Hi my name is Ingrid. hadhad very bad experiences with 3 dentists, total a nightmare that cost me a bundle of money. Dr. Castillo, is the best thing that has happened to me within 5yrs now. She has built confidence and trust that one day I’ll be able to smile again. She is kind, gentle, extremely intelligent and she does it all. She is a perfectionist. Her office is fully equipped. Her staff is explicit, very pleasant and patient. Always with a smile and ready to assist o make your appointment at ease. Thank God for Dr. Castillo and I wish her continued success.

I’m very grateful to my friends for recommending me Dr.Yiselle Z.Castillo.She is very professional, intelligent, patient ,gentle and very beautiful. The team is super nice , friendly and informative. I’m very thankful to Angela (receptionist) and Julie, doctor’s assistant, they treat me as I’m their close friend and not just a patient.They always make sure I got everything I needed. The office is beautifully furnished, clean and very calm. Sometimes I feel like I’m in the spa salon 🙂 In one word,I’m having a really pleasant experience.Would absolutely recommend this place.

After reading other reviews on Yelp, I visited Dr. Castillo today with an emergency chipped tooth. After a quick examination, I was informed that it was only a chipped old filling and was easy to remedy. Dr. Castillo walked me through the procedure beforehand and also during the procedure (step by step). I was pleasantly surprised how easy, quick and pain free the process was (did I mention that I don’t like dentists by default ). It’s possible that I found my NY dentist in Dr Castillo however. Excellent technical skills, perfect chair side manner and lots of advise for post filling care. For all who have dentist phobia (like I did), this is the dentist for you.

Dr. Castillo came into our lives at exactly the right moment. Both my partner and I were a little afraid of dentists, having had bad experiences in the past. Because of that, we weren’t taking great care of our teeth. We were referred by a friend to Dr. Castillo, and over the last 5 years she’s taken great care of us, helping repair the damage done by past dentists and set us up with healthier, stronger teeth going forward. I’m tremendously grateful to her and just sad I don’t live in New York anymore so I can’t keep going to her!

Dr. Castillo has previously performed two extractions and installed the post for an implant today. Her work is impeccable. I have not experienced any pain at all despite the work done on my gums and jaw. The office operates is very professional, is well equipped with the latest technology and has a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere . Dr. Castillo and her attentive staff definitely deserve the highest recommendation.

Dr. Yiselle Castillo, has a very gentle touch. I have the best experience under my very bad situation. She is very professional, tells you right away what she needs to be done. Her staff is very nice, and helpful. The office very modern and warm at the same time. I recommend Dr. Castillo. I check with her office manager before I went to see her to make sure she takes my insurance. My friends are going to her and are very happy with the treatments, and most of all how gentle she is. Very beautiful person inside and out. i’m not longer afraid to see a dentist, because of her.

As a younger patient that had major peridontal work done to his front teeth, I have been extremely happy with the results as well as extremely happy along each step of the surgical journey. Dr. Castillo was very professional and went above and beyond to address my concerns and worries. I felt comfortable in her office with her talented staff. Most imporantly, the results have been perfect. People have complicated my teeth, without knowing serious surgical work happened!

Dr. Castillo has been my primary dentist for 5+ years. She has always been reliable, responsible and extremely professional. Her facility is clean and conveniently located, and her staff are all very nice and well trained. Lately I had a gum graft surgery. She explained the procedure to me with great details, reiterated post-surgical instructions, and scheduled a couple of follow-ups to keep track of recovery. During my recovery, I was able to reach her to discuss immediate questions or concerns, which was reassuring. Overall I have great experience visiting Dr. Castillo and her office.

Dr. Castillo has been my dentist as well as my family’s provider for most of my life. As a patient since childhood, and now as an adult, I can say with confidence I would never go anywhere else. She truly is a master at what she does and I am at ease from the second I arrive in the office, during my appointment, and when I leave. She takes her time explaining my oral health/status and is thorough in answering any questions. Her staff is friendly and professional, they too are thorough in answering any questions or concerns I may have about scheduling and insurance. I would highly recommend Dr. Castillo if you are in the market for a new dentist or periodontist!

