Very friendly staff! Right when you walk in someone welcomes you & offers you water or juice. The place is very clean and easy to find! The service is great and they actually try to know you on a personal level. My aunt referred us to to Dr. Zand and she is awesome. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

From day one, I have received exceptional service from Zand Orthodontics. I started going there when I needed a new retainer after 20 years of wearing mine. Since I experienced wonderful care and results, all three of my children are also now patients. Always relieved to receive a prompt call back in the event of an emergency. They are always willing to work around schedules as well. Finally, my children enjoy the Zand Tokens toward gift cards and the drinks and entertainment available when they have appointments. You are the best!

Excellent service. My three daughters had their braces with Dr. Zand. The office is very friendly and not hectic unlike some other dental offices. They take good care of you and their fees are very fair compare to the other offices we had consulted with. My nephew just started his braces with them and is very excited. Dr. Zand is the best, she’s been my orthodontist for years, she is so sweet and kind. Her assistant Lisa is also very kind, personable and knowledgeable – they both male it a pleasant experience. I have a fixed retainer in the back of my teeth and every once in a while i have to get it re-bonded. This time around it had been a year or two since I needed it done so I waited until I could find Dr. Zand’s private practice since the place I used to see her closed. Thank God for Google because I was able to track her down and she saw me right away – I’d follow her anywhere she’s second to none!

We love this orthodontist. Dr Zand is very professional and cares about her patients. I have 2 kids that have completed their ortho care with them and we are very pleased. I would ignore the review of the previous person. They complained about pricing and went to Newhart Orthodontics. You get what you pay for. He took their money and ran. I had 3 quotes done when starting up with both kids with Dr Zand and they were all in line. If you find an orthodontist that has pricing too good to be true, you should beware. It’s all about getting quality work done, not about getting bargain basement pricing.

My treatment at Zand Orthodontics was relatively brief because I left the area for college about half a year after first seeing Dr. Zand, but I actually looked forward to my appointments when I was a patient at the office. The staff is hospitable, and Dr. Zand is so kind and understanding that she starts to feel like your gentle mother after a while. Their holiday promotions are fun, too.
