Dr. Zaidi is the best dentist I have ever been to he is very kind, and talk to his patients about all the work they need in detail, he had moved his office a nice distance from my house and I follow him all the way to his new location excellent dentist, dentist is hard to find when you find the right one you have to stick with them.

Dr. Zaidi and the staff are amazing! I recently moved to Bolingbrook so I had to find a new dentist. I’m so glad I found him through my dental insurance’s website. The office is clean and bright and during COVID times feels safe due to them enforcing social distancing in the waiting room. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here (other than the pain of visiting the dentist). I will definitely continue coming here for a very long time. 100% recommended!

I’ve been a client here for quite a while. Originally came here when the place first opened when Dr. Cruz-Gonzalez came here from Loyola University Medical Center. I loved the kindness offered and the quality of the work performed. Since 2013, I’ve had my regular checkups, braces and teeth whitening done here. And occasionally I may have upset her a number of times because I didn’t follow the regimen prescribed to get my teeth perfectly aligned. But that was only because she was dedicated to her craft. She was a sweetheart and it was sad to see her leave unexpectedly. I especially loved to opportunity she gave to future hygienists by providing the students learning experience working in her office. Dr. Zaidi has taken over the business and seems to be doing an excellent job. He came and greeted me in the waiting area and personally gave me an update on the status of the business and I very much appreciated that. It’s difficult to get used to a new dentist after building a repoire with someone for so long. However, after 1 visit with the new Dr., I can assure you that loyal customers are in good hands. He seems to be very knowledgeable and competent and the business will remain successful. Also, there appears to be good deals in the window for whitening and other special services.

I brought my daughter there on a referral from her dentist. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. The atmosphere is pleasant and the establishment was clean and very inviting. I was greeted promptly by the staff. There wasn’t a very long wait time between the time I came in, did the necessary paperwork and was seen. The exam was very thorough and everything was explained in detail. The one thing that I liked was the fact that the doctor informed us to wait on getting the braces due to the fact that my daughter still had baby teeth. Most orthodontist would’ve just put them in anyway and made the adjustments as the teeth came out. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Dr. Zaidi and her staff are great! They are willing to work with you to make your treatment affordable and sustainable. They take the time to explain everything so that I can understand it. They are honest! Dr. Zaidi could have told me that my son needed additional treatment after his phase 1 treatment as his brother was starting comprehensive treatment at the same time but she was honest and told me he was all set. The staff is always willing to work with me on scheduling and payments. They truly enjoy their work and care for their patients and it is visible in their attention to their patients. Dr. Zaidi, Karen and Heather are stars in my book! I’d recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Zaidi is AMAZING – Hands Down! He’s the new owner and dentist there at Solace, and he cleaned my teeth very well – the examination was gentle – and his manner is caring and compassionate. With Dr. Zaidi I already do not have dread about going to the dentist. His office staff, Diana and Vanessa in particular, are an absolute JOY! The general theme in this dental office appears to be good care with a kind touch! I truly feel cared about and important when I’m there. I had an amazing experience here at Dr. Zaidi’s office! Everyone was very welcoming and kind. I called the receptionist to let her know I was running a couple minutes late and she was so sweet about it! There was barely any wait time as soon as you check in and if you do wait a few minutes then you can help yourself to the cutest little coffee bar they have to offer. The office itself was clean, professional and modern with its decor. The dental assistant that works along with Dr. Zaidi is beyond a sweetheart! She is so caring and makes sure that you are fully aware of every step she takes and wants to make sure you’re comfortable as well. Dr. Zaidi himself is very professional but also keeps you entertained as well! The check up process was very smooth and quick. I loved that I was being informed every step of the way. I left the office feeling so much better and can’t wait to go back! You won’t find a better dentist I promise! 🙂