Dr. Castillo was recommended to me by my primary dentist. With the high recommendation, I made the appointment knowing that it requires me to travel 1.5 hrs. I walked into a calming, clean, & welcoming atmosphere & was greeted with kindness by staff. Dr. Castillo’s compassion, knowledge, and openness to listen to my concerns allowed me to feel comfortable & to see the confidence in knowing she will be able to address issues and provide a solution.

I used to be terrified of going to the dentist. It wasn’t until my coworker referred me to Dr. Castillo 6 years ago that I finally found a dentist that makes me feel comfortable and confident every visit. In addition to being a wonderful dentist, her staff is absolutely professional, friendly, and helpful. I cannot recommend her enough and believe that she is the standard for great dental care.

I want to thank you Dr. Castillo for being so diligent. I had to fix my crown that was done seven years ago. So I called Dr. Castillo right away. She was really kind to answer my call and able to book me for the next day appointment. The procedure was done very well. For twelve years, she is still my doctor. Unbelievable right? I am very grateful for having Dr. Castillo as my primary dental care physician. She is very professional with a lot of work experience, care about their patients which is very important and most of all trustworthy, kind, and efficient. Not to mention her brand new office with latest technology and friendly staffs.

My husband and I both saw Dr. Castillo for 4 years while in NYC. We both feel that she is the best dentist we’ve ever seen. She is practicing state of the art techniques. She also is very focused on appropriate anesthesia and really had painless procedures (I had a cavity, my husband a crown). Furthermore, she has very respectable business practices. She figured out that we had better coverage under my husband’s insurance. She REFUNDED us the difference, without us even asking. I feel there are very few businesses that would’t pocket that difference. She had no incentive to look into that process for us. We are genuinely sad to start the process of looking for a new dentist.

I needed an urgent dental procedure after being diagnosed with an unfortunate incidental condition on a routine x-ray. It was a time fraught with anxiety and uncertainty. I was afraid of the procedure and worried about the financial expense. Dr. Castillo and her excellent team did a great job of putting me at ease. They explained the process clearly and provided me with a manageable payment plan. The procedure itself was done with superlative skill and the gentlest demeanor. What I had originally envisioned to be arduous and painful went smoothly and with minimal discomfort. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Dr. Castillo!

Dr Castillo is an excellent dentist & periodontist. She is a superlative skilled professional. I was nervous but she immediately put me ease with her kind demeanor. Dr Castillo made an intricate procedure a successful breeze for me. I had two teeth pulled today & didn’t feel like I had that done. Thank you, Dr Castillo.

Dr. Castillo is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is so nice, gentle, knowledgeable and the procedures are not painful. She will make sure you have numbing gel or whatever it needs for you to be comfortable. Her assistants are also very sweet. I have had the worst dental experiences in the past with many many dentists…I was always in a lot of pain at the dentist and repetitively told “I don’t brush or floss enough” (which I do!!) and I was told that I would need some severe gum procedures done… I tried finding another dentist because I was so nervous around my old one. I’m so happy I found Dr. Castillo (a referral from endo Dr. Young Bui). She told me the gum procedures were not necessary and helped me fix up my teeth (painlessly, I couldn’t believe it) and she helped me get Invisalign to improve my smile. I’m very grateful for Dr. Castillo and truly recommend her. She is very patient and really cares about you. (Also, the receptionists are the most pleasant beings on this earth). If you are looking for a great dentist look no further!

Every good Dentist story begins the same way … “after years of awful dentists …. ” Well my story is no different. I had a Dentist so bad they messed up not one …not two but three root canals. ( they were all fine at first just in hindsight they were not done well If i could find him and write a bad review I would … just don’t go to a dentist across from the Silouette in Boston) Needless to say this is the best Dentist I have ever been to. I suggest her to everyone. And won’t be leaving her any time soon. ( you can even watch TV!!!! )
