Dr. Yao and his staff are amazing. We went to several places looking for an orthodontist for my son to get his braces. Once we met Dr. Yao it was easy to go with him. The office is nice and clean and his staff is extremely helpful. We moved to another state half way through my sons treatment and Dr. Yao is so great we decided we would rather fly our son back for his check ups than find someone new. My son got his braces off and his teeth Look amazing! Dr. Yao and his staff were supportive through the entire process. Thank you!!!

How do you like me YAO? Yes, Dr Yao is a ROCK STAR! My daughter goes to him and she loves him. Actually, if you ask around in the industry you will find he is well liked and respected. Here is a person and staff that understands customer service. They are all fun to be with and to work with. Most offices you have to DEAL with, but I can’t say I have DEALT with them as of yet and don’t expect to in the future. The office brings you into the family, so much so that when you are sitting ringside, you never hear YOW!*#$#@ rather you hear YAO! I look good…. Really, you could go on all day talking about this office in a good way. Is it the office for everyone? That is only something you will have to find out for yourself. I do know that if I had to have braces, I would say Yo to the YAO!

Dr. Yao and his office staff have been incredible! From the moment I first walked in, I was impressed by how personable each of them have been. All of my questions have been answered in great detail and easy to understand ways. Dr. Yao is clearly proficient in orthodontics. But beyond that, what I was most amazed by is how truly cared for I have been as a person. It turned out that I am one of the rare cases that doesn’t tolerate Invisalign and Dr. Yao jumped through hoops to ensure that I wasn’t charged. I also happened to be going through a health crisis simultaneously and Dr. Yao reached out to me personally with care and concern. I would highly recommend Dr. Yao to anyone who is not just looking for excellent orthodontic treatment, but also someone who values you as an individual and treats you with genuine care! Praising God for blessing me with Dr. Yao!

We have been seeing Dr. Yao for over a year and we LOVE the office!! He takes such good care of his patients. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and the space is bright and inviting. moreover, there are lots of things in the waiting room for both kids AND adults! I highly recommend Dr. Yao for his amazing treatment results, customer service and his friendly and caring attitude.

All three of my daughters are patients of Dr. Yao and since I’m a general dentist I can say that Dr. Yao is a very knowledgeable and caring orthodontist. His office is very professional looking, clean and his staff is very friendly. He has a great sense of humor and makes patients feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Yao for all your orthodontic needs. He is very caring and will do whatever he can to get you the best possible result. A healthy beautiful smile is the goal for us dental professionals and he by far exceeds expectations for a beautiful straight smile. Dr Yao has been working on my daughter’s (Makena’s) teeth over the past 8 months and I really appreciate the level of care, quality of service and friendliness he and his staff provide. His practice is set up with a very open concept with 4 stations in a large room. Parents are welcome to come in, and it’s arranged in a comfortable way where I’ve never felt my daughter was being crowded with people in her space as she’s being worked on. I like this setup because I can have a seat near my daughter and Dr Yao always points things out “real time” and does a great job of explaining what he’s doing, why and what to expect to both of us. I remember my daughter’s first appointment, when Dr Yao was reviewing her exrays, I was impressed with the time he took to really point out and explain a lot of the details, dimensions and ratios relative to different points of her skull, etc. – it was so interesting! Bottom line is that he took the time to explain, and was able to communicate it in a way we could understand. He also came across as being a perfectionist (which I like when it comes to my daughter’s teeth) and I still get that sense with every visit. So far our experience has been exceptional! Two thumbs up for Dr Yao and his crew!

During our consultation, Dr. Yao was very patient and kind to us in explaining the whole process. Absolutely the best Ortho office! I wish Dr. Yao was around when I got my braces done 20+ years ago! The knowledge, professionalism, and caring that projects from every individual whom works there is incomparable. Dr. Yao and his staff go beyond measure to make sure that every individual has an experience that exceeds their expectations. The office itself is one to be enjoyed from the moment you walk in! Dr. Yao and staff are amazing! When walking into the office, you’re welcomed into such a friendly environment. It’s like catching up with old friends. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Yao’s knowledge and guidance through my Invisalign experience. Any concerns or questions are answered thoughtfully and thoroughly. If i could give more than 5 stars, I would!

After going to several overwhelming consults at orthodontists closer to home, we decided to take the advice of several family friends and check out Dr. Yao. We are so glad we did! Dr. Yao is very personable and was able to clearly explain the issues and treatment options. He and his team have been treating my daughter for over a year now and we couldn’t be happier. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and on top of scheduling and handling those inevitable emergency appointments. The appointments run on time and I appreciate that they are able to give me an estimate on how long each will take based on the planned procedure.
