I have been a patient of Dr. Piltser since 2006 and have always liked her professionalism. She never lectures me, but takes her time to explain procedures, always makes sure I am comfortable and never rushes. That’s why when my 6 year old complained of tooth ache, I immediately called her office. It was a weekend, but Dr. Piltser came in earlier to make sure to see him, she coached him through the procedure and I could not believe when she was able to numb him and go on to fill his cavities. After the appointment, my son said that he is not scared to come to the dentist anymore and wanted to know when I will bring him back. I was so happy! I recommend this office to anyone who has ever been scared to go to the dentist!

Doctor Pilster is awesome! If you like a gentle and professional dentist who truly cares about her patients and has a friendly and courteous office staff, then make sure you go to doctor Pilster. I watched a comedy and had my teeth worked on without even experiencing any discomfort. She has magical hands and knows how to make even the most sensitive, nervous and gag prone patients feel comfortable. I highly recommend her! She is ordering my night guard soon!!! Yay! No more jaw pain! She is wise and always tried to take the most conservative and preventative measures to protect her patients’ dental health.

To say that I’m petrified of the dentist is putting it mildly. My past experiences with dentists have been less than stellar and, so, I tend to put off my visits to the dentist as long as possible. Its been a few years now and a couple of teeth are starting to remind me of that fact. My friend told me about this place and I decided to give it a try. Dr.Piltser and her staff were very pleasant and professional. I think I grilled them a bit about the ins and out of the procedures to be done, but the doctor was really accommodating of my dental phobia. She was very patient with all her explanations. AND , she was super gentle during the treatment! Hard to believe, but I’m actually looking forward to my next visit to finish up treatment. She does great work and is gentle; prices are very reasonable, and the office is clean and calming. I definitely recommend her!

I’ve been going to doctor Gabriel for years, since I was a child. It’s a sweet family business, both Dr.Gabriel and his wife do such a good job. But most importantly, they’re always very gentle with me because they know how I can be.. they’re not like most dentists. They actually care. They want to see the health of my teeth get better. They call, follow up, and although I absolutely do not like going to the dentist, I’m glad they’re my dentist. Soft and gentle. It’s nice that they always work with me regarding payments as well. I don’t think I’ll ever stop going to them 🙂 you guys are the best!

What to say. Ok, I’ll going to be fully transparent about this review. I had to come in on a random semi-emergency visit. They were super nice and able to get me in right away. Wow. WHAT A SWEETHEART Dr Pilster is!! The issue I was having a panic attack about was discussed in detail and the doc took her time explaining and letting me know I have nothing to worry about which put me at ease. Just to think. If she was this awesome to me, how lucky are her patients?!! Act accordingly people. There are two dentists at this location, I have had my experience with Dr. Piltser. The short is that she is one of the best dentists I’ve had in my life. Her and the companies customer service is an example to other small businesses! I needed significant dental work done and I left another dentist in Los Angeles because I was disappointed with their lack of customer service. With multiple appointments and involved processes, Dr. Piltser was able to make me feel comfortable with the work. She came up with a plan, managed my expectations throughout the process and delivered as intended. In addition, she went above and beyond to fix things out of the scope of what was discussed to help. Like so many other people I was “scared” of the dentist and avoided going for years! When I cracked a tooth on a Friday 3 years ago I discovered Woodland Hills Dental Group. They squeezed me in on a Saturday and I’ve been going regularly ever since. I have a whole new smile now! Everyone here is kind and professional! The office is clean and has a great selection of movies to watch! One stop shop too because the surgeon even comes directly to the office. I’ve always been taken in last minute for emergencies which has been such a lifesaver! Gabe has always walked me through my insurance and billing. Dr. P is the best!!! I can’t say it enough! She is an amazing doc and a great human being all around! I refer all of my friends here and they love her too! You won’t be disappointed with the service from this dental group!

I love the Drs here! I moved from NYC and was referred by my long-term dentist there. I live in Santa Monica, so it’s a DRIVE to get there, but totally worth it. Woodland Hills Dental Group is an excellent choice for a long term dentist. The dentists and their entire staff are fantastic. In addition to being very professional, thorough and polite they really care about their patients. They have also found cavities and others issues with my teeth that other dentists have missed. I feel that they know what they’re doing and can definitely be trusted! They also work on Saturdays so if you don’t want to take time off of work to go to the dentist you can do a cleaning on a weekend. I wouldn’t say these things about them if it wasn’t true – I’ve been to alot of dentists and good dentist are hard to find and these guys are very, very good!

I’m definitely one of those folks who doesn’t like going to the dentist.The fact my mouth resembles a row of condemned house will testify to that. I went to this dental practice as it’s a 3 min walk from my house and decided to finally do something about my teeth . When you enter the place the staff are really friendly and helpful. Mariya is a brilliant dentist,made me feel at ease and thank god she did as I was in the chair for over 3 hours on Monday,didn’t feel any pain at all,she numbs your mouth up good. You watch movies while in the chair and that’s gotta be a plus. I went back today and everything was fine,I usually never return to a dentist unless I have to but going here really is relaxing. Well worth checking out
