever I need to see a dentist. Not sure how the Teeth Gods decided we were going to be the lucky ones, but they did and we feel so blessed to have Dr. Farley and his team apart of our self care journey!! The staff here are always willing to make sure we get in in a timely manner, installed amazing technology in line with keep us patients safe from contamination leading to COVID-19. We literally try to recruit anyone and everyone but then quickly feel like we don’t want to share him with anyone else. Dr. Farley is kind, knowledgeable, beyond friendly, hilarious and we love his taste in music. He is just the sweetest thing!! Moreover he never does a service, just to do it and get your money. He doesn’t not stand for excessive practices and puts our oral health first. Oh and before we forget-he is as cute as can be!!

Probably the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Everyone there is friendly and polite, and they don’t make you sit in the lobby for an hour like some dentists whom I won’t name. Besides that, it’s only a 10 minute walk from my apartment and a ten minute drive from work. The vicissitudes of fate have determined that later this year I will have to relocate to Wethersfield to help out my elderly parents, but I will stay with Dr. Farley.

This is the right place for emergency or routine dental work. First class staff, cutting edge tech, and accessibility like concierge medicine. I knocked two front teeth out on a Saturday night, was able to talk to Dr. Garceau on the phone right away. By Monday morning the pain and mess were gone, two days later the new teeth were in and truly not a single person has been able to tell the difference. Even as an uninsured out-of-stater, the whole process was made simple and extraordinarily painless by Dr. Farley.
