My daughter had an issue when her orthodontist was closed for 3 days. I called Windy City and explained the situation. The staff and doctor were so nice and helpful. They took care of the issue with no questions asked and treated us like we were one of their patients. I was so thankful for the help when we needed it.

Last Friday I officially had my braces taken off and it was a really exciting moment after 32 month of treatment! I am so pleased with my experience altogether. The entire staff is awesome; friendly, professional and very efficient, Dr. Darren takes the time to thoroughly explain treatments to his patients, he gets to know us throughout the entire duration. Patient care and follow up is great. I want to give special thanks to the assistants: Jenny, Amanda, Erika and the rest of staff (hard to remember all the names lol) they always make you feel welcome. Wonderful experience, Period.

Everyone at this office has been honestly wonderful, can’t recommend them enough. Everyone takes the time to answer all my questions. Forgot something you wanted to ask, and call a staff member over for the *third* time? No problem, they’ll make you feel comfortable and answer every last question. Everything is thoroughly explained as well as all the ‘whys’ behind their instructions. The people handling scheduling are unfailingly friendly and kind, treat you like more than just another faceless patient. I needed dental work done before I could start invisalign, all I had to do with tell them the name of my dentist, and they found the phone #, brought my dentist into the loop, and then when the dentist had to reschedule me, windy city reached out to me on their own to say ‘sorry to hear that, let’s get you set up with a new appt’. Really, I can’t say enough good things about the place and the people, if you need any kind of braces absolutely give them a shot!!

I don’t get the 1star review. All our visits here, we were met with courteous staff. Even by phone, they worked with us with our insurance issues. Treatment wise: We are so happy with the results! My son’s teeth looked great. He now has the confidence to smile and get his pictures taken. Every visit we had for the last 2years were outstanding. Dr. P is always very professional, takes time to explain treatment details and dealt well with a child with developmental issues. His staff are absolutely wonderful. They are prompt in the service; happy, pleasant, and professional in their actions; and most of all, they make you feel comfortable and at home. The clinic is also very lovely and location is easy to go to. I highly recommend this practice.

They are the best. From the moment you come in until the moment you leave, they are friendly and take great care of you. Dr. P is so patient and so great with kids – so are Erika and Charlie! They whole staff is great! Highly recommend – my daughter is very nervous about dental work and they put her at ease every time

Having moved to Chicago from Birmingham, AL, I needed to find an orthodontist here who could replace a cracked upper retainer for me. Boy did I find the right place! I can’t think of any other business I’ve ever been to, of any type, where every single person in the joint is so stinkin’ nice! (Well, truthfully, my dentist’s office in Birmingham was mighty close…) What a joy to have that kind of warm welcome in the dead of Chicago winter. The day I went in to get the mold made for the upper retainer, the good Dr. also replaced some glue that had come off of my lower permanent retainer. The new glue unfortunately popped off two days later. I went back in about two weeks later, and he replaced it at no charge. In short, I almost wish I needed more services at Windy City Orthodontics. It’s a great environment with great people who do a great job. Thanks y’all!

I chose Windy City Orthodontics for my Invisalign treatment because of the positive reviews and the wonderful doctor and staff. I was given a very fair payment plan option and decided to go for it. My experience was very positive and I feel I was given the very best of what is offered for Invisalign. Fresh aligners every 3 days (rather than just 1-2 per month), regular checks ups, a permanent retainer and two custom retainers were all included in my package. I highly recommend Windy City Orthodontics for Invisalign. Im very happy with my final results.

Long overdue review but it has to be said that Windy City Orthodontics is the best place for orthodontic treatment in Chicago. I had braces as a child but didn’t wear my retainer and had some teeth move. As an adult I didn’t want to have orthodontic treatment again but my crowing really bothered me so I went for a consultation with Dr. P. From the beginning he made me feel very comfortable with the decision of starting invisalign treatment. I love all the staff there, Dr. P is very knowledgeable and the office is always clean. Also making appointments at doctors office is usually a problem for me because of my work schedule but the front staff was always very accommodating and this was never an issue. I’m really glad I decided to get my teeth straight at Windy City Ortho, the results were better than the first time. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for treatment.

WOW. The service and professionalism here blew my socks off. I’ve now been a patient at 4 different orthodontic offices across 2 different countries, and my first experience at Windy City Orthodontics today stood out above the rest. Dr. Pakravan was patient, knowledgeable, presented a variety of potential solutions, and worked with me to build a custom approach to meet my needs. Additionally, his staff were FANTASTIC. Each team member seemingly understood my case just as well as Dr. P, and I got the sense that they took full ownership for my experience and outcomes in every interaction. After my appointment, I had to wait in the office while the front desk managed some coordination with my previous office. I felt informed, listened to, and valued throughout the entire process. The grace with which these professionals managed one of my (somewhat uncooperative) previous offices was truly impressive, and I felt like the solution that was ultimately offered to me was a best-case scenario. It even involved additional services (beyond the agreement I’d been quoted over the phone) at no additional cost. Overall, I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience, and I’m excited to continue working with this office. Thank-you to Dr. P for taking the time to understand my case, concerns, and needs, and two HUGE additional thank-yous to Jenny and Angelica for their amazing customer service and problem solving. You folks are superheroes!

I just began a 2-2 1/2 year process of wearing braces and am really looking forward to the results. Dr. Pakravan at Windy City Orthodontists and his team have been a great help and support with the braces. Along with Dr. Patel from OMS Med Spa who did my surgery and Dr. Schulhof who worked on the general dentistry at AC dentistry all in Lakeview. By far the best ortho experience I’ve ever had. Incredibly responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff and doctor. Every step of the care has been easy – even though all care happened in the middle of a global pandemic and a cross-country move. I’ve already recommended Windy City Ortho and Dr. P to a number of friends and will continue doing so until Dr. P retires his business which, hopefully for the sake of crooked toofs everywhere, won’t be for a very very long time.
