I’ve been with Dr. El-Hayek for years, and would not change, and even thinking of flying back from the Carolina for my appointment now that we are moving there. He takes time to explain the problem and the options, no pressure. His work is artistic and great. The staff are super friendly and make you feel home during your visit. Z Dentist sets the bar high and would be hard to replace!

I have been in pain for about a year, my now former dentist had no idea what it was and sent me spending money to specialists who did nothing but charge me and send me on my way. I was recommended to come here from a friend when I ended up having a cracked tooth and I will never recommend anyone as highly as I do Dr Hayek and his staff. I called and he had a full schedule this day but they still took me in to see what was going on and right away he knew what my issue was. They were so helpful and worked around his already booked schedule to help me. Highly recommend anyone to come here and glad I chose to.

I have worked in the dental field for just a little over 20 years. In working in the field I loved helping other people. Over the past few recent years due to underlying medical issues I have developed a huge anxiety about going to the dentist. So much so that I neglected to practice what I preached to my patients. I broke a tooth last year, I would make the appointment and then chicken out. This happened quite a few times. Last week my whole backside of the tooth busted out, I now had a very sharp and uncomfortable snaggle tooth. Begrudgingly called and made the appointment. Dr. Z came highly recommended by a friend for his gentle manner as well as conservative approaches. I drove to Parma from Akron to see him. Gentle is an understatement. Sam his assistant was the best that I have ever had, I never once felt like I was drowning nor had that unpleasant gritty left over junk. Both doctor and assistant were very much in their element! I ended up needing a root canal. By the time it hit me what was happening they were done and moving me on to a very much needed cleaning. Even Mona the hygienist was incredible. The impression left on me today is that this office is filled with individuals that have a great passion for the field of dentistry and helping people! I even made my next 2 appointments BEFORE I left. THANK YOU Dr. Z, Sam, and Mona for everything today. All of you are sincerely appreciated!

Every time I come in for dental work at Z Dentist I have an amazing experience. The staff there is extremely friendly and very professional. I came in for a routine cleaning yesterday and immediately got greeted by two wonderful ladies at the front desk. Shortly after signing in, I was escorted back to begin cleaning. Dr. Z and his team are THE BEST. I have major anxiety, and was crying before getting a tooth pulled. They were SO patient with me trying to manage my fears. Very kind and understanding. Additionally, I’ve been to other dentists who DO NOT listen to me when I raise my hand indicating that I feel pain, but Dr. Z stopped right away and gave me more novocaine. I had already had SEVERAL shots, it’s just difficult to numb me for some reason. The office is pristine, the technology is cutting edge, and they actually CARE about their patients. Thank you Dr. Z!

Went there for a toothache, was told I had 2 options, extraction or root canal, being someone who has been to the dentist maybe 3 times in the past 20 years and heard horrible things about root canals, I was hesitant, but I didnt want to loose the tooth, so I opted for the root canal, very nervously, the Dr. and his assistant assured me it would be painless. About 17 years ago, late one afternoon I was in extreme pain with a cracked wisdom tooth. I called several dentist and was told they could squeeze me in the next day. My last phone call was to Dr Z. He knew I was in extreme pain and said he would wait for me at his office. He waited for me when he could have easily closed and went home. He pulled my tooth and I’ve been a patient ever since. I’ve been going here since I was a kid. The staff are friendly, and I’ve been here long enough that a lot of them know me and my family by name. Never had an issue here for least 10+ years. This was my first visit for a cleaning. As I sat in the chair getting x-rays from wonderful Denise, I was informed by the office that my insurance was denied! Long story short. Dr. Z said to just proceed with my cleaning and x-rays. Wow. In this day and age of “show me the money” I was astounded and impressed with the integrity and compassion here. I would recommend Dr. Z and awesome staff to anyone looking for old fashion service with state-of-the-art technology. I’ve been going to Dr. Z office for 10 years now. My youngest child first dentist office was there at the age of 3 and I have not taken him anywhere else and he now is 13 years old. Dr.Z and his staff are the most friendly and respectful people, they make your visit enjoyable and relaxing. Even the music they play in the waiting room is enjoyable to listen to. They greet you with kindness and make you feel welcome and comfortable during your visit. My family and myself like going there for all of our cleaning and dental work.
