Call this dentist! I had great experience…They get me to relax, and treated me great. I didn’t have my insurance card for my first visti, and they help show me how I can pull it up on my phone. Dr Johnston was very nice and didn’t try to sell me dental work, he did what I needed and ill be back. Beth was a supper hygienist and Susan was great at explaining what I needed and helping to get me set up payments.
I recommend Dr Johnston and his entire staff.

Super nice staff and very professional. I got super lucky that this was my first dentist I visited when looking for a new one. I went in for a cleaning and I needed some additional work done. They worked me in on the same day and have follow ups scheduled. I can’t see going to any other dentist as long as the staff remains as awesome as they are now. Super highly recommend this group of folks.

Dr. Zach is truly the best. Our entire family goes to see him and he is competent and delightful. My oldest daughter has had multiple cavities, despite our best efforts. Due to Dr. Zach’s friendly atmosphere and capable hands, she has made it through every appointment without tears and is never afraid to go for her annual check up. We highly recommend him!

Dr. Zach has always gone above and beyond to make sure my visits to his office were pleasant. He has made sure my teeth are strong and healthy, but he has also been able to help me with cosmetic dentistry too. The icing on the cake is that when I visit his office, I have two if not all four of my kids with me. He and his staff are extremely patient-and in fact wonderful!- with my kids. My kids are not scared to have their teeth cleaned, and they all love going to see Dr. Zach! We drive 40 minutes (and past lots of “corporate” dentist offices) just to use this office!

Dr. Johnston is the best dentist I’ve ever had and I have had many over my lifetime. Since I started seeing him, I have needed major dental work over the past 3 yrs because my crowns, bridge and teeth in general are getting “old”. I was extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Johnston because he works with great precision and skill; all the while having a warm and engaging chair-side manner. The entire staff are awesome, competent and patient. I have great esteem for their work ethic and have had all positive experiences and greatly appreciate their expertise. Dr. Johnston is the consummate gentleman and has taken excellent care of my dental needs.

I felt inclined to leave this review immediately as I left my appointment today. Let me start my saying that Dr. Johnston and the majority of his staff have always been charming, helpful, patient, and most importantly kind in my experience. My most high praises to Kelly!!! Dr. Johnston literally always comes into to see me and check my work before I leave no matter who helped me and it is greatly appreciated. However, on more than one occasion my illusion of a perfect visit has been broken by Susan during my checkout process. It concerns me that this has been such an issue that I’ve really considered using a different dentist just to avoid the negative energy. I felt very disrespected during my checkout process today and don’t know if I will be back after this. Regardless, I am leaving a 5 star review because I literally love everything else about this place and hope to continue to be a patient for a long time to come.

I thought I’d take the time to post this for those of you who are like me, a little skittish about going to the dentist. My kids always come out of there after having their teeth cleaned acting as though they just learned everything there is to know about teeth and they can’t wait to tell me all about it. They actually get excited when its time to go see Dr. Zach. I figured there must be something to this guy if the kids aren’t even scared. So, I took a deep breath and plopped down in his chair too. As an individual who likens dental offices to places like Guantanamo Bay, I have to share that the experience I have had so far with this office has been superb. If you are like me and have a phobia of going to the dentist, please read further and I hope it helps you get the treatment you need. I put off going to the dentist for most of my adult life. I had very bad experiences growing up and let my dental health deteriorate. This becomes a vicious cycle because you will put off going more and more as your condition worsens. From my initial phone call with Kelly, I got the impression I was dealing with compassionate human beings. She had a great sense of humor. I asked her if they were going to make fun of me and she said, “Well not about your teeth…” My first dental hygienist was Melissa and she was so nice and non-judgmental. My first check up went very smoothly even though I was completely stressed out being there. She was very reassuring in everything she did and worked with patience and I believe an understanding of what I was going through mentally. After that, the dentist Dr. Johnston came in to introduce himself and go over the findings of the exam. My impression was that the doc was very friendly, but I also appreciated that he had a somewhat direct delivery of information to give me. I was also reassured that I was not a lost cause, and there would be hope for me as I followed the treatment plan.

Dr. Johnston and his staff are excellent! He was confident in his assessment that he could correct my dead front tooth with a veneer, after 2 previous dentists said it would be a waste of money and would not fix the discoloration. I was a bit nervous, but decided to give it a go and am so glad I did! My tooth turned out fantastic, my husband often cannot even tell which tooth was corrected. His hygienists are great as well, very gentle with cleanings and also personable. Highly recommend this practice.

“Dr. Zach” and his staff make going to the dentist fun for my 3- and 5-year olds. Quick, efficient, and kind, they help the kids want to practice good dental hygiene and feel safe in a really weird situation (having someone else clean your teeth). He did a great, tiny preventative filling for my 3-year-old that was painless and prevented a more serious future issue. Also…there are toys. Oh, I go there, too, and he does the same for me as for the kids (minus the toys).

Dr. Zachary Johnston received a B.S. in Biology from Harding University and went on to pursue his DDS from the University of Tennessee in Memphis. Dr. Johnston bought his practice from Dr. Singer in 2012 continuing a legacy of excellent and honest dentistry. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Johnston enjoys running, reading, traveling, camping/hiking, snowboarding and spending time with his wife & daughter.
