Dr. Liu is super nice, professional and has great customer service! She has done an amazing job cleaning and filings on my teeth and was very gentle. My husband and I love coming back to her! Her staff are also friendly! I’m glad I found her!

Dr Liu is an awesome doctor. She has been our family doctor from the last 8 years . I have referred to my other friends . She has perfect soft hands as I didn’t even feel a bit while she was doing deep cleaning of my teeth. Latest she did do whitening of my teeth . I could see a big difference in the appearence of my teeth from before. I would recommend her to everyone

Dr Liu is definitely one of a kind. We had history with other doctors trying to provide unnecessary services due to us (family of 3) having a well covered insurance. Dr Liu, however, is honest and straight to the point on what’s wrong. Highly recommended!

Extremely happy with dr Liu and her amazing staff. My family and I are returning customers for our yearly checkups, Dr Liu is honest and will tell you exactly what’s going on. I appreciate this specially after trying other dentist offices where they wanted to overcharge me. Her staff is amazing! We love Reina! she is the sweetest and helped me in the past when I needed a last minute appointment. She will try her best to accommodate you and will work with your time. The office is always clean and they have a small parking option in the back available. COVID update: Since covid started I visited her office once and I felt they were responsible with the steps taken. When you arrive you wait in your car until they come for you to avoid being next to another patient. They also take your temperature before letting you in. Everyone is using a mask at all time, and they provide hand sanitizers and a restroom so you can clean your hands before going to her office

Dr. Liu + her staff were very nice and helpful. When I went in for my first time with her office after looking at all the reviews, I had high expectations, and they delivered! They answered all my questions and Dr. Liu was very gentle when it came to my sensitive gums. It was also great getting to know her, she was very warm and sweet. I was referred to Dr. Liu by an amazing friend. I was concerned about a small hole on my bottom right teeth. Since I’m going to UCLA for a root canal treatment. I was scared it was another cavity turning into another root canal. I need it to seek another opinion besides from my general dentist that I no longer trust. I called and left a message yesterday (10/17/18) Dr.Liu called back today and was able to squeeze me even knowing that she had scheduled appointments. When I came in, the receptionist was very kind and gave me papers to fill out and happier knowing they do take my insurance. Plus, the waiting wasn’t long. When I was called in, Dr. Liu was very kind and welcoming. She asked various questions and goes into details for my reason for my visit. Also, she answered all my questions, my concerns and left with an ultimate solution!  Definitely coming back for my upcoming appointment and have decided to change general dentist! Thankful to Dr. Liu and her staffs!

Dr Liu and her staff are always personable and friendly when I go in for my biannual appointments …and I’ve been going to them for about six years now. Can’t believe it’s been that long! I’ve had dentists before that feel like they’re scamming for services or work. And I’ve never once felt that way here. Dr Liu takes the time to speak with you not only about oral hygiene but also about your life – and that’s the kind of trust I like to build when someone’s poking around with a sharp object in your mouth!

I was one of those people who absolutely dreaded going to the dentist, until I found Dr. Liu. Due to my old aversion, I had not gone to a dentist for several years. Then my employer added dental benefits, and a couple of friends swore by Dr. Liu, so I gave her a try. I’m glad I did because she has reversed my fear of dentists and convinced me that regularly visiting a good dentist is essential. She also fixed a lot of dental issues I had as a result of avoiding dentists. Things I appreciate about Dr. Liu: (1) Dr. Liu is meticulous. (A lot of the other things on this list probably results from this.) The first time I had my teeth cleaned, I was surprised by how carefully she went over each tooth, unlike some dentists I had in the past who rushed through. She might take slightly longer, but you can be sure that she did not skimp to save time. I’ve also had fillings and night/bite guards and crowns done by her, and with each of these things, she took her time, made sure the bite is comfortable, and spent ample time to make sure it’s done perfectly. She is very thorough. (2) Dr. Liu is very nice and gentle. She’s friendly and puts me at ease, which helps this nervous patient to relax. She is also gentle. Again, I’m comparing to dentists I’ve had before, but Dr. Liu does not just yank on your face of shove her hands in your mouth. She’s very gentle and makes sure the patient is as comfortable as possible — a very important quality when she is literally up in your grill!! (3) The office is squeaky clean, from the reception area to the various rooms. None of the equipment ever look dusty or rusty. Tools are kept in sealed and sterile plastic packaging until they are opened for use on my teeth. Even the restroom is always clean. (4) Dr. Liu and Reina the receptionist are friendly, thoughtful, and very accommodating. I get reminders in the mail for cleanings, and email reminders for upcoming appointments. When I’ve had to cancel last minute, they never give me a hard time. (I was originally referred by a friend who went to Dr. Liu on an emergency basis after slipping in the tub and chipping two front teeth. Dr. Liu fixed her up that very morning, and the repaired teeth looked so good that I didn’t even know they had been chipped until my friend told me.) I hope this helps folks who are looking for a good dentist on the Westside or are skiddish about seeing a dentist in general. I even referred my sister, who also now sings Dr. Liu’s praise. I like Dr. Liu so much that even though I recently lost dental coverage, I still go to her and pay out of pocket. I don’t know if there are cheaper dentists out there, but I’d rather pay a bit more for someone I trust.Finally, I rarely write reviews, but felt especially compelled to provide a detailed review after reading some of the bizarre and negative reviews that have been posted here. Dr. Liu is the only dentist that I have ever encountered at this office, I’ve never had or witnessed any hostile interactions between the staff and any of the patients, and the office has always been tidy and clean in the past 2-3 years that I’ve been going there

Dr. Liu is great.  Another dentist in Glendale told me I needed to have 6 old fillings re-done, to the tune of $1200 (I had no ins. at the time).  First visit to Dr. Liu, she didn’t see anything wrong with my teeth; second visit (6 mos. later) she noticed one old molar filling coming out, plus decay on another molar, so just this week I had those two fillings done.  It was the LEAST painful filling experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of fillings.  I was in and out in an hour, with no wait, and the Novocain wore off within an hour to 90 minutes after.  $50 for two fillings (I have DELTA DENTAL ins. which is under $200/yr) is a good deal in my book.  SHE ALSO FILED/ROUNDED ONE OF MY FRONT TEETH I HAD ROUGHED UP YEARS AGO, ABSOLUTELY FREE.  Great experience.  Highly recommended. This is a small operation with I believe Dr. Liu being the only dentist in the office, and the building exterior is nothing to snap a picture of.  BUT she has all the necessary tools inside to get everything done that you need to keep your mouth clean and healthy, and she won’t scam you, and it won’t cost you nearly as much as most other slimy dentists just looking to increase their bottom line
